Online it said they were in aisle 57 and 42 chairs in stock so once i arrived i saw a young lady at the front by the entrance im assuming customer service she had black hair i didn't get her name. I asked her if she could point me to the direction where the chairs are and all she did was point to the right of the entrance and said that's all they have there & she wasn't sure if they had "camping chairs". She didn't even bother to ask any of her fellow coworkers or even help look them up, looked like she was busy on her phone. So i went ahead and just looked for someone else to help me find the aisle which was an older man and looked for the chairs myself which happened to be in the gardening area as he said & at the end of aisle 57 they had PLENTY of chairs just as advertised online. I wouldn't of cared to write a review but the young lady in the front clearly doesn't know about working in customer service.

We have purchased quality wood at a good price from TRM for years. Last month we bought a gorgeous…read morepiece of hard wood for a window ledge....and it was totally worth the $35. Usually, we order inside and then drive to the designated stop sign, at which point a young man runs up, checked the receipt and pulls the lumber. But on our visit early in April, a man (named Mark, I think) approached us in the store and asked what we needed. When I told him we needed a 10×2, he asked us to follow him outside. He questioned me about what we were going to use it for (floating shelves) and how we would finish it (stain polyurethane). I told him that I liked seeing the grain. So, he showed us the pile. He got any idea of what we like, then told us to go get our vehicle. When we got back to the pile, he showed us a beautiful board he found. We agreed it looked nice, and then he offered to cut it for us. After making the cuts, he stacked them together and double checked they we all the same length. We spent less that $20 for quality wood that he selected and custom cut. Thanks TRM!
