You'll find formal wear, street wear, sweaters and hoodies, t-shirts, jackets and coats, jeans and pants and slacks, shoes, belts and accessories here. The shop is well curated, and all you'll see on the racks are straight-up hits. I visited with hoodies in mind. I was shopping for my teenage son. I really didn't know what to expect from this consignment store, but I found way more than I imagined! My son wears a man's size in sweatshirts, so I found a large variety of hoodies and sweatshirts that he might like. Keep in mind that this is a store for adults, so sizes start at adult small, which is actually pretty big. There are no children's clothing sizes here. I walked away with three hoodies, and because they were gifts, I obviously didn't try them on. Although, if I wanted to, there are changing rooms in the store. Be aware that all purchases are final. No returns! The service is top-notch. The people who work here are friendly and ready to help, but will also hang back and let you do your thing if you don't need them. When it came time to check out, they neatly folded my clothing as if it was their own. They have a no-bag policy, so be prepared to carry your clothing out sans bag. One thing to note: Newman & Company is affiliated with Amanda's Exchange, so if you have a rewards account with one, it is honored at the other.

Since I was already in the store I decided to look around more. Suprisingly, if you like street ware, this is a great store hidden along Mich. street. I eyeballed some really cute flower jerseys and a few on trend pants. I didn't make a final purchase that day, but I will definitely be coming back to see what clubwear they may have in the future. The Bondi 9 might be the most comfortable shoe I've ever put on my feet -- an absolute game changer. I can be particular about color and sometimes hard to please when I have something specific in mind, but Robert went above and beyond to help me find the right fit. So when I called around to bespoke tailors in town, a new custom suit was going to be at least $2000! I thought, well maybe there's some bespoke zoom filters that remove 75 pounds and dress me to the nines. Luckily I remembered the OG Indy tailor Leon Tailoring. Walking in their expansive shop was like walking back in time, when there was a men's haberdashery on every corner and a porter named Chesapeake to your coat at the door. Okay that might be too far so think MadMen with today's latest styles. My guy Norman said he could fit my large belly and narrow shoulders into an off-the-rack suit in year-round wool for less than $1000. That included two fittings and adjustments. Free was Norman arguing with his fellow salesman over a pricing estimate. They sounded like an old married couple arguing over who said what, when in reality they each forgot something different. It was adorable but if I hadn't cleared my throat, they'd still be caught in some bickering causality loop. As of this review the suit arrived for the first fitting and it's fantastic. I can't wait to throw it on and get the next phase of my career started properly!

There was only one girl working, and as soon as my mom and I walked in, she greeted us warmly. She let us know about everything happening in the store, including a BOGO sale. My mom was interested in a skirt, and the clerk explained how she would style it (which my mom loved), even coming out from behind the counter to demonstrate. The level of hospitality she showed us was amazing - something that's hard to find these days, and we really appreciated it.

For Thanksgiving weekend they were running a 50% off storewide sale, and for every $50 you spent you got $25 Real Woman Dollars, which basically work like 50% off coupons. So in other words I scored $400 worth of clothes for $200 and I got coupons to get an additional $100 off a $200 purchase at a later date. The great thing about the Real Women Dollars is that you can combine them with other coupons. I currently have a $40 rewards check, so when I combine that with my RWD I'll be able to get $200 worth of clothes for $60. That being said, I wait to shop here until they are running a good sale, which seems to happen two or three times a year. The clothing can be expensive, and while it's worth it IMO, I simply don't have room in my budget to pay full price. This particular store is located in Greenwood Park Mall. I find it easiest to park near Dick's and Sears and enter the mall through one of those stores. They typically have a good selection in the clearance area and I've gotten some really great deals on blazers. The accessories section isn't huge but they have cute, trendy jewelry and scarves. They've added a shoe section as well, which makes me INCREDIBLY happy. It's hard to find knee high boots that fit my shapely calves and every pair I tried on here fit and I wanted them ALL. It was hard to control myself. The staff here are incredibly helpful and know the clothing lines very well. They let me know which items tend to shrink or stretch. The bras and jeans here fit me so well. I think it's genius that a plus-size clothing store had the brains to realize that not all curvy girls are curvy in the same way. So there are three different fits to their line of Right Fit jeans, and they are color coded: red, blue, or yellow. I love mine, I don't get that awful gap in the back of my pants anymore. I'd say about 75% of my clothing is from LB and I doubt I've paid full-price for any of it. The selection is ever changing and varied enough that both I (in my early 30's) and my mother-in-law (in her late 50's) can find things here we like.

I take a 46DD but the items ran small (another confusing consideration as this is geared toward plus sized gals like myself.) I required a 48DD. They do not carry them in store (in underwire), but online. This is nonsensical in my opinion; shouldn't a customer be able to try the product on? I was able to get a deal on some comfy, wire-free pieces but it was not what I originally wanted. I will shop here in the future but not for bras.
