Not only was she very quick and responsive, she also went out of her way to get answers with regard to led lighting, delivery stock, etc. I have called in before and i spoke to someone who couldn't provide any answers related to my order and continued to note that there was no way of knowing if they have my order. I even asked what do you know? Do i have half my orders? Is it in stock currently? I am picking up the order tomorrow, what can you tell me? And i was constantly provided with unhelpful non answers. Had we had to deal with this individual, we would not rate cabinet city so highly as there was not even a let me check with warehouse (right across in the adjacent building). There was basically a lack of knowledge or willingness to help (instead of saying i am not sure but i will find out, i get it there is no way of knowing). I am thankful Sherry was our go to person and i am also thankful to the warehouse staff who stepped up to help while the person behind the desk was ignoring customers and not even informing of a wait or someone going on break. Instead someone from the warehouse who picked my order came to me directly to help without me asking. Although every place has their pros and cons, i would say that this place is very lucky to have people like Sherry and the warehouse operators. In terms of product, i am not yet able to comment on the received materials as they are still in their boxes, but my wife and i do love the options at cabinet city especially compared to other companies out there. Pricing is more than fair as well. Picking up the order was also very straightforward and easy. So overall, the positives simply outweigh the negatives. It was now time to do research on finding the best brands of water heaters out there. After studying the pros and cons of various brands, I decided to go with Bradford White due to their use of higher quality materials and reputation for being durable. Some brands like Rheem that used to be good have started to manufacture their less expensive products in other countries and they just don't last. Buying from chains like Home Depot and Lowe's isn't the best idea since the box chains carry the name brands but they are a cheaper line made specifically for the chains. Plumbing supply stores carry pro grade product that will last much longer Ferguson provided me with a quote quickly with a price much better than Reback's in my area. Steve at the counter and Nick the manager provided excellent service and I couldn't be happier with the purchasing process. My contractor will be picking it up in the morning and doing the installation tomorrow so I'm pretty jazzed about that. Always get at least a couple of prices for plumbing equipment and installation. I saved about $1,000 by checking with my contractor that did my kitchen remodel. A plumber in the area I used before quoted me a crazy price for the job. I already knew the price range of the heater so the rest was an outrageous labor charge for a couple of hours of work. It's your money so if a plumber gets bent out of shape about getting another estimate, you know there's something wrong. Anyway, Ferguson is A-1 in my book. Great selection and service.
