Amazing Staff, everyone is very accommodating and personable. Nice selection of granite, quartz, marble and slate. Ask for Nicole.

Just had new quartz counter tops installed and they did an excellent job! From start to finish the service was amazing. This is the second time using granite busters and we have been very happy with service and installation. Highly recommend! read more

Needed to have granite busters back out to repair a chip in our counter top that they had repaired about 7 years ago. The first repair lasted about 3 years and then turned yellow and after 2 more years fell out. That said, when I called to schedule an appointment they said that they didn't have a time frame for that day, when they called the day before to confirm they STILL couldn't give me a window as to an kind of time frame I could expect them !! What terrible customer service, I guess they just expect customers to block off the intire day waiting for them to grace you with there presence !! read more

+1 star for coming out and making it a seamless experience to correct some sharp edges on the island. Thank you!

I would NEVER HIRE Granite Busters! My first and only purchase from them has been a nightmare. I hired them to install a piece of granite to go behind my stove. The initial piece they installed was too small, therefore the wood on the wall behind the stove was visibly noticeable and looked terrible. Their second visit didn't go any better. They fixed the problem by covering the wood BUT in the process of the fix, the piece of granite backsplash they originally installed was now crooked and had adhesive glue all over both ends where it joined to the rest of the granite. Unfortunately, their third visit to fix the crooked piece of granite, they previously installed, resulted in DAMAGE TO MY STAINLESS STEEL BACK SPLASH. NOW they say they are not responsible for the customer's property! They said I should run a caulk line where they damaged my property. A caulk line would look TERRIBLE because currently there isn't a caulk line along the subway tile. Adding a caulk line only where they damaged my property would look as bad as the damage they caused. Granite Busters IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGING CUSTOMER'S PROPERTY! Telling me to fix it myself does not solve the problem they created. Granite Busters needs to fix the damage to my kitchen's stainless steel backsplash. DO NOT HIRE GRANITE BUSTERS! read more

We were so disappointed in our entire experience with Granite Busters. Our salesperson was the most unfriendly person I'd ever met and several times out and out lied to us. As far as the work we had done, we had two bathroom vanities and a shower bench replaced with granite. The vanities were both done with sloppy caulk work and I had to clean up lots of the caulk and silicone that they used. I had been told to expect dust from them having to cut the holes for the faucets, but I certainly expected them to clean up after themselves with the caulk and silicone messes they made. It was dripped on the walls and the floor. Our shower bench was not done to our request AT ALL. It looks absolutely horrible. The manager even came out to consult with us what we wanted and told us how it would be done, which we agreed to. And then they completely ignored our discussion. The manager showed up at the second attempt they made and lied to us saying there was no way it could be done the way he had agreed to. If he had told us this in the beginning, we never would have had it done, but then they wouldn't have been paid for it so I guess they decided not to mention it. They left huge messes in both bathrooms and in our driveway where they did some cutting. I haven't used a construction company before that didn't at least carry a broom to sweep up after themselves. Several people in our subdivision commented that they saw the Granite Busters truck in our driveway and asked us to advise how it went and we certainly will. I might even put it on our subdivision's Facebook page. We'll be putting granite in our kitchen in the next few months and certainly will NOT be using Granite Busters. read more

Competitive prices and nice selection. Installation was HORRIBLE. No follow-up afterwards when they knew our Installation was a disaster. The under mount sink wasn't sealed properly so water leaked, I asked 3 times to fix this. I ended up paying someone else to correct the sink. They forgot to bring the stuff needed to put down on the fireplace shelf so they used something from homedepot then put the granite down, one employee told another employee that it would crack in a couple of days because it wasn't made to do what the Installation crew used it for. I paid someone else to fix it. This wasn't my first time having granite used in a house. Granite busters Installation crew is horrible. Go elsewhere read more

If you're looking for granite and great customer service this is the place to go! From the moment we walked in to the install everyone we delt with has been the best! A great experience all around. Aaron and Hayden were our installers. Couldn't have been more professional and did the best job. Made sure to answer all our questions and then some. Highly recommend granite busters for all your granite needs! Thanks granite busters for a beautiful kitchen! read more

They've always been super friendly and helpful when we've visited their store. No-pressure salespeople and willing to help us realize *our* vision (which was helpful because we only had a small job, a wet bar). The installers were professional, quick, and we are extremely pleased with the results! Big supporter of local business and we'll definitely be going back! read more

I want to start off saying I wish I could give Granite Busters a 10/5 review! I have been getting the run-around from other granite companies and have to say this company is AMAZING and the only one that made me feel like they wanted and appreciated my business! I can always count on them to return my calls, they gave me the templating date and the install date at one time knowing I was without counter tops one month before switching companies and had been without a kitchen for months before that. I was also given such a FANTASTIC DEAL! As I mentioned before we had many problems with prior companies, the one that we had originally gone with charged $250.00 more for a lower grade granite. At granite busters in addition to a big discount, I received a free lifetime sealer (the only part of the black friday deal,) I received a FREE sink, a LIFETIME WARRANTY, and they are throwing in a bathroom sink counter top! I am so truly grateful that I was referred to this company! The sales team and the installers were all extremely polite, funny, and professional. They were honest the entire time about the process and the install. They ended up scratching a small piece of drywall and told me about it even though it wouldn't be visible past the backsplash. They told me I was looking at three seams and managed to get it down to 2. I spent so much time shopping around and thought I had a great deal before, but I obviously made a mistake going with a different company in the beginning. You guys were a pleasure to work with and I will recommend you anytime someone needs countertops! I look forward to working with you in the future. Edit: I have to add this because it was too good not to. I work nights and it is extremely rare that people take this into consideration. I had to schedule the templating of my FREE bathroom sink granite countertop; the day it was scheduled I had to work that night, so I figured I would just sleep on the couch until they arrived, let them template, then go to sleep so I could work that night. Wade the templater purposely made me the first on the list so I could go to bed earlier! He remembered from a month before that I worked night shift! I can't get over how great this company is! read more

When our granite countertops were installed, we had chosen to keep our current sink. The cutting therefore, had to be done on site (our home). However, they did said cutting IN OUR HOUSE. This created an unbelievable amount of dust, which covered every surface, including walls & ceiling. I paid Woodard $1200.00 to clean my house, as this was beyond what we could do. Granitebuster staff were barely apologetic at the time. They also messed up our drywall upon installation, which we had to repair ourselves. Finally, 3+ months later, I met with the manager & he agrees to refund us $300. I do not feel this was enough compensation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I haven't had the sink installed yet as I have to go choose the vanity, but the service guy who came out to do measurements and give me an estimate was very professional. I'm going next week to choose the vanity and will update once everything has been completed. read more

My husband and I went to Granite busters to find new countertops. We ended up getting a beautiful mountain White Danny marble. There selection is fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend granite busters 100%. We are very happy with the finished product. read more

UPDATE: Granite Busters has agreed to reimburse us $400 for the damage their installer caused. Do not use this company unless you have an electrician, a plumber and a carpenter on hand to repair all of their damage. Our countertops look great, but the demolition and installation process was a nightmare. They tear out your existing countertops with only a saw and the brute force of their bare hands. They cut the tiles on our walls and our cabinets with the saw, damaged the side of our brand-new refrigerator, and removed the garbage disposal simply by pulling very hard on it. They lost many hose and pipe connector pieces in the process. When they came to install the countertops, they immediately asked if we had a drill they could use. Who arrives to a job without a drill? Then they proceeded to lose several parts to our new cooktop which made proper installation impossible. Because they lost the connectors and washers for the garbage disposal, they just installed it without them and left behind a big leaky mess. Meanwhile, the switch that was originally under our sink to turn on the disposal was left lying in the bottom of the cabinet. They had only one size of screws that were too long and instead of finding the correct size, they wanted to use what they had. Luckily, there was a general contractor at our house working on another project and he gave them the correct screws. Otherwise, we would've had screws sticking into the sides of our cabinets. To top it all off, they charged us $2.50 more than what we were initially billed - it's a small amount but it's the principle. And, we were told that the supervisor would come out for the install and repair our refrigerator. Needless to say, that did not happen. This company does very hasty work, takes too many shortcuts and has poor business ethics. In the end, you may save money, but you'll spend it repairing the mess they leave behind. E&B Granite quoted roughly the same price for our countertops. Not sure if they are better, but it couldn't have been much worse. read more

Exceptional experience from beginning to end. All staff and contractors were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was always made aware of discounts (received two during process) and cost. Pricing was considerably lower than local kitchen counter installation quotes. Personable service from sales, counter prep, installation, and plumbing. Beautiful update to our kitchen! read more

This business is one of those from which you leave delighted at the options and the genuine customer care. We came here in the hopes that someone might be willing to answer a question regarding marble for our mosaic hobby. The ladies here not only gave us a few tips but showed us some great techniques on actual pieces. It felt great to be treated like this as a customer. It is rare to find this kind of care in businesses nowadays, it is refreshing. I highly recommend visiting this business. They have beautiful, unique pieces that we had never seen before, as well as traditional ones that would be perfect for any project. Their showroom was well-organized and set, it made us want to start our projects right away! Their advice and expertise is incredible. Everything is done right there at their location, creating and building individual pieces, to designing and creating your even wildest projects and making them come to life. If there were more stars, I would give them more. Thank you Granite Busters, we will recommend you to everyone we meet, and we will definitely be back soon! read more

Be advised, this company has very poor customer service, does not honor their own templates, very inaccurate with cutting their products, and will charge you more money to fix their mistakes. I highly recommend going somewhere else. They took our old counter tops and delivered the new ones in the same day. The problem was all of the new counter tops had issues including size, cut angles, and product chips. The installers left all but one of the pieces so that we could have a functioning kitchen until we spoke with a manager about the issues. We promised that said manager would contact us and that issues would be fixed but months later no contact outside of the salesperson and no attempt to fix the problems. I filed a claim with the BBB and Granite Busters responded by saying they wanted us to pay more money to fix their mistakes despite having a copy of a template (with notes that we discussed all corners) that doesn't match the product. $4,000 dollars of poorly fitting and inaccurately cut counter tops and business that is ignoring the issue. read more

Don't waste your time going to "Granite Busters". The most unfriendly sales staff I've ever met and prices are too high when you consider their grades of granite. Also, watch out for their extra fees for so called "leveling" of your cabinets. Their tolerance for your cabinets being level is 1/8". This can add hundreds of dollars to your cost. I'm guessing they rarely find a level cabinet! They should rename this place "Budget Busters"! read more

As a designer, I gave Granite Busters 5 jobs within 6 months. In that time the last three jobs had issues, each getting progressively worse. Finally, they botched a kitchen install, made my clients very unhappy...and then the owner himself came to resolve the issue. He couldn't have been more insulting to both my client and myself. He blamed us for picking the wrong stone, claimed he didn't care about my referral history since he can get his own clients, etc. In the end, while we were trying to resolve the issues, he ultimately suggested taking the counters back and refunding the money. I've never had someone go to that as the solution. My clients really didn't even want that. Now, they would happily pay more $ than have counters in their home from Granite Busters. And, I, will never send them another client again. Extremely unfortunate. read more

I shopped around quite a bit before I finally settled on Granite Busters. We worked with the owner's wife, Beata. She couldn't have been nicer. My wife loved her. Anyway, everything that they advertised they delivered upon - and more. The entire experience was positive. Not only do they have the best selection, the best prices and a really friendly sales staff, but their templater and installers were about as professional as anyone we've had work on our house. The bottom line is that if you don't give Granite Busters a shot, then you're making a pretty big mistake. read more

The day they delivered the counter tops the installer made us pay for the counter tops before they started. When they carried the tops in the house they we're very dirty, covered in dust, after they were finished they started wiping down the counter tops and we noticed the front of one if the pieces about 6 inches wide and 3 feet long was very dull and has gotten worse since they left. They told us this is just a variation in the grain in the granite and that is how it is. They look terrible, and I am out 2,500.00 dollars. Stay away from Granite Busters. I hope this review will save you from making the same mistake I did. read more

We had a horrible experience with Granite Busters. Our first visit was good, we felt confident and after getting 2 other estimates, we choose them. They did not seal our granite in the shop (we approved and wanted this done even at the extra cost). They cracked out master bathroom granite and did not tell us and we had already removed both faucets. Most disappointing is the installation of granite in our kitchen. The holes for the faucet and sprayer were not even and chunks of granite missing and flaking. The owner/installer said no big deal, its ok about the faucet and sprayer and then said he would put epoxy in our $5000.00 granite countertop! When he came to talk to us about all of this, he became angry and started pouding his fists on the countertop, yelling I did not make any mistakes, I did not do this! We had to almost physically remove him from our home. read more
