    Quiche Lorraine

I have been wanting to try Kirkland Bakery for a while now, finally made it for a late lunch today. I got the Prosciutto, Fig Jam, and Goat Cheese sandwich, Quiche Lorraine, and Strawberry Italian soda. The Prosciutto, Fig Jam, and Goat Cheese sandwich comes with a salad. I loved the sandwich, could eat only half of it, the salad was light and very fresh. I loved the Quiche Lorraine.

Saw this while walking around with a coworker and decided to try it out. It's a cute little bakery. I got the ham cold sandwich and it was - lot bigger than I was expecting. I barely ate half of it and was definitely filling!! I also got a London fog in a to go cup since I was planning on taking it for later but the to go cup is just a little white cup like a kids cup that wasn't really for to go so I ended up drinking it there cause it really was only a few sips. . . Also tried a honey cake and it was pretty good!! It was not busy in the early afternoon on a Monday so the service was fast.

Cute little bakery with good food and great service and coffee. I always order the avocado toast.

$46 for an everything croissant, egg croissant, green tea and mocha -- not bad but not great, expensive for what it is

I just ordered this sandwich through the Kirkland Bakery for lunch today and I was surprised how large the portions was. They use a Texas size bread and the turkey and pesto was very tasty. I ate this whole thing. Price was a little expensive dues to delivery fees but it was worth it. Glad I tried this place out.

Love this neighborhood bakery in the heart of downtown Kirkland. On my first visit I had a chocolate croissant and raspberry croissant, both were flaky and flavorful and generous sized. On my second visit my wife and I decided to try some of their breakfast croissants, and they were savory and filling, and matched perfectly with the drip coffee and mocha we ordered. I think our favorite pastry was the fresh fruit cream cheese croissant, that was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Also took home a blueberry muffin that I enjoyed the following day. And service is so friendly here, she treats everyone like a personal friend! Street parking can be hit or miss in the area depending on the hour, but normally you can find a spot within a block of where you're going.

Came here on Sunday morning and it wasn't crowded at all. The place is nice and clean and open and a good place for coffee. The person taking my order was very helpful and suggesting some good pastries. It seems like they are mainly focusing on croissants and variations of it with different fillings and toppings. I got: Cinnamon roll - really tasty even at room temp. You get the strong cinnamon taste and it wasn't too sweet Turkey and herb croissant - yummy, a good lunch as it was filling and hearty. Guava and cheese strudel - standard. I do like that it wasn't overly sweet. Definitely will be back to try their other things to see if it's consistent. Prices are pretty standard as well as their offerings are on the larger side

One pastry display case. The fresh fruit cream cheese croissant is in the middle.

The cream cheese, fresh fruit croissant was delicious. The croissant was crispy on the outside, but had a soft inside, perfection! The filling was sweet and creamy and altogether it was a great combination. I also had the café breve, which was wonderfully strong. The espresso was roasted a little darker than I like, but had a nice flavor. The ambience was clean and professional and overall had a great feeling. Everyone was having a good time. The service was friendly and fast, and not high pressure. Parking can be a little rough in this area, but we were able to get a good spot in the mid morning. Great place!

THRULINE COFFEE @ DOWNTOWN KIRKLAND…read more Parking is available along the street, and there are also multiple parking lots throughout downtown Kirkland. I ended up parking near the small plaza with the UPS Store and Nothing Bundt Cakes, and it was only about a 3-minute walk to get there. When I walked in around 9:30 AM on a Tuesday, it was already pretty packed. There were a lot of people on their laptops, grabbing coffee, and just hanging out, it felt super lively. I love the overall environment of downtown Kirkland, so I was really excited to finally try this spot since it's been on my radar for a while. I was also meeting a friend, which made the experience even better. I ordered their pizza scone, and it looked so good, and it definitely delivered. It was warm, crusty, and had such a unique flavor combination. I've honestly never had anything like it before, and it just felt perfect for a spring morning. I also got a hot chocolate, which wasn't my favorite. It leaned more on the watery side. The space itself is really nice and spacious. They have plenty of seating in both the front and back, which is great whether you're meeting friends or getting work done. Their menu is also pretty extensive, with options like sandwiches, pastries, drip coffee, matcha, vanilla lattes pretty much everything you'd expect from a café. One thing I appreciated was how fast the service was. Our order came out in less than two minutes, which was impressive, especially given how busy it was. The staff were also super friendly, which always makes a difference. Overall, I really enjoyed the vibe here. Even though the hot chocolate could've been better, I'd still definitely come back and try more items.

Urban Coffee lounge has been a neighborhood staple for years and years. I'm obsessed with the fact…read morethat they make their own syrups, with the exception of a few. I absolutely love their specialty drinks like honey cardamom, and a shakerato. The vibe and atmosphere is wonderful. It's usually social and low-key but never too loud. They have excellent food, matcha with option to remove sugar (not all coffee shops have this!). Generally, I feel like their staff is really great! Love the location minus the issues with parking being tricky for a quick stop, sometimes need to pay. I keep coming back here! With gas prices over six dollars and budgets getting tighter for so many the one thing that hinders me is their prices. Their baseline drinks are an average of $5.75 + tip. Quiche slice is $8 two hard boiled eggs near $4. Typical typically if I'm gonna spend almost $10 I'd rather buy a fancy drink like a bubble tea or go out for an appetizer and food. When you own your own espresso machine and Matcha at home it's hard to justify getting such expensive drinks unless there is that "I can't make this at home" appeal - housemade syrups, Boba, etc I do love that urban coffee lounge has pour over options which can be time-consuming and cold brew, which is delicious and also more time-consuming. I appreciate their presence in the neighborhood. Having lived in Seattle for so long with so much access to incredible coffee I appreciate urban coffee lounges level of expertise with coffee. It is more rare on the east side. (Zoka is great of course!) And I will keep coming back, but sparingly due to prices. (Am I the only one who feels this way? Let me know!) Thanks for being here, urban coffee lounge!

They do have a restroom, plenty of seating outside, kinda limited seating inside. They do have a wide array of offerings. I got the spinach and feta quiche with a strawberry matcha. The spinach quiche was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed that. My strawberry matcha was not too sweet (I usually ask for everything half sweet and did not this time). The staff were friendly. Prices are reasonable for this day and age. I sat outside and enjoyed the sun! It's a great place to hang out, probably not great for groups unless you sit outside. Dogs are not allowed inside, so tie them up or have a buddy watch them while you go inside. Parking is street or under an apartment complex near by. Not sure if you pay or validate inside those apartment retail parking garages because I parked along the side streets. Park Mobile is the app you use to pay for parking. I paid about $4 ish for an hour. Overall, if I'm in the area and got the time to hangout, it's a cute place to do so.
