Keith did an excellent job fixing the main entry door lock. He came out last week and found out we needed new parts from Baldwin, called Baldwin and got us the parts under warranty. Then he followed up with Baldwin yesterday when the parts still have not showed up. Today he came and fixed not only the lock itself, but also the moved the plate on the door trim as it was not installed properly. Just as good as his work is the rate. i am fan of him. its owner operated service so he takes care of his name very well. he was very friendly and knows what he is doing at expert level. i called him to change the keys for my house. i wanted only one key for all the door locks. in my case, one door lock was not having same mechanical to have one key but he went ahead and checked is used inventory and found one locking system that was matching with all other locks and changed it free of cost in return of my used locking system. guy was fast and price is very fair. Even as a goodwill, he didn't charged me for keys (that saved me 30 bucks). there is one issue with my main gate system and he suggested the fix and ready to do it with the same contract but my bad luck, i was not having hardware for that. read more

Highly recommended this business! We moved into a new place and called to get the locks changed. Keith was friendly and professional from beginning to end. He was punctual, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing. We went from four different keys for all of the doors to one key for everything! There was one door we didn't have a key to and he changed out the door knob on the spot even though it wasn't in our initial service request. He also took the time to show us why our door was giving us problems and explained to us how we could fix it ourselves instead of paying someone to come out and fix it for us. Now that is excellent customer service. On top of that he is great with pets and was mindful about making sure not to let our dog out while he worked.
