Been here a few times. Usually decent, but last time they got the order wrong, fine, small mistakes so I went again today. Ordered a ranch beef with no onion on asiago cheese bread, repeated the order completely wrong so I corrected it, then she had the audacity to say "well it's not any cheaper" did I ask? I just wanted what I ordered please, then she says " oh we have no lettuce or tomato" well just roast beef and cheese? Come on, so she said to pull up, sat at the window for 7 minutes with NOONE. just drove off. Horrendous. Do better it hire people that slightly give a crap. read more

Unfortunately, things at this location just continue to decline in quality & service. I don't think I'll opt to give my business on the regular, anymore. Today's delivery via Uber Eats was seriously disappointing. I don't understand WHY they haven't learned that making more broccoli soup would be ideal since it is their most popular and ALWAYS unavailable if it's after 4pm. It would be fine if you were provided other choices- but they don't list the other 5+ soups available. If the delivery driver didn't have to call me upon arrival to ask if I wanted chicken noodle, lobster bisque, Gouda tomato, etc... where were all of these options when I placed the order??? I've learned by now that they don't ever have the broccoli soup in stock, so I'm not sure why they cannot list the variety of options that actually are available to order. I opted to try a different sandwich, because I cannot consume the entire Famous turkey bacon avocado, and they don't offer that one in a half-portion, like most other sandwiches. Instead of paying $10 for the TBA, I opted for a smaller sandwich- Turkey & provolone on a croissant. How the heck did a portion 1/2 the size of the other, end up being $9?! And, what was delivered was very sad. A very FLAT croissant, a few pieces of turkey, slice of cheese and couple leaves of lettuce. Teensy bit of sauce. Smooshed, lacking and basically an enhanced croissant. Let's get to the packaging on this- because that was half the reason the food lacked. The delivery driver shows up and hands me this plastic bag (equivalent of a trash bag) with no handles, entirely sweaty with condensation streaming down the inside, no logo. I begin to unpack the mess, and find that my bowl of soup was sitting ON TOP of my (now very flat) sandwich. Great. I have no idea why every other sandwich comes packaged in a nice, sturdy container to protect it, and this one was sloppily wrapped in plastic wrap. To make matters worse- I chose the French baguette to go with my bowl of soup. The bread was literally stale, and the cut end of leftovers. Not a whole lot of a portion to accompany the large bowl of soup- but l, I guess that made it easier to submerge because I had to soak it for quite a while to bite into without worrying about possibly compromising a tooth. The lobster bisque I opted for (since the only other in stock was chicken noodle) was decent, but rather watery & not a whole lot of substance. I guess I got the flavor? I also thoroughly appreciated I got a plastic fork to eat my sandwich and soup. That makes sense? At least they threw some napkins in... but when the condensation from the sweaty bag already claimed them, that was a lost cause. WHAT the heck are you guys doing over there and why is the quality and service so poor?! And, it is definitely a location, issue. When I opt to visit the store near my office, it definitely leaves me wanting to come back for more... not so much with this one. I don't think I'll be opting for this location again. read more

We've been to this location two times and overall it's decent. The staff are always very nice and the restaurant is clean. We've tried a variety of items. Last time we came, I had a breakfast sandwich that had very little flavor. The croissant it came on was delicious, though. My husband loves the cinnamon rolls from here. They are large and warm and the cream cheese frosting is great. On our most recent visit, I ordered an omelette, which turned out to be scrambled eggs with some toppings. It tasted great, but it definitely wasn't an omelette. They do not have WiFi, which is a bummer because we would probably sit here for an afternoon and work if they did. I love that they have free samples so you can try a variety of their breads. I would love to come back and try some of their soups! read more

The service was great! The cashier had answers to all my annoying questions. I deducted a star because the pastries (cinnamon roll, eclair, and chocolate chip cookie) I ordered were just alright. Something about the vibe the entire night was wrong, the manager from what I gathered doesn't treat their staff with much respect and was willing to ridicule teenagers in front of customers...Server seemed to be in poor spirits as a result. Food was mediocre at best after getting my order wrong. Normally I'd be fine with that as mistakes happen and many places are understaffed. Still love the food but the service still sucks. I get the same thing every single time. I am allergic to onions and tell them that so every time I get my sandwich, there's onions on them. I'd implore you to read my past reviews, and gauge the decline so evident at Kneaders. I assume changes came with the addition of a new COO, but I don't know for sure. Really, does it matter? What matters is the close, and Kneaders can no longer do it. Mr. P was craving the Chicken ala Mondo salad. I wasn't, but thought I'd grab a soup. I'll also add that since the portions are around half of what they once were, Mr. P finds himself still hungry after said salad, so I'd also order him a soup. I order online, pay, and head from a long day at work to pick up our dinner. Now usually, if there is no soup left, or they are out of ingredients, someone calls me right away. No call, so I'm glad. No! Not so fast, young grasshopper. I arrive only to be told that there are ZERO soups. Do I want a salad instead? Not really, but I'll do the Turkey Sunflower, and will pay the difference (if there is any after 2 soups being canceled). Nope, not allowed. I can have a plain salad, or a Greek salad. Um, no. A young man who I assume is the night lead or manager comes to the window. What I'll have to do, is pay for the salad separately, and wait however long to be refunded for the soups. Well, if I have to. But, there's a catch. They only have one type of dressing left, and it's not the one that goes with the salad. Hold up! Wait a minute! I catch it. "So, the Chicken salad will not have the Poppy seed it's supposed to?" Nope. Was anyone going to tell me, or just try to slip it by me? No, Mr. P is allergic. If you have nothing I've ordered, please cancel my whole order and refund my money. We talk briefly about since the administration change, deliveries are less, not enough product is ordered, and staff is directed to give less product. Poor kid. The staff are put in a bad position by the new regime here. And here we go again! The boss will get the note, and will take however long to refund my money. Geez Christmas! The refund got processed, according to the email I received, but it made me laugh. "Customer no longer wants order: soups were sold out." Oh, if that had been the only problem! We had the Turkey and avocado sandwich and chicken soup. Food is great, but every table in the place was dirty with food and crumbs. Another party went to make the staff aware while I went to the bathroom and obtained paper towel and soap to clean. When no one came out, I ended up cleaning 5 large booths so three other parties could sit. Throughout our whole lunch none of the staff ever came out to wipe down any tables. I've only been to Kneaders twice but they didn't disappoint either time. I got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and a slice of pumpkin cheesecake. My bread was very fresh. The turkey was plenty. My sandwich was delicious. I would recommend this place for a light lunch that keeps you wanting more! This time when I went to kneaders I got the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and it was delicious. I also got a cinnamon roll to go with it. It was really big and it was just so delicious. I had not heard of Kneaders and I'm okay with having not heard of it until now. It reminded me greatly of Panera Bread with the exception that Kneaders has a drive thru. I ordered a half size turkey bacon avocado salad one day and a whole turkey bacon avocado sandwich the next. I preferred the sandwich, however, the turkey on the sandwich was at a bare minimum. The bacon helped compensate the lack of turkey and I liked the taste of the Kneaders sauce. My salad was missing its dressing so mom shared her extra raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing from her whole size chicken raspberry nut salad. The sandwich was of adequate size but the half size salad left me hungry even after consuming the complimentary rosemary bread. Kneaders was decent enough to try a couple times but it's not something I would seek out if I lived in AZ. Drive thru was pleasant but not quick. I wouldn't appreciate the wait if I were limited on time, e.g. lunch break. I recommend ordering a whole salad over the half size and check for dressing before leaving the drive thru. The whole TBA sandwich appears to be of better value, compared to the chicken salad sandwich or french dip, because more ingredients and size is larger. Overall, Kneaders was alright. read more

I have ordered the "Chicken Pesto" sandwich from this particular location twice already. The first time was amazing. It had the perfect amount of sauce, chicken, and the rest of the ingredients. Today, however I was a bit disappointed. Although it was delicious (as always), the piece of chicken was so thin that it looked like it was just the 2 bread slices.
