I was helped by Keshawn who was absolutely incredible and why I feel prompted to leave a review. Being my first time buying a suit, he was incredibly considerate and helpful and ultimately led to my purchase. I have always liked shopping at Jos A Bank!!! The shirts are premium. I've not bought a suit there but have looked at them. The suits are not overpriced. What I had not gone there for was to buy a tie. I visited several stores in castleton and keystone mall. Bank far exceeded the other stores. read more

Sooo many awesome things to say about this business and the men that keep it going. Our plans for our marriage changed so much because of Covid 19. We lost our venue, wedding planners, etc. but we didn't lose our tux rentals!!! These guys worked with us tirelessly to meet all of our needs. With some stores being closed because of the rioting because of social injustices and damage to stores in some areas. These guys were able to take care of all of my groomsmen from all over the country. They welcomed us with smiles, great customer service, and awesome advice. I got my tux shirt from here and it was sooooo comfortable. I won't be going to another rental store as long as there is a Jos A Banks around. read more

I went to purchase some items for my dad here. The sales associate asked if I was vaccinated. I politely declined to answer any medical questions as the sales associate is neither my doctor or a nurse. He then refused to assist me. It's fine if you want to implement a mask policy as you are a business and have the right to do so etc. However, no one is under any obligation to answer medical history questions while shopping retail and should not be expected to. This is a dangerous precedent to set and I will not be giving any more business to an establishment that behaves in such a manner. read more

Aside from the great sales, I've also come to expect great service from their staff. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile whether it's trying to put a rush on an alteration, or pressing my new dress shirts before I leave the store. I'll ditto the comment about Katie. I attended a wedding over the holidays this past year, and she was able to have the tux sent to a store only minutes from my hotel. read more

I will not buy another suit from here. I bought 2 suits at the same time (sale). When I picked them up, 1 suit was perfectly tailored, while the other was about 10 sizes too big. I told them they gave me the wrong suit but they said it was a tailoring mistake. After 3 visits to have it re-tailored, it still wasn't close to my size. They refused to replace the suit. The last time I went in, they told me they had no record of me buying the suit there as they had just updated their system. read more

Terrible experience here. My fiancé and I made an appointment online to get fitted for a tux for our wedding. Walked in and no one had a clue what we were talking about and they were totally unaccommodating. They said to just look around and they would try to help if they could. That's literally what they said. So obviously we were not feeling at all confident or comfortable. After a couple of minutes we said we were leaving. At that point one of the workers (who we had already spoken to) apologized and said the lady who does all of the fittings was not in. Not sure why they didn't lead with that. Unfriendly, unaccommodating, and seemed like they did not care at all about our business. We were the only people in the entire store besides a couple of other casual shoppers so there is no excuse for being treated like we were. They were far more concerned with their new inventory than with us. Definitely not the first impression we wanted while planning the most important day of our lives. We will take our business elsewhere. I can never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Great place for great quality clothing! I am always greeted at the door upon entrance by a sales associate (usually by the same one since I am here so often). I am sure they work off commission, but they are genuine in their interest in wanting to help you find the right fit and style that you are interested in. After a long search for my fiancé's tux for our wedding, we landed here at Jos. A. Bank. Our experience at this store and interaction with the team was such a breathe of fresh air as opposed to some of the other suit and tux shops that we visited throughout the process. Not only does the quality far surpass others, but so does the customer service. This is definitely a hidden gem in the wedding tux business. read more

Cannot say how disappointed I was with my experience at this store. Upon entering and noting I was the only person in the store, two employees came in from the back room. I expressed my needs and was shown a few options, but the selection was very slim. I found one option that was close to what I was looking for. After leaving the changing room and coming back out to see the sales assistant, she was helping another customer and paid no attention to me for several minutes. In addition, the other sales assistant continued whatever task he was involved in and offered no help. 2 customers, 2 employees....very disappointing. After the original employee came back to assist me, we decided this suit wouldn't work. At this point I was provided no other real options and she seemed extremely disinterested in my needs or in helping me further. Very disappointed with the service and the options available. It will take me some time to even consider revisiting this store. read more

Ok so let me set the scene. Im a guy with gauges in my ears and tattoos all over. I asked my father besides mens warehouse where would be a good place to buy a sport coat. He said he shops at Jos. A. Bank and that they usually have some good sales and they are always great with service. So walking in I'm thinking ok, I'm wearing a short sleeve shirt showing off my tarts and they are going to just play me off like some punk. Within about 2 minutes of me walking around searching i was greeted by a rep who took no question to my looks and proceeded to ask me what i was looking for. well when I told him is when i got looks. I said im flying out tomorrow and noticed that the majority of their products were ready for custom fitting. He said "yes they are but if you need some fitting we could probably get some slacks fitted today", i said well I'm just looking for a travel sport coat. He then relaxed and said, "oh we should be able to find something here that fist good enough". We tried on a couple of jackets that he recommended (with great taste might i add) until we found a couple i liked, i then told him my price point and after a few more we went back to one he initially tried. Of coarse as any salesman (i would do the same) he got me to buy a new shirt as well..lol..but through the process he asked me where i was going, about my company, about other things. he was just so personal and considerate and so Nonjudgemental which i get a lot from people in what i would call (high end) businesses. So yes I'm very happy and will come back!! they have great sales and great clothes and the most important amazing service. read more

After the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life at Men's Wearhouse, we came in. No appointment needed, plenty of choices, no pressure to buy a handmade suit. We had never bought a suit before and they were so laid back and more than happy to help answer all of our questions that could seemed stupid to someone who knows suits. Very pleasant, no pressure. Great quality. Maybe our experience was skewed bc MW was SO bad, but terrific overall! read more

I went here last Saturday with my little brother. The customer service is remarkable. He has never bought a suit before and of course I know nothing about men's clothing. A sales rep first helped us in choosing the right size. Then later the store manager helped us. He was very patient and never rushed us. He had my brother try on a bunch of different sizes to ensure he got the best fit and even helped him coordinate with the right dress shirt size. He also helped us with choosing the right shoes and matching tie. Best customer service I've received in awhile! read more

Outstanding. This store has the selection and service that put it in a category all it's own. I wear a 42 short and they have lots of sportscoats and suits. Their shirts and sweaters are high quality. Steve, Sam and Spencer are true professionals. The original retail prices are silly high but the sale prices are great values. read more

Been in here a couple times with my husband cause we had to order a suit here for a wedding he's in. Every time we walk in, we are not greeted, and the workers just stare at us with a strange look on their face. Very below average service here. And one guy with a cane/crutches made an insulting joke to us at the register, and then just walked away and didn't even offer to help us. We were left standing there with no help. Finally an older, smaller gentleman with gray hair helped us, and he was very decent and friendly. They messed up the alterations, so we now have to wait longer for stuff to be added (mind you, these add-ons were written directly on the tag that was with the clothing). Not sure how they forgot that. Really wanted to give this place a chance, but we certainly won't be going back there. Thinking that it's just a problem with this specific location/employees, and not Jos A Bank as a whole. If you're in the area, go to Louie's Tux Shop! Way better service and experience!!!! I needed to freshen up the suit selection so I stopped in after getting an email from Jos. A. Bank about a suit sale. I met with Sam who was busy finishing up with another customer but made the effort to help direct me to the right size suits. Having worked in a high end men's store in college, I know it is a difficult balance working with a customer and welcoming new people into the store and making both of them feel welcome. Sam was the best to work with as I purchased several suits, shirts and ties. I have been back twice since to purchase more shirts, ties and shoes. I would highly recommend the entire staff if you need any new men's clothing. read more

OK, here's the story. I was asked to be in a wedding in Indianapolis. The groom says the guy in at the Indianapolis store is going to get the suits for us. So, back in March I have to get measured at a local store, then they will get the measurements to the Indy store. I get a call from the salesperson in Indy a few days later, and give him my credit card info. A couple of months pass and I don't hear anything else. I decide to call the Indy store to see what's going on. The salesperson says it was back-ordered and takes my credit card info again to reorder it. I check my credit card statements and realize they are about to charge me again, so I call them back to tell them not to run it again. Then, the salesperson acts surprised and decides to call my local store (Fairview Heights). Apparently my suit has been there for weeks, with no name or number. After hearing this I get out there the next day to pick it up. Then, they size it to me and charge me for the tailoring and refund my credit card for the second suit. By this time the wedding is two weeks away on May the 18th. So today, the 14th of May, I finally get my suit I ordered back in March. After waiting months, being charged twice, charged for the tailoring, and wasting my time; I didn't even get a garment bag! Instead a garbage bag like cover over it. Really? I bought a three piece suit at JC Penney for far less and at least got a bag. The JC Penney suit even looks better! They could have comped the tailoring or gave me a decent bag to store this suit in. I can't believe this company has been in business since 1905. I'm defiantly never going to another Jos A Bank. read more
