Ashlee was so helpful with my shopping experience April 27, 2016. I came in to purchase a Fitbit. Ashlee knew so much about the different styles Alta, Blaze and Surge. She took time to explain each one to me. I am going to purchase the Blaze. Thanks so much for all your help and making me feel like a valued customer. Rey the supervisor and Daisy helped me find my size at the Santee location Carol Lovejoy Alpine, CA. read more

I was in the area decided to stop by to exchange some jeans. Well long long story short return/exchange "policy" HORRIBLE!!!! Clarett failed horribly with customer satisfaction! But I do appreciate the help and how Steven handled the situation. Definitely not shopping with kohl's again. Not worth the hassle, taking my business elsewhere. read more

Might be a place to purchase items that you never need to return. The worst return policy I've ever seen. Stood in line to return an item without a receipt, was told I could only exchange for an item of the exact price. No one ever told me that there was NO other item of that same price, wasted two hours in the store for nothing. Would not recommend this place. If you're a coupon whore, go for it. I'm not. It's definitely not a store for me. read more

2 stars for cool accessories such as gloves and comfy winter slippers. Not a fan of the clothing. the makeup section is blah because people do not have respect for businesses. They open packages and mess up everything. I ended up buying two lip glosses, 29 bucks for 2. Got home and someone had already used one of them so I ended up returning them couple days later. Seemed easy to return which is nice. read more

I'm in town for a family funeral. This morning, when I was getting ready, the zipper on my dress broke. Kohls wasn't open yet, but my husband suggested that i call just to see if they could let me buy a dress even though it wasn't 9AM yet. Without hesitation, the manager Juvia said yes. She let me in, and she, Britney, and Delores helped me find an appropriate dress, let me try it on, and made sure I had what I needed. They made a stressful situation better simply by providing excellent service. I really appreciated their help and kindness! read more

I'm a very happy shopper today, having a very good experience here to be sure. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice lady whose name I later found out was Lori and I asked where I could find the bed linens. She directed me there but I got sidetracked on the way in the intimates section where I found not one but two bras that fit me on the clearance rack. I didn't find any comforters or comforter sets that suited me in price although they had some really beautiful ones in colors I loved. I looked at a few more things on the way out and headed for the registers. As it happened the same lady who greeted me when I walked in was checking me out. She was friendly and asked me if I had found everything I needed and I told her how happy I was with what I found and that they were on clearance to boot. Then she asked if I had any coupons or discounts and I said no because it was an unscheduled stop so I hadn't tracked any down. She ended up giving me some sort of discount that took another $9 off of my purchase and I ended up saving $51 and spending about $33 on two bras that fit and they're purple! See why I'm happy? 4 stars for service and results. 1 star off because their prices aren't as low as I was expecting on the non-sale items. I have friends that love Kohls and I always got the impression from them that the store had great prices. However I'm not going to complain about what I paid for what I got. read more

Apparently NO SUZY works here. Even though SUZY told me to come in and get a store credit issued that I lost. The person in customer service was so rude as always. I'll NEVER be back. EVER. read more

I ordered something online and when I went to pick it up I met Felicia and she was such an amazing person and helped me beyond what she normally does. Stores do need more people like her to help!! Keep up the great customer service!! read more

This Kohl's is pretty well put together but I must say make sure you always shop with a coupon. The prices are a bit high!

I am a Kohl's shopper! I didn't give it 5 stars because sometimes I don't care for their women's fashions, but I love the 30% off coupons coupled with the reward dollars and apply any extra promotional $$ they send in the mail on top of Kohl's cash you may have. I walked out of there one time with $60 worth of merchandise for like $7 or something like that! And if you used your Kohl's charge card you don't have to worry about finding the receipt if you need to do a return. And they will accept anything back, used, not used, broken, not broken, whatever, no questions asked. I like going to the Santee store. Yay, Kohls! read more

I love shopping at this Kohl's! It is always so clean and organized when I'm shopping. The customer service is great, when needed help looking for something I couldn't find. I feel like this Kohl's carry a lot more selection and sizes then others. And it's located in a beautiful shopping center. So if your hungry or thirsty. There are plenty of fantastic place to stop by and grab something to enjoy. read more

Loved the checkout lady, hate Kohl's in general. I've been a long time shopper at Kohl's all over. I got the credit card under the agreement that my purchase was going to be charged on my bank credit card and not the Kohl's card. I saw the payment going through my bank account for a couple of days. Almost 3 months later, I get the one a phone call to call Kohl's. I call and find out they stopped the payment going through on my bank Visa card, transferred the amount onto the Kohl's card, and charged both interest and late fees and were "demanding payment". Totally illegal. I checked and sure enough, the payment originally going through on my bank Visa was cancelled. Customer service said they would only remove the late fee and interest if I gave them a Debit card or my checking account info. I initially said no, take my credit card number or I'd pay in person at the store. They said they would not remove the fees and interest if I do that and would not take a credit card. Kohl's is dishonest and shady, doing bad business, and not trustworthy. Bye, Kohl's. read more

This kohls is clean, the lay out is easy to understand the customer service is great. I go here periodically because I get discount coupons through my email and then there is the spend $50 and get $10 kohls cash back-which is another great incentive to return customers. With the kohls card you get more of a discount. So I walked out spending $42 and saved $106 today. I was very impressed with Farley's service and his willingness to exceed my shopping expectations. He communicated to the customers in line and acknowledged that he would be right with them. I will go back soon. read more

Shop anywhere else. Horrible customer service and mediocre quality products. Yes, they are cheap but you get what you pay for. Spoke to their manager (term used loosely) Lluvia and probably should work in another industry. Something not dealing with customers, service or basic addition. If you shop here buyer beware. Good luck! read more

Really bad experience today.I came with my 2 little kids 7 months and 20 months .No shopping carts at all there. How can I shop without shopping cart?Employees couldn't help.No more shopping at kohl's not kids friendly read more

Am furious. First I have to do three different logins, then I can't pay in store with card.....then the site keeps telling me my username and password are both wrong, even though I've triple checked. Then I'm told that I can't pay over the phone without being charged ten dollars! Never shopping there again, or using my card online. Absolutely terrible. read more

Lovvvvvvvve this store. This store has everything I need under one roof. I can just in there & look for hours!!! Great prices & even better if you get a Kohls card. The staff has always been very friendly & helpful even when they are super busy. read more

I can honestly say that I only shop here because of the deals and because I have a charge card here. If my opinion were based strictly on customer service then I wouldn't be giving this store or the Santee location a 1 star review quite frankly. The reason I even give the 2 starts that I did is because this is based on the return policy in which I have found it to be pretty easy. That says a lot considering the loops and bounds a person must jump to overcome hurdles when it comes to stores return policy's nowadays. There are so many restrictions set in place and not to mention each store has their own individual guidelines customers have to follow to make returns. Things use to be so simple before these times and kohls seems to be the only retailer in my experience thus far that is making it easier than most to bring in an item for return or exchange without an accompanying receipt. Of course it does help that they like Target can look up your purchased items using whatever form of payment you used at the time of purchase (debit, credit or Kohls charge). I think that the employees that work here are absolutely despicable and rude and not to mention absolutely inconsiderate to their patrons and customers alike. Not just once and not just twice but THREE TIMES since I first step foot in to a kohles last year I have been overlooked and treated with such a lack of customer service and lack being given the very basic quality customer service that everyone deserves that walks through their front doors. I have on 3 separate occasions been doing my shopping and have made the mistake of not getting a cart upon my arrival simply thinking I would be in and out. Getting distracted and before I know it I have been shopping a few hours. As I fumble with items in both arms and desperately attempt to get to the dressing room, try on clothing and then make my way out the front door I seem to pass several employees. Do these employees stop and ask if I need any assistance or help of any kind? Nope! Do they make it a point to go outta there way and bring me a shopping cart or basket? Nope! Do they offer me any sort of assistance whatsoever? Not at all. I have almost eaten crap right in front of an employee after dropping an item on the ground and having so many items in my arms as I attempted to reach down and pick up the item that I nearly tripped over a long dress I was holding. It was so shocking and bewildering to me that the employee kept on walking even though she looked at me directly. I stated "Ni thanks that's ok but how nice of you to offer" thinking this night do something or cause the employee to pause and take notice to me. Suddenly was I ever wrong!! She kept right on going. Absolutely pathetic!! I hope sometime the President or CEO or some chairman of the board is sitting down and reading their companies reviews from real customers such as myself here on this media outlet source. Then I can only pray that this review will have been heard and mattered enough to consider the idea & thought of training employees in the field of customer service. That's all I got! read more

Terrible customer service, slow and they do not care about you. I was charged for someone else's purchases on my Kohl's card and put into collections for purchases I did not make and they did not care that it was a store error. Get rid of your credit card. In addition, the credit card 800 service is slow and not helpful either read more

Order lost by fed ex. Here we are 2 months later and no refund. Paying interest on something I did not receive. Spoke with a Frank at kohls. I guess everybody that works there is named frank. How much money will I lose waiting for a refund. Stop shopping there. I will take my money else where. read more

Great prices along with a good selection of clothes, home goods, etc. Good place to shop!

Just spent the most frustrating experience at this store. Had one item to purchase and spent 45 minutes in line trying to check out. They never have enough registers open. I have had this happen too many times. With the holidays coming up it will only get worse. I have complained so many times to no avail. I'll do my Christmas shopping somewhere else. Time is precious to me. Not worth the few bucks I might save. read more

The management at this store is completely incompetent. Apparently abiding by the companies written price matching policy is too difficult of a concept. I went in to buy a kitchen Aid mixer and brought along a lower price quote from the kitchen Aid website. The manager said that they could not accept the quote because it was from the manufacturer so I found the same lower price at Sears and Willliams Sonoma. She rejected both of these sources saying that she didn't know what Williams Sonoma was (seriously?!) and that they could accept the sears quote, but that we would have to go to Sears and bring an actual paper add from the store. HELLO!!! If I'm going to go all the way to Sears why wouldn't I just buy it there??? Basically she had no idea what she was talking about and was making up the rules as she went. This store always has long lines and rude customer service. Shop else where and avoid the irritation! read more
