Shortly before he was due to arrive, he called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the time he said he would. I can't recall how many times someone called me to say they were on their way but still didn't turn up on time. Not in this case. On top of that, the technician fixed/replaced the bolt on one door that had worn out (not sure how that happens, but the effect was I had to manually push the bolt all the way in before locking it) as well as hogging out the hole for the front door dead bolt that required me to push on the door to close the deadbolt - and he did both those repairs for free! The first time one of my children had locked the keys inside an interior room of the house and my husband needed to get in urgently to get his work computer.
