At this point, I will be disputing the charge with my bank. The entire situation has been handled very unprofessionally, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend verifying the authenticity of anything you purchase here before spending your money.

This is a store for grown ups who never outgrew their desire to have 3D figures of some of their favorite fantasy characters. I found so many figures that I had never seen before. There are row upon row of figures displayed generally by theme which included Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and lots more. Not all spaces were grouped by theme. The higher priced collectibles had mixes of those above along with Game of Thrones, Star Trek, Witcher, and lots of other show and gaming themed items. Prices ranged from low (items in bags not the original packaging) to several hundred dollars per item. The quality also ranged relative to the pricing, so you could pick up something relatively cheaply, but could also get high quality items if you wanted only the best. The back of the store is where you make your purchases. Throughout the store were displays (do not touch) of some unusual items that may be for sale, but you have to ask about. The store has limited hours, not opening until noon on certain days. But I noticed nearly a dozen people waiting for the place to open. Talk about die hard fans! So I appreciate when I can just ask, "What's good right now?" and have them suggest some books for me.
