I contracted with kitchen experts because I was looking for a company that would take the burden of handling everything for my kitchen remodel from A-Z having remodeled at my old house I was not excited to remodel again. My first experience of remodeling was a nightmare. I had to shop for everything, hire several different contractors, and what really made the process dreadful is the amount of time it took to complete the project. My house was in shambles for a good 6 months. I was referred to K.E by a neighbor who used them. She raved about how amazing they were. After the consultation I was actually excited about starting my remodel. It was a much more enjoyable experience. My remodel was started in July and was completed in September, and the quality is superb. I strongly recommend you save yourself the time and headache associated with remodeling, and contact K.E I couldn't be a more satisfied customer. read more

Where do I begin? I will review the major problems we had, since listing all the issues would make this review too long. We hired Kitchen Experts to remodel the kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room. They were in way over their heads. Communication between the on-site project manager and the office project manager was almost nonexistent. There were many days during the job where nothing was done. Schedules were given weekly, but often they were not followed, as everything took longer than planned. The job took over 3 1/2 months to complete despite their 5 to 6 weeks estimate to have it done. They claim they made a mistake when giving me the timeline and that was just for the kitchen portion. Kitchen: During demo, the demo crew sawed through the existing pantry pocket door and during sheetrock installation the crew nailed the door closed. I had to bring it to the attention of the texture crew, so they could fix the nails BEFORE they textured so we could have a usable pantry door. They had no idea there was an issue. They were going to patch and paint the pantry door but we received a credit instead, and we replaced the door. The cabinet installers didn't follow the design plans and built the kitchen island smaller than what was in the plans. This wasn't caught until after the granite was installed and I questioned the size of the island. (another delay while they figured out what to do) They were willing to fix it, but they didn't have any more of my granite, so I would have had to get a piece that kind of looked like my granite. I chose to leave it as is and not make a bigger mess and cause more of a delay. We requested LED under cabinet lights at least 3 times. They installed florescent. Yes, they fixed it (another time delay). The designer planed for a 42" cabinet in one area but once it was here it didn't fit. It was too big (another delay). You couldn't open back to back cabinets at the same time or the doors would bind on the hinge side. We were told, "no one opens 2 cabinets at the same time". My husband found new hinges for the cabinets which helped the problem with a few cabinet adjustments. ($150 later and no compensation from K/E). The tile person who installed tile backsplash did a sloppy job with the grout and left a mess outside where he was cutting tile. They had another tile guy come out and re-grout the backsplash (another delay) and good thing I was at home because I noticed he started using the wrong colored grout! Floor: Installation was done well and overall am happy with the floor. They installed baseboard but when I noticed they were not painting them the project manager said they don't paint baseboards. I had to tell him to read the contract where it states they are to paint them. They did and did a nice job. Main Bathroom: We were having a new tub installed. Without us knowing it, they were waiting for us to purchase the tub. I informed them that the contract stated that THEY were providing the tub. And speaking of tubs...After several discussions and expressing my concerns on the size of the tub the designer wanted to install, I was assured it would look great and would fit....it didn't fit at all. Once installed, I questioned the size of the tub again. So they measured and it was not up to code (too close to the toilet). Another delay since they had to remove the tub, install the correct size tub and sheetrock again. What ever you do, do not let them paint. It was sloppy, they missed spots, and got paint on floor, cabinets, fixtures and countertops. There is more but this review is long enough. We had a meeting with a sales rep today. The company I work for is moving and we wanted to redo the kitchen. They really gave me a hard time because I don't own the business, but the owner of the company gave me full authorization to make any and all decisions regarding the kitchen remodel. So after four phone calls back and forth to get them to come out, an appointment was set for 12:00. So I left work to go the new location, and hung out for an hour (left at 1:00 pm after calling their office and just getting a recording) I get back to my office and someone called and said the sales rep is lost and could not find the building. HA it is on the corner of New Montgomery and Bush. If you have all day to dick off and really don't care if they show up these are your guys. read more

My husband and I went to the Home Show last year. We were looking for a company to remodel our sixty-one year old kitchen. We had done a few minor upgrades over the years, like new tile, but that was it. We talked to the woman at the Kitchen Experts display and liked what she had to say. Soon after that we scheduled for a price estimate and we were lucky to get Johnny as our designer. He has an excellent eye for design. We brought an extra tile from our kitchen to the design center and he was able to help us pick cabinets, counter tops, hardware, etc. and kept us within our budget. We scheduled our project for 1/28/19. Even though we were told it could take six to eight weeks the work was completed within four weeks, with just a few minor fixes here and there. I have heard horror stories over the years of home remodels, sub-contractors who don't show up to the jobs; jobs never completed; or just crappy work and bad products. I think one of the things I liked was the fact that they use all their own contractors and the cabinets; countertops, etc. are top quality. It is true what Johnny said about working for K.E., it is like a big family. The workers were happy all the time; they sang to their music and laughed most of the day. Every evening they would clean up their work area and sweep our driveway if needed. We have gotten so many complements from friends and family. My designer, Johnny Gonzalves, was great, and I had a different crew for each major component of my new kitchen. They did a great job remodeling my home. We contracted with them in July this year and the project took about 5 weeks start to finish. Our Designer Johnny was super helpful giving us ideas on our Kitchen. It looks really good and is so much easier to use now. While there were some bumps in the road they handled them and kept things moving forward. The remodeling process is not fun and is very inconvenient but I think they made it about as simple and easy as it could've been. The end result is well worth it. read more

This is the first big project (and my first kitchen remodel ever) since my husband passed away. I was Really nervous. It's a lot of money. But they are really good at what they do! John came to my house, and worked with me to get what I wanted with what I was willing to spend. The installers were very professional, everything was protected, and they always cleaned up before they left for the day. They made sure everything was up to Code, and didn't cut corners. I will admit that there were a couple of burps alone the way, but everything was always taken care of to my satisfaction. But for nervous people like me, they could update the customer a little more on scheduling. They always resolved whatever issue I had, and there was never a problem reaching anyone, either by phone or email. The only other thing I would say is if you have never had a kitchen remodeled before, learn as much as you can, online or through friends. Especially If you plan on purchasing new appliances, be sure you have Kitchen Experts review which Model, and the Specs BEFORE you purchase them to be sure they can fit into cabinets properly. I would have given a zero if i could. Run from this company. they did our kitchen and every aspect was a disaster from the planning phase to implementation and the re-do of what was done wrong. it is a very painful story and i do not want to review it. Run from this company. they are unresponsive and over-priced for what you get and disorganized and poor quality work.. the project was supposed to be done in Oct 2016 but they are still yet to finish correcting errors they made and did not finish. I call and email and get no response. they changed ownership early 2017 but new owners are not changing the core problems with company. read more

Thanks to John and his creative vision, I was able to update my 1970's kitchen prior to putting my home on the market. John is meticulous in his work, and knowledgable. He was able to make multiple suggestions for meeting my strict budget. I found his staff to be friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. I was anxious to get the project finished so that I could sell my house, and was happy that they were able to meet the timeframe I had in mind. The salesman for Kitchen Experts went on and on about how KE had a perfect record with the BBB and others. I visited a local reference and they were all raves. I didn't know about Yelp at the time. The salesman told us a lengthy list of lies such as: 1. If you refer somebody to KE, they will give you a $500 gift card. I did. They ignored my requests. I contacted the president of the company who, to his credit, called me right back. He promised to cut me a check immediately. No check. No responses to repeated e-mails or voicemails. 2. All the workers are KE employees and will show up with KE shirts etc. etc. A lie. 3. There will be a site manager who will manage your project and we can call him any time. Yeah right. Didn't happen. 4. They would be in and out in 4 weeks because they control the entire process. Try 8 weeks, including days of idle time. On the first day they showed up and cut some holes in the ceiling joist to get at some wires. I heard them sawing went downstairs and the guy was standing in the hole with a dremel saw. Later, when I asked what they were going to do to repair the damage, they told me they found it that way! I said, OK, I am willing to believe you, just have your guy come by and explain to me what he was doing standing in the ceiling with the saw. Never happened. Then they repeatedly tried to hide it from the inspectors. In general the overall quality of the cabinets, counters and installation was decent and probably on a par with other contractors. The sheet rock repair work they did was shoddy at best. The first time we ran the dishasher, the untightened hose fell off and flooded the kitchen. Probably no more of a nightmare than hiring your own contractors, but I warn you, it was 180-degrees out from what the salesman promised. Also, during our job a number of employees in the office just disappeared and one day when I called there was some sort of "emergency meeting" going on. I think KE probably used to be a good company, but I think something has changed. read more

My sister got her kitchen done by Kitchen Experts and i loved the quality of the cabinets! i was pretty disappointed that they don't do any work in southern California, but I found out that i could order the cabinets so i can get a guy down here to install them. The UPS sent me half my cabinets on time but the other half was lost and i had to wait over a month to figure everything out... So i just wish Kitchen Experts of California would expand in Southern California so I wouldn't have to deal with all that. read more

Never, never, never, ever!!!! let this company through your front door. They do not answer phone calls or emails. The only time they call is when they want your money. My project is not complete, yet and KE started it 12/2015. There are many, many unfinished issues. Don't believe them when they say "we don't start the project until all items are in the warehouse and verified". Because it is a LIE!!!! I was told "oh, it's on the truck and will be delivered in two days". And it would be the wrong item, if it was delivered. I don't know how this company gets a 4 star rating. We were hesitant to go with Kitchen Experts based on the reviews seen here, but I'm so very glad we did. Their estimate was very competitive and we especially liked that they took care of everything. With the other contractors I contacted, their bids excluded this and that and prices were subject to change once they started should anything unforeseen occur. I would also have to hire an engineer to review the job and submit the plans to the city. Kitchen Experts covered everything. They told me the complete job would take 3 to 4 weeks and that the job would be completed before Thanksgiving. Friends were very skeptical and said just wait...this and that would occur and that there was no way they could deliver along those timelines. Well, we just had a fabulous Thanksgiving in our new kitchen. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional. Dean did a great job on the design, The engineer did a great job and was able to deliver what was proposed, Ryan and Anne kept everything on track and were very responsive whenever I called. Luis and his crews did exceptional work, all up to code and with no additional costs or concessions required. The crews were all nice and considerate, worked exceptionally hard, were very skilled and definitely took pride in their work. We had done renovations before on our home so I know how difficult it can be when contractors do not deliver. With Kitchen Experts, they did what they said they would, when they said they would, and did it exceptionally well. I'm so glad we went with them for this kitchen remodel which I had waited over 20 years to have done. They're the best! read more

Start with checking your local Better Business Bureau office for any complaints and resolutions! See 3-1-2011 accepted by the San Jose CA BBB response on: "concern for ethical business practices is appreciated." The fact that the local BBB accepted and investigated this concern says it all. All I asked was a letter of apology. The management of the company from the office staff (office manager Kristin Sosso to the owner John Lupo) have poor customer satisfaction service. The ominous sign is when the demo team for the kitchen literally dumped all their equipment and moved the heavy appliances into our living room despite our diligence in making room for their equipment. Their total disregard for our "make shift" kitchen while they were working on the kitchen says it all. Our personal utensils and even a spare car in the garage were covered with dust. I have pictures to prove it! A call to the owner - John Lupo was to no avail. I had to monitor the workers and put every single instructions in writing and required plans and updates on delays. The owner and project manager Tim Bergeron promised a 10 - 15 day work schedule. The project took 6 weeks because there were at least 6 days when no work was done because the workers even admitted that they were at other projects! In this age when the consumer is more informed and expect decent customer service that this company still doesn't get it! They have resulted in having out of state consumers post "positive reviews" to boost their standing here. read more

Kitchen Experts of California did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. They told us it would take 2 weeks from beginning to end. They finished it in 2 wks/1 day! It is beautiful and the quality is great. I live in a condo so that made it much more difficult to complete on time. They would have to do all the cuttings in the garage then come upstairs to install. Isaac and his partner were great. They worked very hard and barely took time off for lunch. They are very professional and cleaned up each day. Santana did the tile work, he too was professional and hard worker. When he and his partner found out they could not work past 5PM due to condo restrictions they did not even take a lunch break. I was very impressed with the whole remodel. Shortly after writing the review below, we came across two company representatives at a home show. They told us that under the 15 year warranty the drawers should have been taken care of and they would pass on the issue to the company. Sure enough, we received a call back. We told the caller that since our original messages about the drawer issues had not been ignored by the company, we had paid another company to replace the hardware on our sliding drawers. We asked for $125 reimbursement--a very reasonable amount in our viewpoint since we had actually paid a sum greater than that amount. This rep said she would get back to us. Never did. Two follow-up messages to her and no call back. You would think they would want to avoid these type of reviews. read more

Kitchen Experts did our entire kitchen, which included tearing down a wall and expanding the kitchen into another room. The entire team at kitchen experts was great. Our project manager Kristin was always able to answer our questions and was quick to address any concerns. Any large construction project always has hiccups and problems, but Kitchen Experts was always quick to address them and never tried to charge us more for 'unforeseen' work, like other contractors I have worked with. I must give added thanks and praise to Luis and his install team, as they were top notch and fast. We had a deadline of having our kitchen done in time for Christmas and even with a few unforeseen delays they made sure it happened. The whole remodel took just 3 and a half weeks. They may have been quick but do not let me undermine the quality of the work as well. It was all top notch. Our experience with Kitchen Experts was a great one. From the first day that we met with Johnny (the V.P) to get an idea of what could take place. To the final day that the kitchen was completed and everyday in between. The design day came and with the help of Johnny and Tim (the blueprint designer), we came up with a good floor plan. We met with Johnny at the Showroom with a sample of our existing kitchen floor (that we wanted to keep). He helped us make good color and design decisions. It was a good experience and left us feeling good about our decisions. Aveena was our project manager and she was a great help in, when or where we were at with the project. The project was supposed to take up to 3-6 weeks to complete. But with most project problems that come up, ours was no exception. But Aveena helped us get through them and kept the project going on time. We would probably have been done in the 3 weeks if our electrical system was updated before-hand. Kitchen Experts handled the situation with the help of Aveena. They took care of all of the permits. But on the day of the inspection for the city permit, it didn't go as planned since one of their employees did not get them. So Kitchen Experts walked it through the door after going to the City Hall. We can't say enough good things about the two men that did the majority of the work on our home. Juan and Julio are very good at all that goes into building a good kitchen. From Electrical Plumbing, installation, and finished carpentry. They were on time, kept us informed of what was next and when they could do it. They were very clean and organized by the end of the day, ready for the next. In all, we would highly recommend Kitchen Experts to anyone thinking of replacing their kitchen. Our project, even with the problems, was done in 5 1/2 weeks (with a 2 week delay from PG&E scheduling). If we have to this again, we would definitely go to Kitchen Experts. But with the quality of everything that was put into our kitchen, it would probably out live us. They did not stand by their contractual deadline even though where the contract had stated "approximate" completion date we had both crossed out the "approximate" language and put in "time was of the essence" so that it was well understood that the completion date of Dec. 15 was a hard and fast number. The owner, the salesperson, and the foreman all promised me over and over again, that my kitchen remodel in the house we had just bought would start on Nov. 23rd and be completed to code by Dec. 15 in time for X-Mas and New Year's celebrations for a flat fee. Based upon those promises from Kitchen Experts both orally and in writing, I negotiated a move-out date from the house we had been renting and invited my parents & inlaws to fly in and celebrate the holidays with us in our new home. Christmas came and went, the kitchen was not anywhere near finished. New Year's came and went, the kitchen still was not finished, nor the appliances working, nor the house in any state in which we could move in. On top of not meeting their hard and fast completion deadline (as a result I incurred thousands of dollars of unexpected hotel fees for my own and extended family in addition to the disappointment of not being able to cook winter holiday dinners in the new house), they have had the audacity to charge me an extra $200 for can lights I had not wanted except for the fact that Kitchen Experts had insisted they were required to bring my house up-to-code (later I discovered it was not required). Because they had seemed diligent in trying to complete the kitchen project (and probably did complete faster than other remodeling outfits) and their employees were always responsive and courteous in person and on the phone regarding my enquiries and concerns during the course of the project I give them 3 stars (I tried to put in 2.5 stars but Yelp wouldn't let me) but the star numbers would have been higher had they (1) completed the project on time as promised or (2) not denied that there had been a hard and fast deadline or (3) not tried to get $200 more for can lights I acquiesed to only because I thought they were already included in the contract. read more

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Experts of California and the overall experience was very positive. The workers are professional and friendly. They did their work well and cleaned up afterward. Everything happened according to the schedule that was given to us at the beginning of the project. Kitchen Experts really kept to their word. The people in the office were very helpful. They always answered our calls and emails politely and promptly. They really took good care of us. Even though there were a few minor mistakes/defects in the project (which is normal in any project), Kitchen Expert would come back and fix the problems to our satisfaction. We have no complaint. And the price is very competitive. We got a few other quotes. They were more expensive and took longer time. At the end we chose Kitchen Experts and we made the right decision!!! read more

I want to say that I had a wonderful experience with Kitchen Experts. First of all the bid fit my modest budget. The cabinets were beautiful. The installers, the tile guys, the granite guys, and the floor guys were all quite professional and they did beautiful work. The first thing they did is plastic off the kitchen from the rest of the house, so my house stayed dust free. The demolition and haul out of the debris went very quickly and the rest of the kitchen was completed in the time frame I expected. My questions were always adressed in a timely fashion; everyone was kind and respectful, and I have to say that my kitchen is stunning. read more

I made the mistake of hiring this company based on Diamond Certification and seeing them on television. They haven't started my job and I would give anything to get my deposit back! They said they would be here to start the job on July 2. I spent two days packing up the kitchen and took off time from work to be home for their arrival. They never showed, and NEVER even called to say they weren't coming. I called many times and finally had a return call saying the cupboards were not up to their standards so they were having them remade. What a line!!! They do 300 kitchens a year and don't have a reputable cabinet maker??? They are supposed to come and start my job tomorrow, but no one will return my calls, so I am not packing the kitchen and taking off work until I hear from them. July 20, 2016 was the WORST day of my life. I signed a contract with KITCHEN EXPERTS OF CALIFORNIA. All I wanted was a new kitchen. They have taken half or more of my house away from me and for over 2 months and have abandon the project. They took my Money and then abandon the project. Despite an attempt at trying to appear professional, they are anything but. Customer service was atrocious. Four separate occasions we were left waiting for no one to show up. Only after we called repeated times (it takes that many to get a human) we would find out, like it was no big deal.. "were not coming today". No regard for peoples time what so ever! Project managers (if you can call them that) never return calls, show up to the job site, or communicate at all. When attempting to complain to the owner, got sent to a full voice mailbox. That should tell you all you need to know what the owner thinks of his customers. The work quality is maybe three stars. They cut corners anywhere they can. Such as not replacing all the drywall, just patching where they need to. This led to a cabinet looking crooked although level - still looks bad! also the same short cuts affected the tile job and is a visible bend where the wall and counter meet. The first problem that I had with Kitchen Experts (K/E) was when they "misplaced" the granite that I had selected for counter tops. The "extras" for my inconvenience never appeared. When I inquired about the K/E 1-year, interest free financing, they signed me up with a credit card company that charges 29.9% interest on the whole financed amount, not just the remaining amount at the end of the year. I hadn't given my permission to engage the credit card company, and it took my time and effort to cancel the card. Information about the card cancellation was sent to credit rating companies which may have affected my credit ratings. The designer/salesman made a critical error in the placement of my refrigerator and tried to down play the seriousness with ill placed humor, saying that if I gave the fridge to his church he would get me a donation letter for tax purposes. The project coordinator told me that if I didn't facilitate the final inspection I would be fined by the City and would have to pay for a new permit. When I called the City to verify this information, it proved to be false. I had to involve the CA Contractors Licensing Board to get cabinet inserts installed and materials and trash removed from the job site. I will say that the workmen who actually did the work on my kitchen were competent and courteous. Unfortunately, that's the only positive remark that I can make about Kitchen Experts of California. read more

Kitchen Experts When you hear the name or watch the weekly TV plug, my advise is: RUN, RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! From start to finish it was a disaster. What was to take three weeks ended up taking two months and this was for a small galley kitchen. Lack of progress was blamed on the permit department. In fact the Inspector would not sign off on some work and this was the excuse used for two months. In actuality, the contractor and helper never worked more than a few hours a day. Never arrived before 10 AM or later. When I called the Project Manager I was always put into voice mail. If I finally got a call back, the excuse was that they were in a meeting. Same excuse used all the time. PM Useless. My hardwood floors were not covered in the beginning and I have scratches and gauges on my floors. The cabinets were not hung evenly and I had to point this out to them. The response from the contractor was a nasty look. I could go on forever but it only gets me in a state of anxiety. I had my kitchen designed by Tyler Fraser, remodeled by Isaac's crew and recently had their service manager, Travis, come out to repair a minor defect. Just thought I'd pass on my positive experience with Kitchen-experts. A minor redesign by Tyler added counter space, the craftsmanship by Isaac left me with an excellently finished product and Alan got my issue handled. Very pleased and would do it again! read more

A cafe designer came to our house to do a design and once we agreed to the plan two months later we started the project. Took 3 weeks to complete my job, new cabinets, counters and floor. We had Kitchen Experts of California remodel our Kitchen, it turned out very nice, BUT... Many broken promises made, scratched a green house window and refused to replace, after signing a contract and the demo of our kitchen we were told by the owner they would not honor the agreed contract for our back splash, the owner wanted to charge us $5,000 for an extra slab of granite. the owner during his tantrum with my wife claims he was giving us the shirt off his back; the onsite project manager at time seems like he did not know what he was doing, we had to have the city out twice to check the electrical because he was putting in to many electrical outlets the city did confirm this and provided him with a copy of the code, the onsite manager was not able to install under cabinet molding correct. We were told that he was the best project manager they have. Their commercials claim they do not use sub contractors, this is in correct, both the tile and the granite installers were not employees, and they did great work with no hassels. The kitchen turned out nice, there were a three people we had the pleasure working with at Kitchen experts. I can not say the same for the owner , the onsite project manager , and the sales person. The owner called me after the project (and after my first review on yelp) claiming he wanted to make things right...Hey John you never followed through after our call. More of the typical behavior. I see he has commercials for a floor store. I would not recommend Kitchen Experts it was not worth the headache. Stay away from this company. If you want all the brutal details, reach out to me. Here's the teaser. Sold on a 4 week project. Foreman walks in on day 1 and states 8 weeks... So we move out for 8+ weeks. Took them 20 weeks to complete the project and I had to spend $1500 after I made the final payment to remediate bad work and work that was not done and not caught by the city inspector. My experience with Kitchen Experts was very disappointing. Every one of the workers who came to the house and worked on our kitchen remodel was excellent, hard-working, friendly and easy to have around. They were stellar. On the other hand, the management in this company is the worst ever. Once I signed the contract and the design was completed, I could rarely get anyone to answer my phone calls or respond in any way. I had no one overseeing my project so I ended up being the project manager, even though I was paying them to do it. Their communication is shoddy and they always have some bogus reason - i.e., you have a new project manager; that person is not in the office. The person who eventually became my project manager talked a good game but had little to no follow through (and left the company). They have taken no responsibility for the few things that were overlooked or completed incorrectly - i.e., one of my new window screens was damaged by the worker and was supposed to be replaced in December. It is now June and I cannot get John Lupo to return my phone calls. Once he picked up and told me he was in a meeting and could I call him back. What a shyster! I have subsequently found out that my 2 main workers were let go by the company after my project was "completed". They were actually the best thing about working with this company, and I have reason to believe that they were not treated well either. I cannot believe that Malou Review recommends this company and touts it as being so fast and so great. They are not at all customer friendly. It is really too bad as the work itself was done well. Do not fall for their hype, though. A good job should have someone overseeing it every step of the way and handling issues that come up. read more

Both of my bathrooms have been remodeled by Kitchen Experts and I couldn't be happier. I LOVE MY BATHROOMS. They did such a great job. As noted earlier, they did my kitchen about three years ago and I was very satisfied, so I reached out to them to do my bathrooms. Even thought this is not "custom" work, the finished product looks as custom as any other job and at a much more reasonable cost. They used the nicest materials and lights, etc. without me even having to request it! Their people are wonderful to work with. Efrain was our contractor and he and his team are very conscientious, helpful and responsive. Anne in the front office was very helpful as well. Just everyone took such great care of us. And as would be expected with any type of remodel, I did have some changes along the way, and that was not a problem for them and they worked through things so well - exceeded my expectations. No problems at all. I'm totally enjoying the "spa effect" of my new master bathroom and my sons are enjoying their respective new bathroom. Thank You Kitchen Experts...but I think you can change your name to Kitchen AND Bathroom Experts! read more

I would highly recommend using the team at Kitchen Experts. My parents decided to get their kitchen remodeled. Their last remodel was 20 years ago! We called a few contractors & the process quickly became cumbersome & tedious. My mother suggested reaching out to Kitchen Experts after seeing them on Ch 2. We made the call & our lives instantly became much easier! Kitchen Experts walked us through every step of the process & everything was handled by one point person. They took their time explaining the process & answering all our questions but when it came time to do the work they were fast & efficient! I think my mother said it best when I was on the phone with her one afternoon following completion. She asked me to hold on so she could retrieve her cup of coffee from the guest bedroom. I asked her why in heavens would she have her coffeemaker set up in the guest bedroom; to which she replied "The kitchen looks so lovely I didn't want to clutter the granite counter tops with any appliances!" read more
