I really enjoy going to this Kohls. It's very neat and organized with a relaxed shopping atmosphere. I found everything I needed to find and it was easy too. I really like their men's clothing selection. I was able to find great clothes for when I golf and other outdoor activities. The staff members are always helpful when needed. I also REALLY like that they offer self check out. Lines form and it just makes checking out a bit quicker especially if you have the other registers open. 5 stars and would recommend this location! read more

Absolutely nobody shops here. The structure exists purely to facilitate the return of Amazon packages yet they don't actually have any idea how to do that and intentionally make it as difficult as possible. I needed to return four brake rotors after Amazon screwed up my order multiple times and Kohl's was the only return option they were willing to offer me. The rotors weigh 40-50lbs each. I thought I'd just load them up into a shopping cart to make the journey to the back of the store easier, but, surprise, surprise, you can't take a Kohl's shopping cart past the front door without the wheels locking up. I went back and asked the incredibly old person working the returns counter if I could use one of the numerous orange carts they had sitting around completely empty to help move the heavy items. He said no and suggested I get some friends to come help me instead. I said I'd just bring them in one at a time and stack them on the counter in trips and then get in line when they were all there. He said that would be fine. As I'm bringing them in he stops me and tells me that I have to remain with the items at all times or else some kind of magical alarm will sound because the Kohl's building is somehow capable of detecting unattended items. I pointed out that the entire store is nothing but unattended items because nobody's shopping there and the only two clerks are just standing around staring at their phones. He did this weird bowing thing that made absolutely no sense while continuing to insist that I must remain with the items at all times. I asked him how I was supposed to stand in line at the returns counter and remain with the items that were already at the counter at the same time. He could not understand the fact that this was physically impossible but eventually suggested that I go get a shopping cart and wait in line with that. I pointed out that I could not go get a shopping cart and remain with the items at all times and he once again just glitched out and started rambling about some kind of alarm that absolutely does not exist. That was when I stopped listening to him and just got in line. I started moving the rotors over to where he could scan them and he started complaining about how heavy they were. I came here yesterday looking for mens suits, shoes and messenger bags for my son to use for college and work. There was a small suit section and they had some belts and ties so you could probably find something here in a pinch. The prices weren't great considering the proximity of this store to Nordstrom Rack and other shops where you can get luxury brands for not much more. The staff was busy, but helpful and advised me they didn't carry laptop bags that he was aware but to check the luggage section, which I did. The area was a mess and he was right, they don't carry any satchels or messenger/laptop bags here. I ended up leaving empty handed but depending on what I was looking for, (the selection of women's and children's clothing was decent and they did have graphic tees at 2 for $24) I might stop here again. read more

I rarely go here, maybe during the holidays? For the most part of anything, I always just order online. This time around, I did a pickup for an online order. It was not busy at all, no long lines. There was a sign where to go for self pickup. I opened the email and it told me what box to go to. Found the box and my item was there. Picked it up and instructed me that I'm done. I was surprised how easy that was but at the same time it made me wonder how easy it is to possibly shoplift? I'm sure they've already thought about it and are always watching on multiple cameras. The online shopping experience was horrible. First, there was no easy option for in-store pickup. After I had placed the order I had a 15-minute window to cancel. I then placed another order for in-store pickup because I figured out how to use it. Then what I was shopping for and paid for for in-store pickup was canceled. And the one item that they're going to send me is going to arrive on the 12th for in-store pickup and today is June 8th. This is the worst shopping experience in recent memory for me. I was picking up my son at the airport so went to Kohl's in Colma beforehand to use up my Kohl's cash and do some Christmas shopping. This was a very nice Kohl's filled with so much stuff compared to the Brentwood Kohls! Brentwood does not have as much variety it seems compared to this store (although Brentwood is cleaner and more organized). Plenty of each item so I was happy because usually the one I want is always the one that is missing! But here they had it all! When I went to the elderly cashier who was pleasant, I had so much so she gave me the bag to help her pack it as she scanned the items. One item I said I think you charged me for that already and she said no she didn't, so I thought well, maybe I am wrong then? When I got home later that night, I see it was a double charge and I was correct after all. I called and spoke to the manager, Dey, who was pleasant and refunded my credit card right away. I guess because I had a rewards card she could see the transactions. It was very prompt and efficient-now that is customer service. The manager, Dey, deserves a 5 star rating for excellence. I gave a 4 star only because I did have to go through the extra step to get a refund since I was double charged-but quick to rectify it which is awesome. They have Black Friday sales already going on now already-so heads up. Toys buy one get one 50% off and clothes were 60% off. I saved 297.00 (although I know it is how much I spent that counts!) and received a 90.00 Kohl's cash back! So head down to Kohls especially the one in Colma! I rather like this kohls and it's spacious, there's good parking and there's a Sephora inside. The docked points are that I noticed during holiday season, I would often have to wander the whole store to find an associate to help (who is already frantic from all the extra holiday work - friendly reminder to be nice as it isn't their fault the store is understaffed). The selection is good in terms of variety of styles but the sizing always seems to skew one way or another whenever I shop. The other reason is that this seems to be a wifi/data deadline (at least if you're t mobile). The amount of times I've frantically wandered outside the store trying to get my Amazon code is innumerable. Screenshot your stuff beforehand! Spacious department store, decent selection of items if you're in the mood to do some bargain shopping. It wasn't overly busy on a Saturday afternoon when I came by so you can shop in peace and quiet instead of being elbow to elbow with other shoppers looking for a good deal. I had to do the "dreaded bra shopping ." I tried Macys in Serramonte. I left extremely frustrated after 1 hour. The store had no rhythm or reason to it. Speaking of the stores in North Carolina. I'm in the store shopping which I will never do again. I'm standing and I watched thoroughly African-American man and woman and child with baby carriage mother filling up the baby carriage with all clothing shoes whatever she wanted loudly she using the f word pretending like she's on the phone with heryoung child watching everything her mama and daddy are doing I am at the register I told the manager who was African American as well I said they're walking out your store with all this merchandise she turns and looks at them said sir you can't do that. That was it did not call the police or anything. Same couple again I saw in Belk in North Carolina doing the same thing they're letting them walk out of the stores and not doing a thing. This is sad. They teach their children this is okay when it's not something's got to be done to stop this this is why stores are closing all over United States well one of the reasons.. This has to stop. So I will never shop at Kohl's ever again I have shredded my card. So why Brick & Mortar ? because some times you need to inspect an item before a purchase , in my case this was Bedding. I did some online shopping , and had a good idea of what I wanted , but customer reviews were all over the place on some of the bedding items so there was a need to inspect the actual merchandise in person so for that reason I made the short road trip to Kohl's. The nice thing about the local Kohl's , it has a Large Lot with Easy Parking, it's Well Stocked, Clean ,Well Organized, and Tidy. As for staffing I saw lots of associates about keeping busy , and when I needed help locating a product the help was provided in a cheerful manner. But there are things one should do, 1st Register with the Kohl's application so your purchases can give you Store Credit ( Kohl's Cash) , also since paying Full Retail Sucks check their Ad to see what might be on sale. The nice thing about this Kohl's is you get the advantages of a Big Box Retail Shop without the BS of parking at a Mall ! read more

I have to say this store is super organized and the employees are also super nice and helpful. I recently came here before Thanksgiving to for look for something, and one of the employees Julie went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted and she was so patient. She also showed me how to order the item I wanted on the kiosk machine. She was with me at each step until I completed my order and made it easy! Thank you very much Julie! The return area is located in the back of the store towards the center and they are usually pretty quick too. I never had to wait more than 10 mins in line. Everyone at the counter is usually pretty polite as well. I did an Amazon return at this Kohl's store April 2023 I received a receipt Amazon sent me a text saying they received the item and I would receive a refund. I received my refund on April 18 then Amazon comes back in June saying they never received the item and charged me. and because I had shredded all my receipts of the returned item from Kohl's I have no proof to show Amazon when they came back in June to recharge me because of that I am now out an item and money. If I was you, I wouldn't use this Kohl's store to return any Amazon products if you do you better keep your receipt. The store is clean and well stocked. All the employees have been super helpful. The bathrooms are tidy! The prices are great and their Rewards Program helps out even more with Cash Back coupons for purchases over $50. I used my $30 coupon today and wound up paying under 20 bucks for 2 t-shirts, a bow tie and a sweater. This is not Kohl's fault, (damn pandemic) but I wish the dressing rooms weren't closed. Came here for Amazon return and this review is only for amazon return services. There's clear sign showing where is the amazon return area is. When I'm in line, there's 6 feet distance sticker on the floor for social distancing. There's a plexi guard between the staff and customer, hand sanitizers are provided in that area and at the mall's entrance and exit. The staff will pack and seal the items for you if needed. I already have a box with me and the staff kindly helped me to seal it with tape. However, I've seen people coming here to return without a box or bag. Unfortunately, I don't see they have any box or bag to pack the items in, I only saw they used plastic strip to wrap the items, tape it, and throw it in the bin where they used to collect the return items. Anyhoooo, staffs are nice and line goes by pretty fast. read more

I like this store, I dislike this store. I definitely have a love/hate relationship with Kohl's. I like it because I can find moderately-priced and well-made clothing for my little boy and prices are so reasonable that it doesn't make you weep when your child outgrows them (or if they're boys, tear a hole in the knee). I like that they carry name brands like Vera Wang, Ralph Lauren as well their proprietary and very good (children's) Jumping Beans brand. I'm put off that there are no salespeople to help you if you have a question. I also dislike that they've placed a huge wall of toys inside the confines of the children's clothing department so you'll be hard-pressed to leave without buying a toy. I dislike the rolling mesh carts you can use to shop because they make me feel like a refugee (I finally gave in and used one, it was weird). The store looks cheesy like they've given up on retail since they're usually selling everything at a discount. It makes me feel like they don't even care about the Kohl's brand - leave that game to JC Penney and raise the bar a little. That said, besides some little boy's clothing, I picked up a cute Catherine Malandrino top and bought some lingerie staples for myself. I like that I can almost always buy decently-made and inexpensive children's clothing so I guess it's all good. I simply think that if the Kohl's shopping experience was as good as their TV commercials, they'd do better business and make it a more pleasant shopping experience. I'll end with a message to Kohl's: Please improve your website. It's a disorganized and out-of-date mess. DEAL OR NO DEAL? You be the judge! I have been meaning to replace my worn out running shoes and saw my coworker wearing the Nike Flex and I immediately thought - gee... what a really cool shoe! I looked online and saw that there wasn't that much difference in pricing and since I needed to try them on before buying -- Kohl's happened to be where I was at that time and decided it was a great fit and my new Nike Flex was coming home with me! I really haven't ventured much to any Kohl's stores. In fact, this was the second one I have been to! I do get their mailers and tons of coupons which I wish I had with me at the time of buying my shoes. In comparison to Target - it is cleaner and they do stock enough brand names to make the trip well worth it. What I do like about this store was things were easy to find. It was clearly marked so there really wasn't that much confusion! They have a huge selections of sports shoes especially Nike and other brands too! This clerk is in La La land and needs retraining on being diligent on ringing up items. Why gaslight the customer, we read the signs, especially if we can save a few bucks. Also the Crocs for ladies was a disappointment. The kids Crocs had a good selection and there's no special occasion attire for women, nothing but summery clothes. First off, this is a one-star review you Kohl's probably don't care about since I'm probably not your target audience...with that said, first time in my life walking into a Kohl's store to do an Amazon return and the staff gave me a 25% off coupon. I was like, why not, since I need to grab a pair of Converse for my kids. And here the fun began when I checked out... As soon as I showed the coupon to your cashier, she kindly said Converse is excluded. I showed her your exclusion page, and we scrolled through the entire page together and there's no mention of Converse. She acknowledged it and asked for manager's approval. Her name is Christine...Christine walked over, and repeated Converse is excluded, I showed her your own web page, and she gave me a real funny stare (well, we all wore masks after all) and said nothing...after 3 seconds of awkwardness, I asked "so..."...Christine said "no converse"...I asked why, she said because "I said so" and walked away... WOW....honestly, a grand savings of $7.50 isn't a big deal, I bought the pair anyway. There are many different ways to convey the same message. The interesting part is her funny stare and response. Call the number on the back of the card was told that the funds were used September 9 of 1999. I have reached out via phone and email three weeks ago with no resolution. I have been told that I need to supply receipts and proof of purchase. how do you ask someone who gifted you the card for that information.
