For years I shopped here on a regular basis. I cannot stand going in the store now because everything smells like it has been doused with perfume. I try to do the order pickup hoping that it might be better but as soon as I got home & took the item out of the bag, it made my entire space smell like nasty perfume & led to a headache. It is just nasty. It is sad because it was one of the few decent places on the west side to shop. read more

I use to love Kohls. The returns was on one side with 1-3 cashiers. The purchase was on the other side 1-3 cashiers. Now it's together. The last two times I have been in there the wait is close to 30 minutes. Each time two cashiers. Today one was training I was 16th in line. The lady four ahead of me had returns I lost count at 14. Each had to come out of the bag and boxes they were shipped in I can tell you one place I will not be Christmas shopping. You need to understand some older folks with health issues can't stand that long. You need a parking lot return and pick up. One person. Hand held device to scan in the curbside for returns. Same person can do curbside pick up. Or else get more cashiers. Or call for back up when there's 8-10 people in line. read more

Placed an online order and never received it! They told me since it was delivered (to the wrong address) I would have to dispute it with my bank. I did and they still are saying they delivered it so we have to pay for something we don't fucking have!!!! I'll make sure to tell everyone that even breaths in kohls direction that they are thieves. read more

They never have enough cashiers EVER. It's not worth the stop at all. The store is always a mess. If you try an ask for help no one is cheerful or even makes eye contact. With on line shopping you need to step it up before you need to close for lack of sales. read more

I went in after an appointment. I love Kohl's but not really near one so when I have the opportunity I check it out. They had tons on sale so I tried to go through to find items for me. Unfortunately there wasn't much in my size. I thought I found some items but realized they were in short. For shorter people, there is tons out there. The lines were extremely long as they normally are. They called for more people to come and check people out. The line moved pretty fast. The sales person was friendly and asked if I wanted to put it on my Kohl's card. I was able to put it on my rewards. Overall, it was a good experience. I wish there was more in my size but maybe it wasn't meant to be. The staff was friendly. The store was not a mess but wasn't the neatest but it was busy and there were tons of sales at the time. Look forward to my next visit. read more

I really don't like that they are forcing everyone to go in and out of the same entrance. They say it's because of COVID, but it seems counterproductive to force everyone to congregate in one spot. You would think having two entrances accessible would provide more opportunities to socially distance!! Also I have a handicapped son, and unknowingly parked at the "closed entrance" and had to carry him extra distance to get inside and to a shopping cart. Very inconvenient. I only go into khols for Amazon returns, however have bought a few shirts here in the process of returning things. Unfortunately these shirts didn't even hold up to a few washes. I feel things in this store are overpriced and of inferior quality. I wouldn't mind paying the higher prices if the quality was good!! Very Long checkout lines too. Very disappointed with khols in general. Sad because they actually have cute styles in their clothing department. read more

I used to love Kohls. I've had the upgraded card you get for spending a lot for the last 4 or 5 years. I couldn't say enough good things about them. Then I had a couple bad experiences- usually with the SAME cashier. I really don't even know why she is working with people. But I still loved Kohls do I would just purposely not go to her register. THEN I registered for my wedding at kohl's. DO NOT REGISTER FOR YOUR WEDDING HERE A lot of the stuff I registered for was out of stock. What made me quit kohl's for good is that they promised I would earn reward bucks for items purchased off my registry. Well that never happened. I have called 4 times and emailed countless times and gotten absolutely no help. They lied, 100%. Going to call and cancel my kohl's card very soon. I heard they will be closing soon and I'm not surprised. Update** I tried emailing the address provided in the reply. I will update again in 5 business days. That SHOULD be plenty of time to resolve yhis ***update*** I still have not had a reply to the email I sent 6 days ago. Do not register here. read more

They have everything. No seriously, you can buy a whole new wardrobe AND probably outfit your home with all new appliances. It's a chain so that's expected. I consider Kohl's a classier Wal Mart. Their prices can be really great or average depending on the constantly changing sales and specials. The store is pretty easy to navigate, clothes and jewelry in the front, and domestic stuff in the back. Parking is always available in the huge lot shared with Meijer's. It might benefit you to get a Kohl's credit card if you plan on shopping there frequently. I don't have it but know a few people that do. I also know a person that worked there as a seasonal employee and they actually enjoyed it, so they seem to be a good company to work for. read more

I am teetering between 3 or 4 stars. Their regular prices are on the high side. There are some good values on clearance. The values are even better when paired with coupons. There are two ways to sign up for coupons. Sign up online for e-coupons, or sign up in store for their loyalty card. If you sign up in store, you will still have to go online to finish the process. Both will give you discounts without having to get their credit card. The quality of the toddler and children's clothing is better than Target or Walmart. They have licensed character clothing that both my kids like. I don't like that the toddler clothing stops at 4T. Any other store I have been to goes up to 5T. This means if looking for size 5T, clothing must be purchased from the children's not toddlers section. The same pattern shirt in 4T is several dollars less than it is in size 5. The difference can really add up. Their "Kohl's Cares For Kids" items make for a nice gift. They always have children's books, stuffed animals, or both for $5.00 each. Coupons are not good on those items. They sell Food Network cooking equipment in their home department. A decent selection of bedding and home accents. read more

I am so disappointed that Kohl's doesn't have their fitting rooms open yet. It is so inconvenient to have to buy your clothes take them home to try them on and then happen to take them back. I placed an online order to be sent to my home. IT was sent to the store instead. I got an email that I had until close of business, 12 Nov 18 to pick up my order. I went to the store appox 2p to get it from the pickup counter. Where I was told it was xld and returned to shelf. And i was sent A Refund .Tried to ctc the main office but was sent to an online chat at kohls.com. This Is BS Interested to know uf any one else had the same experience. Thank you . read more

Disappointed in the pricing here, it was also obvious around Christmas they jacked up the prices on bedding and gift items just to mark down to regular pricing, it was extremely obvious, the store is over stocked and the jewelry was broken and hanging, everything had sale stickers in red but nothing was a sale pricing. It was stocked like the old Biglots that was out of order in many ways. No organization. High prices to be a discount store. read more
