The redesign was not needed IMO, but it does feel more open which is nice so you don't feel cramped walking around others. There's usually some good deals if you are patient. On one of my visits earlier in the year I found a newer modem for $60 that was marked down from $150. Amazon had for $160. On my most recent visit, Pillowfort brand items were 25% off. They make really cute decorations for kids' rooms. They also have a line of popular weighted stuffed animals (vary from 2-3lb). Full disclosure, our house has at least 8 different Pillowfort weighted animals sitting around. The kids and our cat loves them...and I enjoy the feeling of them on my legs or chest when relaxing. The grocery area has many of the items you will find at other supermarkets but you can find discounted chicken breasts and butcher items here within a few days of their pull date. If you get the Target card, you get 5% back on all of your Target purchases as well as help Target donate money to schools and charities.

Disappointed with Quality - Missing Parts on Rotisserie Chicken…read more I purchased a rotisserie chicken from Target for $5.99 plus tax, and I'm seriously disappointed. The chicken was missing both wings, both legs, and patches of skin like someone already had a snack before I bought it. That's unacceptable for a full-priced item. To make things worse, the rest were like that too, and it was packaged that felt like it could melt or burn through. That's not just poor quality it's a safety concern. At Walmart, the chicken is not only cheaper, but it's whole, well-seasoned, and packaged safely. Target can do better. Suggestions: * Ensure every chicken is whole and untouched * Use heat-safe packaging to prevent melting or burns * Do quality checks before putting items on the shelf This felt like I paid full price for half the product and a safety risk. But he took his time and spent nearly 2 hours with me to pick out 15 outfits. I spent almost 1,800$ but he explained the quality and the technology of the products I'm buying, which is perfect for my trip. Try them on and decide I want to buy them, only to be told an employee sold two different sizes to someone, so the only pair left in store was 2 different sizes. They offered to ship them to me so I accepted and paid there. When I get the boots 6 days later, they have a couple scuffs and aren't packed like they're brand new. They look like someone's return. I blow it off and try them on in my house, and decide they are also super uncomfortable and I wouldn't be able to wear them. Had zero time to make it BACK to the mall or the post office to return them until 56 DAYS later, still within the 60 day return window. So I make a special trip to the mall and explain everything. The employee kind of acts like she doesn't believe me and then looks at her computer and says 'the system' won't' 'let' her process the return because it's been longer than 60 days. I had proof of when they were ordered and when I received them, but she wouldn't budge. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am one. THAT is how a manager handles customer service? A human cannot use their common sense to override 'the system'? Does anyone know how to use their own brain these days? Thanks for wasting my time. She's top notch and deserves to be in the highest position possible. She is nothing but kind and BEYOND helpful. Alexis is also really kind to her fellow coworkers when they need help with something as well. I love being able to just call in and ask them to hold something so I can quickly get in and out. I always end up buying more than I originally came for every single time I come in here.
