Updated menu & prices Love that they include the homefries with the omelettes now. Great deal with the omelette, homefries, toast, coffee or tea! $14-16! Great service as always. This is my favorite western omelette! The portions seem smaller than before but it's still very filling and the homefries continue to be the best!!

A legend in the Auburndale culinary scene. Family-fun place with familiar faces and locals. It's like stepping into a Time Machine before phones and internet. It's always fun to overhear locals discussing the latest in Boston sports here. The food is great diner fare. The homefries are a revelation. Love coming here!

In the area and found this diner. Awesome food with good portions for a good price. Ordered the #12, the blueberry pancakes were awesome. Fast service, only downside is they only except cash but they have an ATM inside. Inside is small but has a lot of baseball/sports decor. Would be back if I am ever in the area.

(Peter Toash) The Pressed Café has eleven locations sprinkled throughout Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We had an excellent lunch experience with a delivery order from their Newton, MA location. We had a Kids Cheese Quesadilla ($8), a Single Pressed Hamburger ($7.75), a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel ($8), a Coconut Curry Bowl ($14), and an Egg White Breakfast Burrito. My Coconut Curry Bowl was great, and pretty close to anything I get at a Thai restaurant. The bowl was loaded with Roasted Carrots, Broccoli, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Red and Green Peppers, Grilled Onions, Pineapple, Spicy Fresno Chili, Cilantro, Lime, House-Made Spicy Coconut Curry Sauce and was served with a side of White Rice and a whole grain pita bread. I added in a rock-bottom $1 surcharge for some grilled chicken cubes. It was a big portion and half of it went in the fridge for the next day. The Pressed Café's menu is very deep with Daily Specials Burgers and Chicken sandwiches, Coffees Smoothies, Raw Juice & Tonics, Acai Bowls, Breakfast All Day(!), Salads & Soup, Kids Meals, Paninis, Signature Bowls, a Vegan Menu, and plenty more. We were very satisfied with our food, value, and portions.

Perfectly whipped with the right amount of butter. Get them!! Everything on the menu looked so good it was hard to choose: - crab cakes had a really nice crust on the outside but I wasn't a fan of the shredded crab/stuffing inside. Lump crab would be so much better - we split the mussels which had a flavorful sauce and came with 2 pieces of dense grilled bread - calamari was okay - Love that they do half/full orders for the house made pastas. Shrimp limoncello was the standout out Love the decor and murals on the wall with the cool lighting and outdoor seating - high tops in the bar/low in the restaurant area - booths around the walls Lots of shared parking in Linden Square but it's usually pretty full.

My child went with the pasta and butter, which is her favorite dish from anywhere. I had the pan roasted chicken and a white sangria and for dessert we shared a caramel brownie cheesecake. The place itself is usually quite spacious, designed with an airy, French-inspired feel that often includes countertop seating and plenty of tables. We stopped in and tried a matcha latte and a hot chocolate. The matcha latte was good, it had a nice, smooth consistency and wasn't overly sweet. I will say it didn't have quite as strong or pronounced a matcha taste as I personally prefer, but it was still a pleasant drink. The hot chocolate was similar; it was fine and comforting, but more on the milky side without a very rich, deep chocolate flavor. It's a reliable spot with a great atmosphere for meeting someone or getting some work done. While the specific drinks we had were mild, their real strength seems to be in their beautiful, house-made pastries and the overall vibe of their cafes. It's easy to see why they've grown so much since starting as a single farmers market stand.

It's so funny, everywhere we went today there was a Tatte Bakery right next door. Guess it was a sign for us to get something from Tatte haha. I've honestly only ever visited Tatte a few times. Usually to get a drink or shakshuka. Today, we decided to get a pistachio croissant and an iced matcha latte. I love pistachio croissants with pistachio cream filling but I find that not many places around here offer that. It's usually just the croissant with crushed pistachios on top. This one, to my surprise, did have pistachio cream inside. Only had a little smear of the cream though. I found the croissant to be meh. The pistachio cream itself was tasty, however, the croissant was incredibly dry and crunchy. Must be a bit stale since we visited ~6pm/later in the day. 2.5/5 As for the matcha iced latte, it wasn't anything to write home about. It was bland. No real matcha flavor & to me, tasted like green colored milk. I'm sure they use some type of matcha powder to make the drink but this was absolutely no bueno. Unimpressed. Perhaps the worst matcha latte I've ever had. 0/5 Overall, not likely to revisit Tatte for these items. Staff was nice though!! Parking: street parking
