After doing that, I was then told everything needed to be refolded again. Completely unnecessary and a waste of time. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Combined with the slow process and how selective they are, it's just not worth it. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the norm--long waits, inconsistent rules, and very low payouts. Honestly, I don't understand how this place stays in business when the experience is this unpleasant. Save your time and take your items somewhere that actually values customers.

I stopped by on 7/5 to pick up a pair of linen pants that I'd seen a girl try-on during a haul on YouTube, and I left with those pants and many other items. There were so many clearance racks, with really cute stuff on them. I had to restrain myself. There weren't very many customers in the store, so there was a team of employees working on merchandising in my vicinity. One, who might have been a manager, checked to make sure I was finding everything okay. I love being checked on, but not in excess, so that little gesture was perfect because they left me alone to shop after that. But it was nice knowing they were there to answer any questions. At checkout, the cashier answered all my questions about the 50% off deal for cardholders and whether or not I was able to return any of the clearance items. She was very helpful!

Clay Terrace is an open-air shopping center/mall that I frequent. There are lots of shops,…read moreincluding but not limited to, DSW, Dick's Sporting Goods, Whole Foods, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, Soma, Moe's Southwest Grill, Pies & Pints, Hand and Stone, Sur La Table and Kona Grill. There are too many to name them all. The ease of convenience is one of the main reasons that I like it. I can run several errands all at once. The overall experience has been positive for me while shopping here. The sales and service representatives are all friendly and helpful, and the center is well-maintained and clean. They even have umbrellas available for use via the honor system, on rainy days. I like that there are high-end options mingled with basic options as well.

Clay Terrace is a really great place to walk and shop... I do wish there were a few more "grab and…read morego" type restaurants other than just Jimmy John's but there are a great handful of sit-down options. Game Stop, Old Navy, Loft, DSW, Dicks and more... all great places to shop. Nice vibe and great pedestrian crosswalks with the lights so cars don't mow you down. Other than the confusion tied to that misunderstanding, all was as expected. Not one employee spoke to me outside of the team member who checked in my return and the team member who initially told me to head to the back to the store. The store appeared clean, and the employee Checking in my return was efficient.

The store was organized and items were easy to find. Prices were reasonable and I was able to find items that were not on my shopping list. The cashier was cheerful. An item had wrong up the wrong price from what it said on the the shelf and the cashier was willing to give us the item for the price it said on the shelf instead of what it was ringing up for.
