When I was struggling to mount a shelf, I got advice from one of the employees who was super friendly and explained to me exactly how to screw in the L brackets I was struggling with. He walked me over to the aisle and showed me exactly which screws would and wouldn't work for my project and explained to me how the screws would interact with different wall materials. Most recently I dropped by just before they closed to pick up drywall paste and a pallette knife. Despite me walking in ten minutes before they were supposed to shut, they didn't make me feel rushed at all and helped me find what I was looking for. I always prefer supporting a local business and I love having a neighbourhood hardware supply store I can count on with employees who feel kinda like family.

No one acknowledged me at all! I walked past 4 people, nothing. I went down an aisle a woman was working at. She grabbed something out of the cart and went around the corner. I had to move the cart so I could get my cart by what I was looking for. It made a lot of noise. It was when she came back she said sorry and wanted to know if she could get somebody to help me. I said no. I was at the paint department and the woman at the key kiosk never said a word. I decided to just leave. Even the 2 cashiers, who were just standing there, said nothing as they watched me walk out the door. I stopped shopping Lowes because their customer service was bad. But I think I will give them another try!

The other employees were trying to steer him away from customer view but it was clear as day, the man was obviously under the influence. He couldn't stand, walk, talk, or function in any way. I dropped off a lawn mower purchased from this location in March 2021. (dropped off 7/14) Talked to them later that day after they said there was a warranty issue. I called 7/16 to get an update and was told the warranty issue was cleared up, the part to fix it was on site, and the repair should be completed "in the next day or two." I'm happy thinking I will have it in time for the weekend so I can mow. Called back Monday, 7/20 for an update. Apparently the guy who works on this type of mower was out, but a box of supplies for this brand had just arrived, so he should be able to wrap it up when he returned the next day. (I thought the part was on site on 7/16???) Called AGAIN on 7/22 for an update. Was told by Jacob, (who seemed be inconvenienced by my call), that the parts were on order and he had no idea when they would arrive. I asked if I should expect a month or a week....He said closer to a week, but I don't have a lot of faith in them at the moment.
