As others said, this mall leaves a bit to be desired with lots of empty retail space, but we managed to enjoy our time there. Pros: -There is plenty of parking surrounding the mall. -The location is easy to access and it is right across the street from the Harkins movie theater -There is a decent food court -The mall offers a handful of stores that were appealing to me and my kids including B&N, Famous Footwear, Lids, Bath & Body Works, Foot Locker, GameStop, etc... -There are also some kiosks, cell phone stores, etc... As mentioned above, the cons are really that it's a very small mall with empty space. There also seemed to be some shady characters hanging around, but I think you get that with most malls these days.

They also may have the most entertaining staff of any store that I've ever been to (singing, dancing, and always having fun). They seem to only hire people with energy and who want to have fun while they are at work. For what it's worth, they are my favorite place to grab Flagstaff themed stickers and shirts.
