Whenever my wife wants to change the decoration in a room, she usually stops in just to see if they have a piece or two that may finish the look, add to the appeal of the room. On other occasions, like today, I was in the area and realized I hadn't been in for awhile. They turn over the inventory frequently, so it seems that there is always something new to look at. Yet there is still a familiarity when I walk in. There is a lamp section, an art section, pillows and candles and lots of knick knacs and clocks. There are also groups of unusual things, some of them seasonal that are new each time. I guess the appeal is that no matter how often we go, we find something new. Justin in particular was great. Well after talking with Justin we found a beautiful green couch and he was very helpful. I then realized when we were leaving, I dropped my card somewhere in the store. Justin helped us walk around the whole store and we couldn't find it. I admitted defeat and we left. So, I guess just remember this tip, if your kids, are a little bigger. Back to the store.. Asset protection sits at the front door. She's a nice lady & seems to be vigilant. I completely understand that store carts can come up missing & they want to avoid a mess, in the parking lot; but not being able to take the cart, outside of the front doors, is a bit of a nascence. People fill their carts up, have kids; or both. I don't know what to recommend, just because I get it. Annoying, though. Another thing... I could NOT get the restroom sink faucets, to come on! I was working, hard! lol Luckily, I keep hand sanitizer. I remember, as a kid, they literally had a whole entire floor, or at least a huge section, of coats. It was like pulling teeth, trying to find coats. LUCKILY, I did find 2 coats, that are PERFECT! I just hated that I only had the option of getting a light pink coat, for my 3 year old; vs a dark one. I'm not too sure I like how the lines work. Difficult to find, if you're not paying extra close attention... and, once you get there, your cart kind of sits in the other persons lane. It wasn't a horrible experience.. just a few little tweaks, I'd like to see, changed.

Foundry 317 is along the canal right on Westfield Boulevard. Foundry 317 focuses on home decor and furniture. I clearly arrived right at the tail-end of the holiday season and a good number of the items either had a holiday theme or fit within the holiday season. Items included antiques, one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, festive accents, candles, and other overall housing items. Foundry 317 has a parking lot, though I was actually wheeling there. There's a small ramp up to the sidewalk if you approach it from the right (facing Foundry 317). The doorway is pretty workable and I found the interior to be surprisingly accessible (though I will admit I was taking extra caution given some of the prices!). As I was wheeling, I knew it was pretty unlikely I'd actually buy anything on this visit as it would have been difficult to carry back to my car. However, I definitely saw some items I loved and can easily see myself returning in the near future. The employee I encountered was friendly, the environment was warm and inviting, and I really loved some of the smaller items. I'm a candle freak and definitely would like to return for those. I've always found this section of Westfield Blvd. a little hit-and-miss. The sidewalk is kind of cracked and it's somewhat uneven, however, there's much to love here and I loved the efforts toward accessibility. This is definitely a little gem. I was only capable of browsing the main floor today, but I do plan on returning to tackle the second floor stairs on May 6th. I love 95% of every display I saw. Since that is not my thing, I never ventured over there. Well, this weekend, curiosity got the best of me and headed over there. I walked in there and was blown away. It was like walking into a small friendly family owned grocery store. Everything was neatly stacked in refrigerator cases and on shelves. The items were fresh and all in date Boy, did I grab some bargains as you can see from the ad posted. The blackberries were the large size containers Kroger had half size of these containers on their weekly digital sale for $1.67! The berries were crisp and sweet They also have other grocery items that are a bargain but are not listed in the ad. They also have other bargains from furniture to toys. The staff is very friendly and eager to help to any of your questions. Very good customer service. This is a place if you are every in the area to check out.

Saw a post on TT talking about the Manager Specials for the weekend and decided I needed to finally…read moremake my way over there! There were some produce deals I couldn't pass up. It's a very unassuming location so I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. The produce is the first section you walk into as you enter so that was good because I didn't have to go searching for the deals. Everything I wanted was still in stock and I found a few extra treats that weren't on the list at great prices(ex. 7.5oz Wholly Guacamole bowls for $1 each-a steal!) I ended up buying blackberries, raspberries, Vidalia onions, zucchini, squash, Cincinnati Reds peanuts, spring mix and arugula and my total was less than $16. The deal is that everything is probably close to their "best by" date but for such a low price I can afford to "use em or lose em". I browsed around the store to see what else they had and I may have to check out some of their clothing next time because it looked like some good deals to be had in that area as well. I'll definitely be back.
