It's a go-to neighborhood store. Today, I was happy to learn that they carry women's steel toed shoes, that I needed. Christine waited on me, showing me options, including clearance shoes. I selected a pair that was not only functional, but felt like slippers, fitting perfectly. Pricing was similar to online options. While I was there I noticed how well stocked they were with summer shoes (all high-end quality brands), beautiful handbags and tons of Zionsville themed clothing. I had to leave before I bought more! After climbing the stairs to the front porch, we entered into the shop. To the left of the shop is a row of dressing rooms for visitors to try on the women's clothing offered within the shop. To the right are several rows of clothing that extend to the back of the shop. To the immediate right of the doorway are accessories, party games, greeting cards, and other small gift items. Based upon my wife's opinion, the clothing seemed to be high quality but also came with a higher price tag than what she was used to paying. She found a gorgeous necklace almost immediately, but the nearly $400 price tag scared her off. The ladies working were welcoming and offered to help find something if needed. Review #3329

I wanted to give myself time just in case I needed to have alterations done. The original conversation with the sales person was, It was only suppose to take 7-10 days to arrive at the store (Allen & Allen). during the 7-10 days I checked to see what the status was on the suite and I was told not to worry! Now its's three weeks before my daughters wedding and I've not heard any thing about the suit or the shoes? August 9th, I reach out to to the sales person by text to see what the status was? I was told then that the suit doesn't come in my size, 3 weeks before the wedding. I was told that I wouldn't receive a refund but instead a store credit. Now the fact of the matter is I never received the suit or the shoes, so why can I not get my money back. I looked up their return and refund policy and it says if the merchandise has not been worn and the tags are still in tacked then a refund could be issued, of course this policy is not posted in the store? Keep in mind I never received any merchandise so I need my money back or are you just going to force me spend my money with you!!!!! Not good business.
