We got rid of all and everything, so we needed to buy new furnitures. Found NWCF on yelp and Tim was the one who helped us. He was so patient and helpful! Prior to coming here, we eye shopped at other shops, one of them being Scandinavian Designs. We fell in love with one of their bed frame that was made in Italy, but it was too pricey. No natter how many other bed frames we looked at, we couldn't settle. So, just for the sake of it, we asked Tim if they might have a similar bed frame we saw at Scandinavian Designs. And to our surprise, they did! We purchased : Bed frame + king sized mattress (we absolutely love!) Dining table (love the marble top table, but the chairs that came with it appears cheaply made. The legs keep unscrewing, making it wobbly and flimsy to sit) Sofa set (husband likes it and says it's comfy since it reclines, but not to my liking. It hurts my back and is not comfortable at all.) Coffee table (the top can be adjusted higher and comes with 4 storage chairs) 2 rugs (my dog really likes it) Wine rack (money wasted) Tv stand (stylish and nice) Delivery was included as well as the assembly of everything. Most of the furnitures were delivered on time, except, the bed frame took forever to come and our firm mattress was delivered as a plush. It appeared the company that the bed frame was ordered from kept delaying the delivery date so we had to sleep on the plush mattress for a week or two with box springs that NWCF let us borrow. The owner, Ethan, made sure to keep us updated through all the delays and did change out the plush to a firm mattress. Finally, after several weeks, our bed frame was delivered. The guys who delivered it assembled the bed for us nicely. At the same time, they had to change out our dining table because we noticed the corner edge was broken off. The initial customer service experience was great, but im leaving 3 stars because Im disappointed that an agreement was not honored. When we first made all these purchases, I asked Tim if something did not work out even after couple months, if they would be able to take it back. We were told that they pride themselves in customer service, but if it goes over a certain period of time, usually no, BUT he would make an exception for us. Clearly, that doesn't seem like the case... I understand it's been over 5months, but the wine rack ended up not being a good fit. Many of my wine bottles don't fit as well as all my wine glasses don't fit either. So basically, it's not serving its purpose. Called recently and asked if we could return/exchange to something else, but was denied because the original box has been thrown away and it took over 2 hrs to assemble. So very disappointed.

The following day I bought a coffee table and bed frame. I was told that the bed frame would take 2 weeks but i wasn't told exactly why and told the table will take 1 day. I was advised that since I already bought the TV stand i can either come pick it all up on Tuesday or have it delivered. Being that i only have a small honda civic i asked for it to be delivered between 5pm-6pm on Tuesday which they said would be fine. I called at 11am on Tuesday to confirm the delivery. I was then told that wouldn't be possible because the delivery guy was in Fresno. I said it's 11am... he has about 6 hours to deliver to me. The guy then said "NO not possible, so you know how far Fresno is?!" I said i am well aware which is why i think he would still be able to deliver. He refused and said I could possibly get it delivered the following the week. I did not agree with this so I borrowed a truck from a friend and picked up the tv stand & coffee table which i was not too happy about. Now, considering that he told me my bed would be in after 2 weeks AND they would deliver AND assemble... i patiently waited. Exactly 2 weeks went by & no call from them. I called the next day & was told "oh they're still out of stock maybe try to call back next week". My fault for not asking why it would take 2 weeks in the first place but i assumed it was just coming from a farther place that took awhile to ship NOT that they were out of stock. Another week passes by and I CALL them because they never thought to reach out, just to be told AGAIN "still not in you have to wait 1 more week". So at this point it has been 4 weeks! Since i have not received my bed. I call the following week & low & behold my bed has come in BUT oh no COVID19 hits & they can't access the warehouse where my bed is. So i had to wait a whole nother month & some days to finally get my bed. Here's the best part... after being told 2 weeks to get my bed and actually having to wait 2 MONTHS to get my bed... they refused to deliver so i had to YET AGAIN pick up the bed and assemble myself. DO NOT go here unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. They have no morals and don't care about the customers only about the money. Quality of their furniture is NOT worth it either.
