Sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place over men's Wearhouse down the road.

I was looking for a lightweight quilted vest but theirs had vertically accessible pockets instead of the typical angled pockets.

Items were out of stock and the female associate was very condescending and not accommodating at all.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received in a men's clothier. Dagan is a pro.

I shop here often. I love the clothes and the sales clerks are very helpful. They have great…read moresales which makes shopping even more fun! My only complaint is the parking. I wish all of the stores at Clay Terrace had backdoor access.

This is the establishment that I buy pant suits and dress clothes at simply because the button down shirts are easy to wear and look so nice. On this trip, my first time to Clay Terrace, the sales associate asked if I would like to try on my shirt and took it out of my hand. When I told her that I knew it fit, she asked if she should put it up front to which I replied "No, I would like to hang on to it.". She said, "Sorry!" in a tone that one would assume they really said something to upset her. I simply wanted to see it next to pants and jackets. Once I found pants I went over to the register where I was greeted by two women whom were both too busy to help. One said to the other, who was folding (folding, above customer service. The industry that you work in?) "Can you do this? I'm busy.". Folding lady did ring me out promptly, but way to make people feel unwelcome. In addition, I was in the store earlier in the day to peek before running to another store and not a single associate welcomed me to the store. I really hope this isn't how all of Clay Terrace is.

I come here once or twice a year to stock up on inexpensive wardrobe staples. The prices are low,…read moreand the quality is decent, but it is often hard to find specific sizes. It's not unusual for sizes to be out of order on shelves and racks and for the range of sizes available to be limited. I've bought some utensils and small appliances here at times and have had similar challenges finding things. Pillows and bedding are generally good with a decent selection, and, again, prices are low. I bring my patience when I shop here, and make sure I don't come needing something very specific. They are doing a very hard push right now on the Kohl's credit card. Apparently, coupons will only work with a Kohl's charge card going forward. My cashier asked me about five times (not exaggerating) if I wanted a Kohl's charge card with a different argument for why I should each time she tried. I don't do store credit cards...a few general cards are plenty for me. I get that stores want to avoid the fees charged by other cards, but I can't imagine that I'm the only one who wants to avoid adding a bunch of separate accounts to have to keep an eye on. Maybe they'll consider going old school and taking paper checks if they don't want customers with non-Kohl's credit cards?

Christian (an associate there) was an absolute gem. I spoke with him on the phone before arriving…read more And by chance, I happen to run into him on the floor. And his customer service was impeccable. Thank you, Christian for my awesome experience at Kohl's today.

very beautiful dresses! stopped by real quick to see what i liked and if they had a good selection…read moreso i could come back and look more. i asked to try on 2 dresses and the girls that were there kind of looked at each other awkwardly for about 10 seconds then switched into cheerful mode and put me in a dressing room. had missing prices on dresses so i asked them the price of one and they seemed fake shocked. other than that, the girls didn't check in or say anything else. i was kind of disappointed, i just expected a, "hey honey, you doing okay?" or a simple, "wow that looks so good!" nothing of the sort. they were off gossiping about some girl and her boyfriend at the front and didn't pay any attention to anything. (btw, this was a monday, so only my friend and i were in the store) not the best experience, but thumbs up for smiling at least?

We're in Indianapolis for my daughter's college campus visit at Rose Hulman. She was interested in…read morechecking out the prom dresses locally hoping she'll find one that none of her classmates will wear. We went to Sophia's at first whose dresses were not only gorgeous but the customer service is impeccable. But we're shopping around, so we hopped over to our next stop which was Rae Lynn's. It's also supposedly where Ms. Indianapolis USA picked up her dress, so... Their dresses, while it looks nice from far away, are of VERY POOR quality. At one point, I had to ask one of the lax employees if their stuff is "pre-owned". She looked at me in disgust, as if, offended. Hey, I am not a local and I didn't ask if it was a SECOND HAND dress. So here's my opinion: NO WAY the 3 dresses my daughter tried on are brand new dresses. I wouldn't want to ruin what looks like a 'mom and pop' business but when you're charging customers, especially "children's" dresses, $300 to $700 and passing them off as "brand new", then you're a CHEAT. And you don't need to stay in business. *They're 'worn out' dresses. Pun intended. Pics attached. See for yourself.
