I think they were gold pearls and pearl pearls around the hoop. Super cute. I lost them but whatever. Today I picked out a gold bracelet, silver necklace, emerald ring and pearl ring w diamonds. The new Armstrong Mccall in Prescott has no Yelp, but the return policy goes for every store and is mostly why I will not be returning. As for the Prescott store location lady. Do you even smile or try to make your customers happy? I do everything I can for my customers and if there is something I can't and it is out of my control, I sympathize and apologize. That is just what you do. And it's a part of good customer service .
