We came in with financing from our credit union and nobody else at other dealers would even entertain us, let alone make us feel welcome. Thomas was incredible from the very first phone call to the last conversation at the gas pump while he filled up our gas tank in the new car. I 1000% recommend him, and will follow him to whatever dealership he's at. He worked really hard to make me feel included in the process, he was transparent and was super patient with me. He never pressured me into buying anything extra but he was thorough in explaining my options. Not only did he juggle multiple guests every time I was there; he was cordial + genuine to every one of us, but more importantly: he tried to make the process as quick as possible without making anyone feel rushed or neglected. He was the only one in the sales room the night we went to pick up our car and he was treating every guest just as important as the next. I can't speak on the rest of the sales team with the exception of brief interactions but everyone was friendly and helpful! Thank you SO MUCH Thomas, we love our new Tahoe and couldn't have done it without you! 10/21/21

Where to start about this…read moreplace, I bought a car a 2020 Honda Civic SI in the middle or little later in the year (2026), the has had nothing but issues. It was in the shop 5 times within the first three weeks. They claimed to fix the problem, but nothing was done. The issue is all the lights coming up like, ABS, Check Engine, Lane assist, ACC, and more! Just today the car didn't even want to start. This is not what I think would happen to a car that has 51k miles and only six years old. Even knowing these issues, they claim they can't work on the car because the lights randomly go away and they can't see the codes that were on the car. IE they cannot look at the code history of the vehicle and see what's wrong.

You can do this, or you may leave your car at our location and ask the insurance company to inspect the car here. Do I need an appointment for an estimate? Walk-ins are welcome, although sometimes it is best to call ahead of time so we can advise you of the process. What do I need for a collision repair estimate? All you need is your car, insurance card, and contact information. What if my insurance company wants me to go to another shop? You have the right to go to the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop. They may tell you they wont cover the work, but we have stood behind our repairs since 1985. Estimates may vary - why? Differences in collision repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. In the process of fixing the damage caused by the collision, additional auto body repair issues may be revealed. If your not sure why one estimate is different from the other please ask us. Which shop should I choose? a shop like Conrad's with state-of-the-art repair equipment and certified (ASE, I-Car) technicians. Should I accept the insurance check, and if I do, will additional work be covered? Yes. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that my appointment didn't show on the Waterville, Maine, computer. Therefore, they couldn't serve me, and I would have to make another appointment. Another person named Peggy had her appointment confirmed for that time. As far as I'm concerned, I should have been served because I was there, on time, and she was not. We both had appointments, the only difference being the computer entry. I did show the fellow the original email showing I had made the appointment, but at that time, I was a bit rattled and hadn't yet found the confirmation. The fellow did admit that he understood that I did have this appointment even though I didn't show him the actual confirmation. If he made a sincere apology for this problem, I certainly didn't hear it. I was simply to understand that the computer had made a mistake, and I was supposed to understand. I am a longtime customer of the Waterville Tire Warehouse, and hope to remain so. But I feel I should have at the very least received a sincere apology, and perhaps a coupon as compensation for my time lost. Generally, I would give Tire Warehouse an excellent rating, but this time they failed me and didn't respect the fact that my time is valuable too.
