They are now more than a week late, and I can get NO information on when they might graciously deign to deliver my packages, even though I live only two miles from their facility. A driver who managed to deliver one package said they are overwhelmed and understaffed. This is gross incompetence at the highest levels. DHL just managed to deliver a package that came all the way from INDIA faster than the locals can deliver these packages they've had in their possession for a WEEK. I am beyond disgusted, and they have lost my business permanently.

I drive over at my convenience and the helpful folks who work here unload my donations from my car. It is easy. I've donated clothes, shoes, tvs, toys, utensils, costume jewelry, sports equipment, decorative collectibles, computer accessories, speakers, cds, luggage, handbags, and hats. I think the only thing they ever did not accept was my very old microwave. FYI: This is not a store like Goodwill. You can't buy anything here. It's a garage with a small parking lot.

I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming.
