Some suggested full-retail prices listed on their tags are super inaccurate: I usually check online to compare prices if I'm trying to talk myself out of buying something, or occasionally when trying to talk myself into it lol, but often I'll find the full original price much higher. Therefore many items are often at a better discount than indicated. Something I also appreciate but can be problematic when you find a snack or brand of clothing that you low-key get far too many of & want more of. They had a specific brand of coconut water that's kind of ruined any other for me because it was zero sugar & far superior so, if you're willing to try things... It can be a real problematic blessing that I appreciate haha. I've discovered some really fun snacks here, gotten quality clothing & have spent far too much at this location. Good place for retail therapy but not if you just want to window-shop & have an open mind to new finds. It's a problem but I enjoy this place lol. Depends on what I'm in the mood to look for but it's fun running into friends randomly here as well. Good times, decent layout & they've taken several steps for covid safety.

Worthington is the perfect office wear brand. So professional all the pieces. It might be old school preppie yuppie style but I look gorgeous in this suit. Washable too. The blazer and pants cost me $70.40 with tax and it was sale price. I bought earrings here once, small pearl hoops and everyone completed me on them... I think they were gold pearls and pearl pearls around the hoop. Super cute. I lost them but whatever. Today I picked out a gold bracelet, silver necklace, emerald ring and pearl ring w diamonds. I put them on my dream list. I need 4 new tires so I'm hoping I can get back to buy them later. Thanks for a nice visit Penneys.

There's no way this is growing pains at this point. I did get dry shampoo, nail files, and some sunglasses at a great price, but their selection of many other things like towels, pillows, food items and much more are very minimal. Much better selection a few doors down at their competitor. I do like that they have a 10% discount for 55 and over on Tuesdays. Quick service at checkout, but there was definitely not the amount of people at this location as on the west side.

**July 2026: Sunday Night Visit**…read more This is my favorite Goodwill. I first visited Flagstaff four years ago and stopped in here then, and it was just as great on this trip. Parking is ample, which makes it easy to pop in and browse without any hassle. I also love that there's truly something for everyone here, whether you're shopping for men's, women's, children's, or household items. On this visit, I found a bolo tie, a Lawrence Kazar silk deep purple beaded mini dress, a black leotard, and a pink square neck leotard. The selection is colorful, varied, and well worth digging through, and the sizes worked well for me too. My total came to $18.85, which felt like an incredible deal for everything I brought home. Can't wait for my next Flagstaff visit to find more gems!

I haven't had any interactions with employees, but I am sure they're all very kind. My issue I have with this store & all of Goodwill's is that they overprice items, or sell things heavily damaged at almost full cost. Below is proof. The shorts are NWT priced at $6.61 from the department store it came from. Goodwill is selling it for $8.99. They have no shame whatsoever doing this. It's really awful business. After this experience, I will be shopping at non profits, because this is very disturbing. Do better Goodwill.

You know you're from California when you've never heard of Cal Ranch…read more This was my first time hearing/visiting a Cal Ranch store. My family needed some items for both our dogs and gardening Luckily for us, Cal Ranch has it all.. and then some. This store is truly the master of all trades. From farm essentials, animal feed, outdoor equipment, gardening supplies, sweet treats, clothing, home decor, they truly have it all. The staff does seem pretty distant and uninterested in shoppers. I don't mind being ignored, but it does make me understand the negative reviews a bit better. I loved seeing the baby chicks and am now debating if I need chickens.
