After doing that, I was then told everything needed to be refolded again. Completely unnecessary and a waste of time. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Combined with the slow process and how selective they are, it's just not worth it. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the norm--long waits, inconsistent rules, and very low payouts. Honestly, I don't understand how this place stays in business when the experience is this unpleasant. Save your time and take your items somewhere that actually values customers.

I travel for work and pleasure, and I have some EB luggage that is more than ten years old. After extremely heavy use it is still in great condition. A few scuffs but all the zippers and straps are still intact. Besides great quality clothing, outerwear, shoes, boots, and luggage they also carry other miscellaneous items. You will find travel accessories, camping and hiking gear, handbags, backpacks, and totes. The store associates are always helpful and friendly. If you need a size or color that isn't available in the store they will order for delivery to your home. Convenient parking is available in front of the store. The only negative is that it can take a long time to check out. Even if there is just one person in line ahead of you checkout just seems slow. Eddie Bauer unconditionally guarantees their products. There were so many clearance racks, with really cute stuff on them. I had to restrain myself. There weren't very many customers in the store, so there was a team of employees working on merchandising in my vicinity. One, who might have been a manager, checked to make sure I was finding everything okay. I love being checked on, but not in excess, so that little gesture was perfect because they left me alone to shop after that. But it was nice knowing they were there to answer any questions. At checkout, the cashier answered all my questions about the 50% off deal for cardholders and whether or not I was able to return any of the clearance items. She was very helpful!

There are too many to name them all. The ease of convenience is one of the main reasons that I like it. I can run several errands all at once. The overall experience has been positive for me while shopping here. The sales and service representatives are all friendly and helpful, and the center is well-maintained and clean. They even have umbrellas available for use via the honor system, on rainy days. I like that there are high-end options mingled with basic options as well.

The area was staffed with employees at the ready to assist, which is good because there are more u-scan registers than employee-manned stations now.

I had a very weird experience at Dicks yesterday. I went in to return items purchased online. I had…read moreproof of purchase in the form of a barcode label attached to the original packaging and a record of the purchase on the Dicks app. I was told that because I paid using PayPal the refund could only be made using a Dicks gift card. PayPal is of course the most prominent payment option on the Dicks app. Furthermore the store manager informed me that I should never use payment methods like PayPal or Apple Pay on the Dicks app. This didn't sound right to me so I left the store and started an online return, returning the goods by mail. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
