They had gorgeous tiles, huge selection and many items were in stock and on sale. The tile I selected was actually significantly less than similar tiles that I had looked at Home Depot and Menards. What made the experience even better was the excellent customer care. Rhonda was amazing. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and led me to the perfect tile for our project. I am looking forward to working with them again for our next remodel. Incredible selection, great value, and superb staff.

Took several phone calls and emails to get an estimate on what we picked. Tried to then purchase and they totally stopped communication. Tessa was who we were working with and she stopped all communication, must have tried 10 times to spend money with this business. We've moved on to a business that actually want to sell items. Avoid unless you want to waste your time.
