While Sharon does a good job grooming dogs she is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She is at a minimum an hour late for every appt and today was angry with me because she expected me to be available for an appointment for my dog tomorrow- realizing she forgot to send me the schedule for my dogs next grooming. When I told her I could not be available last min she was hostile and rude, not realizing the scheduling hiccup was on her end. If you value your time and prefer to deal with a professional then I would advise against using Klean paws. I should have known better than to use her, as I recall speaking with her for the first time and she told me she hated my breed of dog. Plenty of other groomers to spend your money on. read more

I have been with Sharon, owner and operator of Klean Paws Mobile Dog Grooming, for 19 years. Sharon is not only professional but truly loves what she does. I currently have four Shih-tzus. At one point, I had five. Sharon takes her time and meticulously grooms each one of my fur babies. They all look beautiful when she is finished. Through the years, Sharon has become family. I would like to say, over the phone Sharon sounds rude. We scheduled an appointment for our pup a not too long ago, giving her a heads up that if we get a grooming date before we will let her know to cancel. Our pup just got a last minute appointment today, and we did let her know when she texted us trying to confirm. She does not care about the animals. And I don't think a reply saying " I couldn't care less" when trying to correct the pups gender is really rude and bad customer service. I'd rather take my pup somewhere else where my pup is treated nicely as well as his mother! read more

We made an appointment Many weeks ago, my best friend drove up an hour and a 1/2 from brick New Jersey. To help me with the dogs getting in and out of the Van as they are strong and large. 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment. She let us know that she's doing an oil change on her generator and will be an hour late. Then she contacts us an hour later and says she will be with us. 35 to 40 minutes later. I then say we're going to cancel the appointment to which she responds. You're only hurting your dogs. This was out of my control, my response is it was not out of your control. You could have done this oil change on a different day. How dare you do this a 1/2 hour before you made an appointment? Now my friend has to drive an hour and a 1/2. Back down to brick and the dogs are still dirty. In addition, she had an incredibly poor attitude. Really? Really keep scrolling, do not call this person!!! read more

She doesn't return calls, I made an appointment she decided not to keep then never heard from her again, despite leaving a couple messages on her voicemail. First visit my pup wasn't groomed particularly well but I figured I'd give it one more shot. If I could click zero stars that is what I would have chosen. Sharon may be the most unprofessional dog groomer we have used. As a loyal costumer of her for several years, Sharon has yet to be on time for her scheduled appointment and often will call the day before to reschedule a time for her visit. Accommodating Sharon and her service over the past few years has finally come to an end. If you want someone who calls your dog a "terror" and "shouldn't even be giving him his toy" then you should pick up the phone and give her a call! I am happy now that we are bringing my dog to a more pleasant and kind groomer who has the people skills Sharon lacks. read more

Similar experience to previous review. I was recommended to Klean Paws by my neighbor, who seems to use her often. I called and her voicemail said she was on vacation and would return on Monday. I left a message letting her know I wanted to schedule an appointment and providing a call-back number. When I didn't receive a call back by Thursday of the following week, I tried again. The same message was on the voicemail, even though it was past the date it said she would be back. I left another message. Never heard back. read more

She did an awesome job keeping both our dogs calm as they tend to freak out a bit during 'adventures' like these. She was very pleasant, professional, considerate, kind, convenient and more than reasonable with her pricing. We were shocked as she was the one driving out to our home AND charging us such a great price. Our dogs smelled amazing and the great smell lasted for a good month! just want to update my previous review. it has been almost two years that i have been using sharon from klean paws and she is still a wonderful groomer and person. my dog absolutely loves her. she now comes into the house and takes him out as both my husband and i work. She still takes her time doesn't rush through him and her price is still very reasonable. When I tell him that Sharon is coming he gets so excited he actually waits by the door.
