We got three different quotes and recommendations for a replacement 5 ton unit, and Honest Air Care's knowledge, transparency, flexibility, and price once again caused us to choose them. They offered several different models we could choose from, spanning the spectrum of discount and premium traditional heatpumps as well as newer inverter models (one of which we ultimately selected) with a couple different price/efficiency points. They were really the only one to do that, the others seemed to have their old school model and brand they liked and wanted to stick with it (which is entirely reasonable, but not what we wanted). They also communicated pretty well, answering an emailed question and responding on the phone. They replaced our rooftop unit, redid the connector and roof integration to account for changes in form factor, and added three new vents into our bedrooms to account for the additional air flow required (and improve night time cooling effectiveness), all in one day. They cleaned everything up nice and repaired any damage they'd caused. Really a top notch operation.

I reached out to Forever Vent, and they were incredibly responsive--they were able to come out the very next day. The team was professional, transparent, and efficient from start to finish. They performed a thorough inspection and provided photo documentation of what they found. They then cleaned the entire duct system, plenums, and blower fan, and chemically washed the evaporator coil--all in just a few hours. The owner also honored an amazing price for our single-unit home. This type of deep duct and coil maintenance is something that is often overlooked, but it can make a significant difference in how well an HVAC system performs. Regular cleaning every few years can help maintain airflow and keep the system running efficiently. The difference in our airflow has been night and day. Rooms at the far end of the house that previously had barely any air coming through the vents are now getting a strong, cold stream of air. If you're looking for a company that is responsive, professional, honest, and takes pride in doing the job right, I highly recommend Forever Vent!
