Shortly before he was due to arrive, he called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the time he said he would. They showed up on time and quickly rekeyed my 3 locks as planned. On top of that, the technician fixed/replaced the bolt on one door that had worn out (not sure how that happens, but the effect was I had to manually push the bolt all the way in before locking it) as well as hogging out the hole for the front door dead bolt that required me to push on the door to close the deadbolt - and he did both those repairs for free! My front door lock was giving me fits unlocking and locking. I called another locksmith and he quoted me big bucks to replace the entire front door lock. I mean hundreds. I called Keith at Knight's Locksmith and he came out at the exact appointment time and removed the locking mechanism, replace one very tiny twisted spring, lubed it with a specific lube designed for locks to prevent future difficulty like I had experienced.
