I called and had another well known pool service company come out. They said pool had a leak and I needed a specialist. Well Jake came out as a second opinion and he was pretty sure from our phone conversation what the problem was and it wasn't a leak. He was right it was a defective back flow valve. He replaced it that same day. He also pointed out some problems with my filter. It had cracks in it due to age and sun exposure. He recommended replacing the old DE filter with a new filter one. No more DE, no more backwashing needed, quicker to clean and cost effective. I was sold and he came back the next day and replaced the old with the new! He is knowledgeable, took time to explain my system and answer my questions. He offered some suggestions which I appreciated. He wasn't a salesman but a friendly, helpful and very qualified pool specialist! He offers repairs or also has weekly service available. I was extremely happy.
