I've seen brand new farmhouse sinks there for $300. If you have a reno project in mind I would highly suggest creating a vision/loose plan and then stopping in and slowly collecting what you can. Some of their most consistently available items that you can count on finding are area rugs, dining chairs, light fixtures, desks, cabinets, couches, barstools and pillows. Items that I have seen come and go but are great finds are glass shower doors, outdoor furniture, Rev-a-shelf kitchen cabinet hardware, cabinet drawer pulls, and appliances. You can order things online if you want to ensure they are yours and pick them up the next day. Items do go quickly here. Reached out to the merchant and they basically told me "tough luck check our refund policy that says you agreed we can screw you!" Claim they will file an insurance claim with the shipper although the damage isn't shipping related and if it's approved I'll get a refund, could take months. Told me their policy won't allow you to file a claim with your credit card company! Sounds like an attempted insurance scam to me and they are trying to screw their customer. I guess this is what you get dealing with a low grade online merchant. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere! It's not worth saving a few bucks!

To be honest, before visiting this store with my wife, I had never heard of this store. I tend to…read moreignore newspaper flyers and commercials on television, so unless someone tells me about a place like this, I really have no thoughts one way or the other. I have to admit for being a big box store, they were clean and had a wide variety of items to browse through. During the week, there weren't a lot of staff on hand, but the one who helped us was really good. My wife had a return to make and one thing keeping this place from getting a higher rating was that there was no signage indicating where customer service/returns were located. None of the cashier aisles had anyone there when we entered. We browsed a little and my wife spotted a gal who was stocking inventory (loads of seasonal stuff was filling the shelves). The employee immediately stopped stocking and directed my wife to the second cashier spot and she opened the spot and processed the returned item with a simple review of the receipt to confirm it was purchased there and the price to be refunded. In about a minute, my wife was refunded her money. My wife also asked if they carried some artificial plants and where would she find them. The clerk pointed in the general directions and then gave some verbal direction to help find the specific items. Unfortunately, they had similar stuff to what my wife wanted, but not exactly. But that wasn't the clerk's fault. Prices seemed reasonable and the quality of the items I picked up seemed good too. All in all, if you like shopping in person and discovering things you didn't know a place like at home carried, I would recommend stopping on by! Review #3811

Both times she has been responsive, knowledgeable, and an overall joy to work with. For our first project, Kristen walked through our home and listened to us talk about pain points and wishlist items. She took pictures and later came back to us with an extensive report detailing how we could better meet our design goals using colors, furniture placement, and even creative projects. I love that she incorporates feng shui into her plans so that not only does the space look better, it feels better too! Anytime I had a question about paint colors, hardware choices, etc. I could simply text her and get her advice. She truly provides an ongoing service allowing you to do your project on your time. For our color consultation, Kristen again walked through our new place and provided thoughts on color combos and how they best flow from room to room. We've gotten lots of compliments about our color choices and she made it so easy. The most amazing thing was that she helped coordinate with our flooring provider to ensure everything matches. Kristen is amazing and would absolutely recommend her services!

Compared to other Burlingtons, this one isn't as large. They carry a variety of options but it didn't seem as well stocked. I found a pair of jeans I wanted to try on. Fitting rooms were not open in the back, but they have 2 up front and the door was unlocked to one of them. A lady working knocked while I was in there and told me to make sure I lock the door after I'm done, so you probably have to ask a worker for a fitting room. The jeans fit great so I purchased them. No one was at the checkout line so it was very fast. I paid $15 for the jeans which was a really good deal compared to the retail price.
