It's made with sourdough bread. It's not overpowering in any particular flavor, and most importantly, it's not greasy. Adding extra Dijon mustard makes a big difference. Replacing fries with house-made potatoes adds a nice variation. It was missing sliced pickles. The flavor was good and melted cheese paired well. The smoked bagel would be better with sliced red onions and capers, which were absent. Otherwise, it was good. The bagel wasn't overly dense. The service was quick and friendly.
