We visited Kohl's in Bend, Oregon and was looking for some items for winter wear for our Winter Wonderland tour in February. They had a 25 percent off for friends & family discount and the store was empty not crowded. Which was very nice and comfortable browsing around looking at the items they offer. My wife wanted me to write a review about how great she thinks the customer service at this Kohl's was this afternoon... She said a young lady named Ali was especially helpful to her when she was returning an Amazon purchase. This helpful attendant ran after her bc she left her phone on the counter. She ran into the parking lot and flagged her down so she didn't have the inconvenience of coming back to get it later. Great job Ali, you def made an impression on my wife! read more

I came into Kohls just a few minutes ago to shop for some pants and shirts for work... whoa! What a mess! They didn't have what I was looking for, or at least I don't think they did. I couldn't find much of anything because the men's department was in utter shambles. I'm not necessarily bagging on the store because it's all of the shoppers who just put their unwanted garments wherever they wanted to, but damn... Really? When you have 30 minutes to shop and you come into a store looking like this... ain't nobody got time for that! It looked like a teenage boys closet in there... no staff around at all to assist me either. I bought a tshirt in Beaverton and had been meaning to return the damned thing for weeks. Visiting a friend in Bend and she wanted to drop in and grab some jeans. I went up to the counter - two beeps and it was returned with no questions. She even said that without a receipt they will pull it off with the debit card number I paid with no sweat. NICE...EASY...I like that. Then I go to find my friend and I find two sweaters for $10....$10....no shit.... Thanks Kohls.... read more

It's the holidays - and I know customer service gets hectic and busy. I am sensitive to that because I myself have been in it for 15 years. I have also been a Kohls customer for 13 years and have always LOVED the customer service. I've had trouble with this location in the past but today hit an all time low. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a store before by simply trying to return an item I bought recently. I was treated like I was a worthless invaluable idiot. But I tried to look past the snarky attitude and comments I was receiving - because again, holidays. But when she walked away for 10 minutes, came back with another snarky comment, and then asked someone else to "deal" with me - I had enough. I will not be back in this store any longer. read more

Misleading, deceptive, dishonest!! The news just went over this today. Kohl's "sales" aren't actually sales! For example, a shirt that is originally $55 was on sale for $29.99. That shirt never went off "sale", even after two months the shirt was still at the same price of $29.99. They did this investigation over two months, with multiple different articles of clothing and accessories. It is just a way to manipulate you to buy what they are selling. Here in Bend on vacation..Returned a shirt I purchased 2,632 miles away..Forgot my receipt at home...They gave me a merchandise credit in less than 2 minutes and I was on my way...I also forgot to use my Kohls cash that expired that same day..Went back the day after expired..wow they honored it...Love my KOHLS... read more

When it comes to customer service, Kohl's does it right. I had ordered a vacuum from Kohls.com and when it arrived it was not all that I had hoped it would be. I purchased it with a special 30% off coupon that I had and was already dreading the exchange process and honoring of this coupon on a different vacuum (that I tested out by the way, so it was not clean and re-sellable). To my surprise it was no hassle at all...it was almost like returning something to REI, it was fantastic and worry-free. They took the vacuum back, no questions asked and even had the replacement one that I wanted in stock. read more

I really enjoy shopping at this Bend Kohl's store. They always have a great selection of products and their customer service is awesome!

First off, Lisa store Manager is too nice! But I tried to return an item that wasn't even opened because it was shipped late and two other items and the amount kept wanting to give me store credit when I fully used my Credit Card. She called someone and finally I had to take a store credit for something I paid for with my credit card which was confusing. Kohl's is great if nothing goes wrong, but if it does it's terrible. However, she was wonderful to deal with and that's why my score is 3 instead of 1 as it wasnt a pleasant experience and took about 30 minutes to do a return with receipts. read more

Very poor customer service. I used the fitting room and there was a dirty diaper in the garbage can which made the entire fitting room smell like a bathroom so I went to customer service and let them know. I changed and tried on clothes for 20 minutes and nobody came to change the trash bag. There were no prices on multiple items and when I asked the retail associate for help no one could seem to find an answer on items missing barcodes. At check out the cashier wadded up the shirts I purchased and shoved to them into the bottom of the bag. The store was not busy at all. I really love Kohls however every time I go into the store I am disappointed. read more

Pricing on items not as marked or advertised, so be mindful of things when they ring up.

I understand that the buying isn't done on a local basis, but why are the women's plus sized clothing items so UGLY? I used to always find something cute and stylish in my size, but for the last year or so...not so much. I have shopped in other Kohl's stores around the state, and the selection is no better. It seems you're trying to appeal to a much younger demographic, but I don't want to wear skin-tight jeans and "cold-shoulder" tops; I'm 61 years old and like to dress stylishly, like an adult with a job to go to every day, and cute, casual clothing on weekends. Not a teenager, not a senior citizen. I'm another who has noticed the total chaos that the entire apparel department becomes on weekends, as well. For now, I'm spending my clothing dollars at other stores; my Kohl's charge is getting cold in my wallet! read more

Sorry to say but customer service, if you can find someone, is non existent. Prices usually ring up incorrectly and instead of verifying the price at the register, they tell you too bad. I had to check the price myself after the purchase, wait in line at customer service for the correction and even then, the customer service person couldn't find anyone for the price check since she didn't believe me either. I returned the item. Why should I buy their overpriced product to begin with? So over Kohl's. There are a lot of other stores to shop at without such a hassle each time I go in. read more
