I did get a few rolls here. However , I took a picture of this beauty because it looks like a masterpiece, and I didn't want to eat it. I love how it's made fresh. I do not mind the wait. Well worth it

Everything was made to order and delicious. The wait time for food was acceptable and our waitress was very kind. The Spicy Ramen was not spicy at all but very very delicious. We can't wait to come back!

Food was very mid. Also don't really know how to feel about the lettuce in ramen?? Nothing tasted bad but definitely not something I'd wanna pay for again. Between the ramen and sushi, I'd recommend the sushi more. Service was good!

Came here as a last minute decision to try something new and it didn't disappoint! We ordered the Spicy Ramen, Mushroom Ramen and Two Roll Combo which included the Mahi Mahi Rolls and Tempura Crab Avocado Rolls. Food was delicious. The Spicy Ramen hit the spot! And the Mushroom Ramen was super hearty and tasty. Service was very nice, quick and attentive! Will be back for sure.

My granddaughters favorite place to eat!

I would consider this a relatively new establishment, and one of the first ramen places that opened up in the area. We walked in evening on a Friday evening and it was PACKED with customers! Luckily there was one unoccupied table and the waitress prepared everything for us to sit down. The interior is quite nice with an open kitchen and counter seating. I quite liked the painting of sushi on the wall as it was cute and vibrant. We started off with Calamari Tempura. The portion of the appetizer was unfortunately smaller than expected. It came with a dipping sauce on the side, a really sweet chili sauce. The crispiness was on point and the calamari was not overcooked. The overall technique was good but its portion fairly small for the price point. We then ordered the entrées, one garlic tonkotsu and one miso tonkotsu. The garlic tonkotsu was bland(no garlic flavor??) and came with lettuce as a topping. I found it odd because I've had ramen from many places before and never once have seen lettuce as a topping. The miso tonkotsu had a much more flavorful broth. You could taste the saltiness from the miso paste. It came with toplings that are more commonly seen on ramen in the states. Overall the latter was quite enjoyable. We ordered three rolls to split between three people: spicy tuna, dynamite, and alaskan. The spicy tuna was good, tasted like spicy tuna from other sushi places. The dynamite supposedly had scallops in it but I only found a tiny piece inside. It was mainly filled with imitation crab. Lastly, the alaskan roll. That was probably my favorite out of the three as it had salmon and avocado inside. The three rolls were not bad for the price. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. Customer service was on point. However, we found the ramen to be lacking flavor across the board. Plus, the lettuce topping on the garlic tonkotsu was a bit odd. Overall, I would say that the food wasn't amazing but also wasn't bad. Just an okay-ish restaurant. I would come back to try different things to see how they are compared to the food I've ordered before.

Lynda and I usually eat here twice a month. We usually sit at the bar to watch the masters assemble their artful and tasty dishes. Now that we are getting to be "regulars" LOL, the chef puts together something special, off-the-menu surprise. Each of his creations are absolutely Delicious! In the pictures below you can see one with the four wraps with partially heated salmon. Our favorites are their salads, vegetable tempura and the Sushi Nami. Of course with hot tea :o) We leave a nice tip in the jar to pay an extra compliment to the Chefs.

Chefs creation! Seems like mango, crab and salmon?

I am so obsessed. The food is always fresh, plated beautifully and delicious. Service is quick and on point. I love to sit at the bar and they always serve me a little treat! (First pic) I smile the whole time I'm here plus now they have sake which was really the only thing missing. Served hot or cold. And they have sweet flavors available as well. Definitely one of my favorite places.

The reason why I gave it two stars is because my total was $17 for two drinks... lol As a Miami local, these prices are way too high for a town like Grand Blanc but worth the splurge once in a while. Maybe they can switch to containers that are less nice to combat the expense of the drink?

Sapporo is not about to break that trend! Right off the bat, the vibe is chill and the staff is welcoming. I go for the Takoyaki and Hakata modern. The Takoyaki is absolutely delicious. Wonderful balance of texture and salt vs sweet. Easily top 3 I've had. On to the ramen....which I was ready to be super hyper critical on. Hakata modern features Tonkotsu pork broth, chashu, ajitsuke tamago, menma, beansprouts, garlic oil, umami dama, and scallions. Final verdict? The broth is rich and flavorful, and there is plenty of it! The ramen egg is a tab bit overdone and the chasu can be a little more tender but who am I kidding? It's pretty damn good! The best part of all? Sapporo sits at a very reasonable price point while not compromising on high quality. All in all, very much worth a trip while in the area. Sapporo slides right into my go to lineup :-)

On our most recent visit, my wife and I started the meal with grandmas eggrolls and steam buns. The buns have a "rotating flavor," which was pork this time around. Both apps were enjoyable, but the steam buns could've used more pork. For our entrees, we ordered the almond boneless dunkers and the pork katsu. Both entrees came with rice, which had above average flavor and texture. The katsu was delicious, and is hands down the best dish I've had here. The dunkers were pretty sizable compared to other restaurants' ABC, but the gravy it came with had an unpleasant, metallic taste. Overall, New Age Noodles is a good restaurant. I will say, I would like to see some of the specials become permanent menu items.
