Ultimately received a bunch of quotes. I looked into Lennox manufacturer site and looked up the authorized dealers in the area and reached out to them. Champion came in, provided a very clean quote that came out lower than the Costco offer provided by the other providers for two packaged units. The one confusing part was the service and labor warranty that needed an annual service contract, and I requested them to remove it and they obliged. They scheduled the install on the next Monday. Somehow the sales person didnt get the scheduling done, and come monday, there is no one here - and one of my units decided to quit on Sunday in the middle of summer. After multiple phone tags and emails, and calls - they agreed to schedule 2 days later. The install went through without any trouble. After the rains - our celing sprung a leak where one of the units was replaced. Roof inspection showed that there is some damage under the new unit potentially caused due to poor installation, and a crane is needed to move the unit. I reached out and they agreed to cover the moving and reinstallation of the unit. I paid for the roof repair. They had two follow up service calls and their technicians were thorough both times and completed the work satisfactorily. Could they have done a better job Scheduling or During the install and avoided a lot of headache for me...? absolutely. But they did follow up and made it right. So I am giving them 5 Stars.
