So many five star reviews...either these people had good experiences or somebody lying! I am really disappointed to have to write this because I was hopeful. The owner seemed trustworthy, personable and really nice. Anyway, I used American Home Shield, and they sent Moore Air LLC to service my AC. Amos came 06/12, checked outside, in the attic and said some stuff about a leak and the unit being old and obsolete but finally determined I needed a new system. He didn't have what he needed on the truck to charge the AC but said he was coming back the next day 06/13. Encouraged me to talk to his boss/owner, Steven. I talk to Steven and he emails me a $9-10k quote for a system and says AHS is supposed to send one as well. Never got the other quote so I call AHS. They said they never got anything from Moore Air LLC and would reach out to him to resend. In the meantime, Amos calls me about 7am on 06/13 and says he is in the area and that he would be by earlier than anticipated. Even talked to Steven that same morning. I called off work so I could this done but he never showed up. I text about 5pm and he doesn't know who I am and tells me to call his boss. I notify AHS who calls and emails about 5 times, no response. What's worse is in their system it shows that no one ever came so the ticket was still open and they did not want to close it until they heard from Moore Air LLC. It is 100+ degrees in AZ and Moore Air out here playing games! Thankfully I don't have health issues. I WOULD NOT recommend Moore air, and if you use AHS and that's who they pick, I'd be very apprehensive! read more

I called my home warranty on Thursday because no air. By Friday I called again to request the appointment be given priority for medical reasons. Moore Air called me that evening to set up appointment for Saturday morning. I got a call around 9am advising they were on their way. Louis was on time, very professional and within two hours he had my air fixed. He kept me updated as to what he was doing throughout which was reassuring. Two techs came out, identified the problem immediately (a bad fan), fixed it in less than 30 minutes, and charged me a fair price. I can't say enough good things about Moore Air. They came out promptly with my tight schedule and fixed my problem at almost half the price of what another company quoted me. I had been told that my system was not adequate for the square footage of my home from previous contractors and I needed to insulate my attic more thoroughly which of course they wanted me to purchase. My A/C is working better now than it has in years, like when it was new which leads me to believe that the other contractors were doing something wrong. Have had to call twice in the last couple of years. Both times were met with a quick response, fair pricing and professional service.

One star is too high a rating for this company. They are unreliable, dishonest, inexperienced technicians dispatched and submit false information to the home warranty company. Reported our service request on 7/11/23 and it's 8/26/23 and the issue is still unresolved. The owner of Moore Air told us he ordered a part from Trane (which is on backorder), but he told the home warranty company that the issue is resolved. The home warranty told us a part has not been ordered and Moore Air has requested the service ticket be closed as it's resolved. I placed an emergency call at 7:08 pm, during the Suns playoff game. Mr. Steve Moore called me back at 7:12pm and assured me that someone would come take a look at our air conditioning, which is now blow warm air. At approximately 8:14 a gentleman by the name of Prince kindly rings the doorbell and explains that he's here to take care of us. I used American home shield for a duct work service call and they sent these clowns out. The gentleman went to the attic and look around a said you don't have any leaks I responded by well look a little further and you will see where the duct was compromised and I put some tape on it temporarily. He stated well look you fixed it! He wasn't prepared to do any kind of test ie pressure test or smoke. So a word to the wise get someone else. Moore Air will Alwayz have a customer here! 1 yr ago, it's about 112 degrees 10pm and the house starts to heat up quickly. My A/C unit goes out! I call numerous ac repair companies and reach automated voice or voice-mail. I contact Mooreair and spoke with Steve. Within 2 hrs, there's a truck pulling up. I had two AC guys come out, before Mr. Moore came out. They both tried to tell me the motor wasnt working and one even tried to convince me I needed a furnace. My warranty company said no and I switched to American Home Warranty and they sent out Mr. Moore who found out my motor was working fine and that it just needed to be re-attached and the hinges needed to be fixed. After 2.5 months of not having ac we finally have it. He is honest, answered and returned phone calls and good at what he does. He will be my AC man from here on out. Thank you so much! read more

Called the business having an A/C issue, was told there is an initial $75 service fee which would apply if I agree to repairs. I was never given that option however. Technician replaced the start capacitor for the compressor (my cost is about $37), the tech was there a total of 35 minutes. My bill which was not given to me till the next day was for $200. I left a message with the company asking what exactly is their labor rate and got nothing but crickets. I paid the bill. IMO I highly DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY, what a complete RIPOFF! I understand I am paying for expertise/tooling etc. but FIND IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO PAY OVER $100HR. Show me in the labor time guide the time it takes to diagnose and replace a start capacitor. AHS sent a service request via email to Moore Air (we received a copy via email) and suggested I call, which I did. I left a voice mail. After not hearing back from them in 24 hours, I called again. Left a second voice mail. On day three, I called again....voice mail. I tried several times that 3rd day. Always voice mail. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY. They simply DO NOT answer their phone which is poor customer service. If you are considering Moore Air, do yourself a favor and move onto another company. Absolutely awesome! Had intermittent problems with my AC in this AZ 118 heat. Steven assured me I could operate it safely until he could arrive the next morning. In the meantime..if it quit cooling totally...then call him back. My experience with Steven Moore is very negative. The home owner of the house I rent also stated he was getting an "attitude" from him. The home owner finally had to call in a different AC/heating company to fix the problem because Mr. Moore was giving everyone the run around. The first time I spoke with him, explained the problem with the heating, I was basically told I was **** out of luck for heating when it was in the 30's outside. The second time I spoke with Mr. Moore, after waiting for 3 days for him to call, during our conversation about the "problem" with the unit that he installed on the house, he hung up on me. I would not recommend this person to anyone. To continue with this personal review.....I received a phone call from a man asking me when I was going to be home! Did not identify himself just straight out....when are you going to be home....I asked who is this? Answer....Steven Moore.
