Any other person would've been annoying about it. He figured it out & the outcome is beautiful. He was fast & efficient. He cleaned up after himself. I wish I had found them sooner. Our dishwasher was defective and had multiple issues after one or two uses. Thermador service came out and said the drain pump and circuit board were bad. Yes, you heard me right on a brand new dishwasher! Universal would not replace it with a new one without Thermador approval. Dealing with Thermador has been a complete circus especially when their repairman left our house without resolution. There were numerous confusing emails and phone calls that were just wasting my time. I refused to have a rebuilt new dishwasher and all I asked is to have new one. My view is that I didn't buy the dishwasher from Thermador as this is a Universal responsibility to rectify. Still no resolution and I gave up. Very poor customer service as this dishwasher was a a lemon and would expect Universal to work behind the scenes with Thermador and supply me a new one at no cost to me. So in the meantime my wife and I continue to hand wash dishes in our new remodeled kitchen. We plan to buy a new one from another supplier who stands behind their products. The old one will be removed and delivered to Universal to salvage for junk. Igor - would like to hear your response and I don't want to hear there is nothing you can do without Thermador approval. You should know as a business owner that this can be handled internally between you and Thermador and might cost you some $ but that is what what good businesses do to stand behind their products and meet the customers needs.
