Ordered two bath vanities from their website. Ordering these types of things online is always a risk. Vanities showed up wrapped and packaged wonderfully on pallets. Marble top is awesome quality and wood finish is much better than expected. We paid 1500 each and we're getting quotes for that price for the marble alone. Would highly recommend giving them a shot. read more

Terrible customer service! They refused to replace a defective product. They even went so far as to suggest that I should just be happy the product arrived in one piece, and that I pay a craftsman to fix the defects in their product myself. Buy a vanity from a different company! read more

Terrible customer service. I bought from them online. I immediately inspected and discovered it was damaged (looks like bad paint job and door hinges). I called and emailed with pictures and the response was: we will send you a fix kit! Make sure to sand it first and then paint.... Are you kidding me?!? I bought a new product full price and it is damaged and you are asking me to fix it and sand it?!? Kitchen and third bathroom are my next projects. I know where I am NOT calling read more

I ordered their CHARLESTON 33'' X 10" FIRECLAY FARMHOUSE KITCHEN SINK through way fair. Great looking minimalist sink as long as you don't plan on actually using it. It's described as being incredibly durable. After a year and a half it had nicks from regular use which was annoying but okay. However, one day, I tipped a mug over that was resting on the bottom of the sink and it broke a HOLE in the sink. The ceramic mug did not have a scratch on it let alone break. I contacted KBC thinking maybe I got a dud and they would stand by their product and its description of durability-as one might expect from a regularly used household item. They did not. I was avoided, offered no compensation, no discount on a future sink and given no options or support. They even denied having any record of the sink which was clearly theirs. We exchanged several emails in which they accepted no accountability. The whole experience was super disappointing and it will be expensive to replace an undermount kitchen sink. I've noticed you cannot leave reviews on their website, that's definitely for a reason. I definitely would avoid this company if you want any kind of customer service or durability in your products. read more

Amazing customer service, great selection, pricing and products! We love their vanities so much we bought two. Had an issue with a leak at a faucet and they cheerfully replaced it at no charge. The vanities are sturdy, well made of thick wood (not pressboard) and the soft-close hinges are a nice, high-end touch. Sinks and faucets are good quality and it is especially nice to have everything (vanity/countertop/backsplash/sink/handlesets) all together at one low price. They have floor models which might be slightly damaged and are deeply discounted. You need to pay for those with cash only and pick them up yourself. Otherwise, you can custom order a pristine vanity at a reasonable price and have it white glove delivered right to your house in the room where you need it at no extra charge (wrapped so well there is no way it can be damaged in shipping). read more

Run, don't walk away from this business. Very shady business practices. I went to their showroom in Torrance on a Friday and chose a bathroom vanity to purchase. They do not offer delivery and it would not fit in my vehicle. So they offered to place the item "on hold" for me until Monday so that I could attain transportation for the item. The next day, on Saturday I rented a truck and was on my way to pick up the vanity when the store called me to say they sold it to someone else! Completely irresponsible of them after telling me they were holding it for me until Monday. Obviously, I was unhappy at this news so they told me it was a "management decision". I asked to speak to the manager who made this decision and was, not surprisingly, told that they were "unavailable". I requested a return call from "management" and, of course, that call never came. While I was in the store another customer was seeking an exchange or refund for recently purchased, defective, merchandise and the store refused (hard to have any recourse when you've already paid cash). On a separate note, the owners' two sons display their matching Porsches right in front of the door to the business every day (in the most desirable parking spots). Anyone with any business sense would realize that these spaces should be reserved for customers. Not to mention the obvious fact that this is self-centered and cocky of them to show off in this manner. How do they think this bodes with their customers and employees? Not well, as an employee rolled their eyes and made a disgusted face when I inquired to whom those cars belonged. Thankfully I was able to find three beautiful, quality vanities elsewhere, which were delivered and installed free, and for which I paid with the convenience of a credit card.. Stay far far away from Kitchen Bath.Collection. read more

Very very disappointed in this business. Please stay away from this company if you want good quality that last you for a long time! The quality of their products is horrible. I purchased a vanity from them and the paint started to chip ONE year later. Instead of helping me out the lady there started to blame me for the issue saying that it is water damage or from a possible flood. How high can a flood in my bathroom go if the chips are on the top drawers? that is just ridiculous. Bottomline, a vanity that is just ONE year old, should not have any chips regardless of steam or any water dripping occasionally on it. You have to pay cash and apparently if you misplaced your receipt, they will question your purchase and can't or are not willing to show proof of purchase from their side. I provided numerous pictures to illustrate the problems and upon physical inspection by them, they kept insisting that the problem must have happened due to misuse. And she told me quote: "For the paint, you can get a paint match at Lowe's or Home Depot (you can remove a door and bring it in for a paint match)" How can a vanity that is meant to last you years and years be this vulnerable? and how can their customer service be so disappointing? All of their products are made in china and are apparently not made to last. read more

The double sink vanity with marble top I had ordered came cracked - the shipper had placed something heavy on top of the box. When I contacted KBC about the damage they worked immediately with me on a replacement, which I received not long after. I had a very positive experience with them on how they handled that problem professionally and courteously. The vanity itself is beautiful and well constructed. read more

When I found the vanity from this company, it was the right one for my purposes. I read the reviews and honestly was wary. However, I took the chance. The vanity came across the country in a bit over a week. The delivery/acceptance instructions were clear and designed to protect the consumer. In my case the ceramic sink was cracked and we rejected delivery. KBC contacted me very quickly and gave me a choice of a full refund, or, they would send me a replacement sink, instructions to chip the old one away and replace it with the new one. Plus for my trouble, they offered $100.00. I chose the new sink which arrived in about 1 week. Unfortunately, internal support walls on my size vanity did not allow for the removal of the mostly intact sink without cutting which meant i would not be able to get the new sink in. I chose not to cut. Without hesitation KBC was happy to provide me with a new vanity and with instructions to donate the old vanity. The replacement came even faster than the original and was in good condition. Long story short, KBC is a solid company and I could not be more impressed with them. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Like all the other reviewers I am having a TERRIBLE experience with this company. They had a Zelda 42" vanity posted for sale on both Wayfair and Amazon. I decided to purchase from Amazon because they had a posted delivery date of June 21st to June 26th, which was prior to my plumber install appointment on June 27th. Wayfair said the item would not be delivered until well into July. We were going away on vacation on June 29th and thus, we wanted our bathroom vanity installed prior to us going away so it would be ready for our return. Needless to say, the vanity was not delivered by June 26th so I was forced to cancel my plumber install and incur a fee. I then cancelled the order by email because they caused us too much aggravation. "Rachel" from customer service responded and said that they had spoken to me over the phone and informed me that there was a 7-10 day delivery window after the posted amazon delivery date. However, they NEVER gave me this information because I would have immediately canceled the order due to us being away on vacation. I asked them for a recording of the phone call and they of course could not produce. They are insistent that I now pay them to ship the item back to them from wherever it is located which will NEVER happen. I'll treat this company and its reps with as little respect as they've shown me. NOWHERE in the item description or in any of the order confirmation emails does it mention anything about a 7-10 day delivery window from the posted date. This is a HORRIBLE business practice conniving your customers into purchasing your items based on false information, and then placing all of the blame on the customers when it is clearly an issue between them and Amazon (or whatever other marketplaces they use). Do yourself a big favor and do not purchase anything from these shady people. read more

I am very happy with the vanity I received from KBC. It arrived relatively quickly, even though I live across country, and in good condition. As sometimes happens with construction, my bathroom remodel got delayed. So the vanity sat covered in my living room. MANY weeks later I went to show it to a friend and the door had cracks in it. I contacted KBC and they were SOOO helpful! They asked me to measure the door and then they found a replacement and shipped it to me. The new door was wrapped so carefully, I was impressed. It looks great on my vanity and I am so greatful to Rachel and everyone at KBC who helped with my issue. It was handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them. They take care of their customers. read more

I purchased a $1200 vanity from this company. It arrived weeks after it the scheduled delivery because it was delivered to the wrong town and sent to a complete stranger. No apologies for the delays, or inconvenience. When the vanity was installed, I called and explained the soft closing doors do not work and some of the drawers are stuck. The response from KBC was to replace the hinges which is ridiculous as this cabinet has multiple drawers, none of which work. Then they insisted on a video again no regard for all the time I have wasted on this vanity. First and last purchase, no concept of customer service and excuse and excuse. read more

I've got to say the first mistake was mine. I fell in love with the bathroom vanity (24" Abbey with quartz counter top - the last in stock) and could imagine it in my beautiful new bathroom. Picked out everything to match. The shipment arrived and I carefully opened the box as instructed by the KBC staff. The backspash perfect, the countertop smooth and without apparent cracks, chips or other defects, the cabinet similarly undamaged. I was so happy and focused on the most obvious things, that at first I didn't even notice the gigantic chip and long crack in the undermounted ceramic sink. I was so dismayed. Took photos, emailed them all and then (because I loved the cabinet so much and it wasn't damaged at all) traveled down the road to additional delay and disappointment. KBC sent out another sink with instructions on how to change. "I'll be easy, just have your plumber do it." The sink arrived about 10 days later - undamaged - however, my plumber took one look at it and refused to touch it. With all of the epoxy that he described as "cement," there was no way he could change it without damaging the quartz counter and/or the cabinet. When I explained this to Kelsey, she responded, "that's funny, we do it here all the time." I could have done without that remark, but the reason I give 2 stars and not 1 star is because the KBC staff person, Kelsey, was very responsive and did not dodge any of my emails, complaints or concerns. She always responded nearly immediately. She told me how to repackage the cabinet unit and that she would arrange pick-up. When I expressed concern that there was no way I would be able to repackage the cabinet in a way that would protect it from further damage, she said, "we are just going to dispose of it." The guys who picked it up confimed this. All of this happened as she stated. However, still waiting for my refund and still stunned that they just threw the whole thing away. So unbelievably wasteful. This experience will definitely influence any future on-line purchases of this kind. read more

OMG! This is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life. The vanity arrived DESTROYED, the top cracked in three places, the sink broken in half. The delivery service they used, which must have been the rock bottom cheapest, refused to SAY HELLO, or respond in any way, just dumped it off and said "sign here". I opened it a few days later, so how bad it was damaged, and then called KitchenBathCollection to tell them out of kindness that their delivery service was beyond bad, to the point of lunacy. They had one person fighting it off the truck and into the garage. As soon as I called a customer service person named "Rachel" sighed into the phone as soon as I started to explain. She then said essentially this is entirely your fault, whatever. She had that type of disengaged politeness where you can tell they want nothing but your money but have to act polite while they are trying to rip you off. They never offered a discount, a replacement, OR. EVEN. AN. APOLOGY. ???? RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. Learn from my pain, this was a thousand dollar mistake. They have the business savvy and professionalism of drug dealers, stay FAR away. read more

Buyer Beware! This is an unscrupulous company run by a woman that does not know the first thing about customer service. After two visits to their showroom in Torrance we settled on a vanity and ordered through Houzz. When it arrived it had two scratches inside the sink and yellow staining along the rim. I did not accept the delivery and returned it to KBC as directed. I submitted the damage email noting all the details they requested and photographs of the damage. Within an hour, I received a notification from KBC that they rejected my damage claim; that with a microfiber cloth they manage to get two scratches off and remove the stain. Remind me to ask the name of the brand of microfiber that removes scratches. Kimberly said they would be charging me for the delivery and taking it from the Houzz refund. Kimberly then stated that the delivery service (Magic Messenger) stated that i refused to let them try and get the scratch off. That they were not scratches but smudges. My contractor, my son and I all examined the scratches and determined that they were in fact scratches. Kimberly stood by her story and decided to take the word of the delivery service then the customer. I can only assume that this was to secure their payment so KBC would be responsible for the service cost. Kimberly continued to insinuate that I was lying and that it was too bad that I was not happy with my purchase. I told her I would be to the showroom so she could show me first hand how they removed the scratch with a microfiber cloth. She said I was not allowed in the back where the returns were located. I mentioned that I had been in the back two times before and that they even provided a hard hat to do so. She had nothing to say after that. I imagine that if I were to stop by their showroom in the next couple of days there would be a 48" Beverly vanity with quartz top, two scratches and a yellow stain sitting on their showroom floor with a little blue post it noting a discounted price and the damage details. If you want JUNK then head to Kitchen Bath Collection. Bottom line....JUNK product, hands down the worst customer service and crooked ownership. I have submitted my feedback/complaint to American Express, Houzz, Wayfair, Amazon, etc. to make them aware of the company they are selling on their sites and hope they will reconsider standing behind a company that is so deplorable. read more
