I selected a pair that was not only functional, but felt like slippers, fitting perfectly. Pricing was similar to online options. While I was there I noticed how well stocked they were with summer shoes (all high-end quality brands), beautiful handbags and tons of Zionsville themed clothing. I had to leave before I bought more! They didn't hover, but they were there if you needed them, be it the dressing room or on the floor. At checkout, the associate signed me up for their free rewards program and used my first name when handing over my bag and thanking me for my business - a nice added touch. The original conversation with the sales person was, It was only suppose to take 7-10 days to arrive at the store (Allen & Allen). during the 7-10 days I checked to see what the status was on the suite and I was told not to worry! Now its's three weeks before my daughters wedding and I've not heard any thing about the suit or the shoes? August 9th, I reach out to to the sales person by text to see what the status was? I was told then that the suit doesn't come in my size, 3 weeks before the wedding. I was told that I wouldn't receive a refund but instead a store credit. Now the fact of the matter is I never received the suit or the shoes, so why can I not get my money back. I looked up their return and refund policy and it says if the merchandise has not been worn and the tags are still in tacked then a refund could be issued, of course this policy is not posted in the store? Keep in mind I never received any merchandise so I need my money back or are you just going to force me spend my money with you!!!!! Not good business.

There were so many clearance racks, with really cute stuff on them. I had to restrain myself. There weren't very many customers in the store, so there was a team of employees working on merchandising in my vicinity. One, who might have been a manager, checked to make sure I was finding everything okay. I love being checked on, but not in excess, so that little gesture was perfect because they left me alone to shop after that. But it was nice knowing they were there to answer any questions. At checkout, the cashier answered all my questions about the 50% off deal for cardholders and whether or not I was able to return any of the clearance items. She was very helpful!
