As far as what is being sold here I would give 5 stars because I love Kohl's. Three stars is a reflection of the customer service. I was staying one night in Flagstaff on a drive from California to Tennessee. I needed pants as the ones I had ripped the night before. We went to Kohl's shortly after they opened and needed to make it a quick stop before we drove 8+ hours to our next stop. Upon entering the store I found the women's department easy enough but at first could only find the section for Levi jeans. In the Levi's area I found a pair of Lauren Conrad pants but couldn't find the area where those came from. I love the Lauren Conrad collection so it is where I wanted my pants from. After wandering the women's section with no luck I had to venture pretty far across the store before I finally found an associate. She pointed me to the right section. I picked out two pants to try on and within two or three minutes I was ready to go. I went towards the check out counter. The women who had guided me to the Lauren Conrad section told me to line up and the one associate on the register would assist me when she was done with another guest. My husband commented to me that the guest she was helping had been trying to make a return the entire time we had been there. At this point at least 10 minutes. While we waited the cashier eventually had to call for a supervisor or manager to complete the return. Again, we were told keep standing in line and the one cashier will help us when she's done. At this point we have encountered two other employees but neither one jumped on a register to help us leave quicker and give us a better experience by prioritizing our time over go backs and whatever else they were doing. Finally, it's our turn at the register. It turns out one of the pairs of pants I picked out didn't have a tag. The cashier was kind enough to ask if we were in a rush and I said that yes, we were since we had a very long drive ahead of us. She said she would have to call someone for help with the pants. Had we been helped by another associate when we first got in line waiting for the price tag assistance would have been fine. But, due to how long we had to wait because they insisted on keeping one person on the register we had to then pass on the second pair of pants and leave. I hope in the future they can consider prioritizing guests over other duties. read more

The manager, Karen, is the rudest , worst person I've ever dealt with in service . I canceled my Kohl's card I had since 2003. Kohl's overall is terrible now as they manipulate you into opening a visa credit card and cancel your kohls card . Karen charged over to the register and deleted all my discounts because I wouldn't open that credit card account . I left 300 dollars worth of clothes on the counter because I refused to use my own credit card which would yield none of my discounts . They're pulling a racket ! read more

Have not been shopping since pandemic to just shop but my sister had returns, so I tagged along. Interesting clearance areas and very rewarding prices that are further rewarded. I loved employees providing service to patrons happily. The management was checking in often. Huge parking lot too. Nothing to not like. Will return. read more

I tried to contact Kohl's telephone customer service about a payment to the wrong account. After spending more than 25 minutes on hold, I attempted to explain who I was and why I was calling to two different people who did not speak or understand English well. When I finally reached a Supervisor, I was told to contact Capital One since my inactive account was transferred to them. I got her name and employee number and was assured that Capital One could find the account. After spending another 40 minutes on hold with Capital One I was transferred back to Kohl's at which time I gave up, not wanting to go through the same thing again. I was then unable to contact the Kohl's Supervisor again the next day and spoke to another Supervisor who ended up hanging up on me. This type of customer service is worse than no customer service. My wife and I have been Kohl's customers for over 30 years and deserve much better treatment than this. read more

My complaint is with Kohls credit card department. After having an account for over 10 years our account was closed with no warning or notice. We have credit scores around 800, so it was not a credit issue. We have had numerous issues with the card being declined for unspecified issues that numerous calls to CS over the years could never seem to fix. Now we are cancelled, apparently for disuse. Duh! We are done with Kohls. In the current tight retail market there are plenty of other retailers who value our business. read more

Goodness, I've not been into a Kohl's in forever. There are always sales here & things are generally decently priced. It's that whole thing with building up prices to discount & tell you how much you saved for me. Sometimes people want to feel like they saved a bunch & got a steal. The store was really well organized from what I could tell, & things were organized by brand. My friend wanted to go here to shop for something in particular which he found successfully. On sale of course. I never shop here but my account had a thing for ten dollars off so he used that which was cool & surprising. What he got was good quality & looked nice & with the discount ended up being cheaper than what he wanted to double check for similar for at a cheaper retail store. So overall he did end up with something much better & for a much lower price, on par price-wise to what he'd have paid for very basic merch elsewhere. So overall pretty sweet. I don't know why I always forget about Kohl's but they have decent quality for decent prices. Was easy to find everything & their holiday hours is what got us in tonight, being open right now until midnight. I've had friends who swear by this store. Not bad, not bad. I'll likely forget about it again tbh lol but happy my friend found what he was looking for. We'd gone to like 5 shops before too so great to have saved money & gotten something of good quality & aesthetics. A win today, yay. read more

I have been an excellent Kohl's customer for 25+ years. My husband bought me a pair of earrings there for Christmas. He paid cash. He lost the original receipt but had the gift receipt. The clasp on the earrings are defective. I went to take them back and even though the gift receipt matched the item, and they could see on their computer that he paid cash for them, they won't give me a cash refund. Only a merchandise credit. They are holding his money hostage. What a rip off. I cut up my Kohl's charge card in front of them and closed my account. Done! read more

Beware this stores Gestapo trained security guards! Through an inadvertent mistake I was using a female fitting room on Monday, May 1, 2023, while trying on dress shirts. The fitting rooms are between men's clothing and women's clothing. The fitting rooms are not marked for women only. Store customer traffic was very light. Hardly anyone shopping. No other people were using fitting rooms. So I couldn't see that women were also using the same fitting rooms. There was a female attendant who was rehanging the shirts I tried on and rejected. She did not notify me that I was using a women's only fitting room. As I was in and out of the room I was using, trying on different shirts, a father and 2 daughters arrived. I was told this by a store manager after I came back to discuss the incident the day after it occurred. I never saw the girls. I saw a man standing outside the fitting rooms using his phone. He apparently complained about me using the fitting rooms while his daughters were. Again, I never saw any young girls or women while I was in and out of the fitting rooms. I finally found a suitable shirt. I started looking at ties. I had the shirt on one arm and hand around a hanging tie that I was examining and thinking of buying. A security guard accosted me. He told me I had to leave. I asked why? He said some customers complained about me. This was very surprising since I hadn't any interactions with other customers or attendants. I attempted to get him to explain the issue. He insisted that I leave the store without any explanation of why. I didn't argue with him. I just walked out as he followed me out! I must admit that I am not very happy. I am a Vietnam Veteran and this happened on the store's "Military Appreciation Day". I don't feel very appreciated. I am requesting an apology, that the women's fitting rooms be clearly marked "For Women Only", and that the rude security guard be fired or at least reprimanded and provided customer interaction training. If the guard had simply explained that I was using the wrong fitting rooms and told me where the Men's fitting rooms are, I would have gladly complied. I would also now be more forgiving. Again, when the guard accosted me, I had already finished using the fitting rooms! read more

I didn't really get the whole LCD screen pricing system, so many things were not in their proper place so we had no idea how much something was until we had to go up to a scanner and price everything. It probably would have been easier had there been tags on the items or if there were easy to spot price tags. Those E Ink displays with their black on gray text makes it hard to see anything. They were having an after Christmas sale so everything was thrown everywhere. I will say they had a pretty good selection and I loved the bright skincare displays that let you sample everything. I will probably return when things are not so chaotic looking and armed with coupons. read more

To be honest, I often forget there's a Kohl's here in Flagstaff because to me it's so hidden. I hardly find anything when I come to Kohl's being that there is too much in the store it feels so over-crowded. As far as the coupons go ... I get one, go to the store, and never find anything. read more

To be honest, I only started shopping at Kohl's when I kept getting those 10$ cards in the mail.. it really works. It reeled me in and $10 off your purchase.. awesome! Its great because they print you out another coupon for another $10 off your next purchase, and then you can subscribe to their mailing list and get another $10 off in your inbox. The last time I went, I spend $3 on a $48 dollar shirt. $10 off or not, they have some great deals. T-shirts are currently on sale and we found some for about $4. 50%-70% off clearance on a bunch of men stuff... awesome! read more

I'm not typically a kohl's fan but this store is very well stocked with pretty much everything from casual to business clothes. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful (isn't everyone in Flag?). Prices are more moderate than super cheap but excellent value for the quality. read more

Merchandise selection is very limited, overpriced, poor quality. Little customer service. Hubby's Christmas slippers fell apart after 2 months of heavier than average use. Pitiful for the price. I always get better service, better quality and better selection at Dillards. If you are a woman who wears over size 16, don't bother with Kohls unless you are over 65. read more

I love Kohls!!!! But this location is horrible. Customer Service was horrible!!! They don't even try to be nice and the manager was so rude, he was yelling across the store yelling who wants LUNCH!! Who's going now!!!! Then the cashiers started yelling back ME ME!!! Wow!! So ghetto! There merchandise is super limited...cashiers have no idea about what's going on in the store like if a certain item came free with a purchase of $50 or more, there was a huge sign that said that and I pointed at it and told the cashier and she looked at me n said "ughhh yeah I don't know, maybe". I couldn't get out of there fast enough... never coming back! read more

The prices at this location are higher than other Kohl's locations. I found a lot in the clearance jewelry area and in the intimates clearance area but other than that I was not impressed. The staff was very friendly and made it a more pleasant experience than it was starting out to be. read more

Don't get me wrong...Kohl's has great prices BUT has the WORST customer service behaviors. I always tend to get in the line that has the customer that takes their time. That's fine and all, but as a major retailer, you should know that you need to call a back-up cashier to assist the other customers that shop at your store. I would spend more of my money there, but hassling with a 6-month old child on top of lousy service is not a good time for me. read more

The store itself is fine, it was clean and had a good selection of everything it claims to have. I am disappointed with this kohls due to the atrocious custom service. The cashier was aggressively pushing the credit card offer on us even after we had declined several times, she got very rude and snappy with us when I was confused because I thought the pants I went in to purchase were on sale and she proceeded to get angry when I did not want to buy the pants for $60 when I thought they were $20. I would've gladly went back and shopped for something else if she wasn't so horribly rude about it. This is not the first time I have been treated poorly at this store, but that is okay because I will never be going back and I will make sure I recommend my friends and family to shop anywhere else in town rather than waste their time with this store. read more
