They told me it would only take about an hour or two to diagnose. So it was a complete shocker when the service tech told me a full day. Wasted my time waiting. Showed up at my appointment time, there was a long line of cars. Took an extra 30min just to get someone to see me. I really wouldnt recommend this dealer/service center. I took my car to Juan for analysis on my transmission. I had read online that some of the Nissan Muranos have had CVD transmission issues. I make sure I have all preventative maintenance on my car. I left my car for Juan to take it for a test drive expecting the usual diagnostic tool but instead he left with a TouchPad device. The TouchPad device detected issues & showed the error codes with my transmission. Juan updated me that the transmission would need to be replaced with a transmission from Nissan dealer. Juan then called the extended warranty company, faxed them the computer diagnostic findings & had everything authorized in record time. There was a 2 - 3 week back order on the transmission, I took the car back home & as soon as the transmission came in Juan called me to bring the car in. Juan explained the process & timeline which he met as discussed. Juan had me bring my car back in a week later to check everything. I am happy to say that my car drives like when I bought her & I am so relieved that I found Juan at J & J Auto in Union City! Juan is an excellent mechanic & his diagnostic tool is superior to any device I have seen! I highly recommend Juan & will continue to take my car to him for excellent Customer Service & mechanical expertise!

Wow, wow, wow…read more Where do I begin with this shop? This place is great. Customer service off the charts with Cindy answering any questions you might have and is happy to revise any invoices or estimates you might have. Russell, Ian, and Ralph are the individuals I had the pleasure of meeting and were so careful handling my brand new parts i spent insane money on. They helped dial in fitment, aligned my car, lowered it, even went as far as to check and tighten and loose bolts. Ian went ahead and replaced missing fender button and tabs for the liners on the inner wheel well, as well as tightening my exhaust mounts and bolts because he noticed they were loose. They really take their time with their work and are honest, which is hard to find. Everyone here is super kind and knowledgeable and i can't say enough good things about them because it wouldn't be doing it justice. I'll always be a supporter of pops as long as the building is standing! Crazy to think I stumbled upon this place from a friend who recommended them to me once. I don't think i'll trust anyone else with my car if I ever need something done that i can't do myself. Prices are NOTHING to complain about here either. Fair, honest, and very transparent. Pops has an amazing team and i'm super glad i met everyone here. Kudos to pops! Love you guys, and I'll return with food everytime I come to keep you guys running throughout the day whenever I bring my car in! Will for sure be back!
