As with some remodels, the first plan is not always a practical or "right fit" for the configuration of pipes, load bearing walls, etc. Patti worked with us throughout any change we made. She was fantastic! Throughout the installation, Patti kept in touch with me, and followed up with a final visit. The remodel was a beautiful transformation of our kitchen and dining room with off white cabinetry with a mustard peninsula cabinet. The countertop was a black speckled quartz (Menard's). Hardwood floors to finish the look. Showcase worthy! I highly recommend them. Hopefully Patti is still there. We are ready to remodel another room. (2026)

I made two purchases here and at first was encouraged, because they easily matched a price I found onlne for the same product. After that, it got considerably more frustrating, with multiple delays on delivery, often with no explanation or follow up. For a higher end store, I expected them to be much more willing to work for me, and find out what I needed. I don't want to start on a rant here about customer service, that ends in "I don't ask you to come do my job..." But, I shouldn't have to call you multiple times asking to follow up on the same things over and over. Just get me the answer the first time.

Callier Thompson had renovated one of our 2nd floor bathrooms almost a decade earlier. I was more than surprised to hear they would send a foreman out to investigate the source of the leak. Matthew arrived to discover that after years of use a small area in the grout had deteriorated to allow water through. He cane several times to repair the grout, removed and replaced the damaged area of the ceiling re-sanded and repainted.....all done free for us! You don't find that kind of support often these days.
