The prices are astoundingly outrageous. The quality is sub par. The staff are incredibly rude.

Food was awful. Fried rice had the taste of burnt plastic. I wouldn't feed this to my dogs.

Great place to eat. Love the people. Love the food. The prices have gone up a little but so has everyone. I love the eggrolls!

The service is lacking but the food is delicious, so we deal with the slow, bland service. I do wish they had better hours.

Walking in, it has a very hip feel to it. Not a traditional menu of what I'm used to for sushi. The menus on the wall and prices seemed reasonable. Very limited selection. They also sell ramen here, but the kind that come in the buckets that I see at the grocery store? Weird, but ok. Anyway, I went with a sushi roll that was about $14, I can't remember which one. I also sprung for some Nigiri because I like it, and got a can of Dr. Pepper that I didn't really want or need, but hey, when you're hungry you do dumb things, right? Anyway, my bill was a whopping $25.88. OUCH. I was kind of surprised but considering my options and not wanting to leave the shopping complex, I paid for it anyway, sticker shock and all. There were two sushi chefs behind the counter and they threw in an extra Nigiri for me. It was delicious! Seatings limited here but there are tables and a TV with what I think was Kpop on it playing some cute music with videos. Anyway, the food itself was great, and I really did have a good meal here, just pricier than I thought. They do serve water here but I wish they had a bigger menu to choose from.

They have both carnivorous and vegetarian options (one of them is the Becky so the stars aligned). We ordered 2 of the Becky (batting eye lashes), the OG (potato and cheese), and another one with veggie insides whose name I cannot recall. It's hard to fuck up pierogi and the first ones were very good but the pierogi from this place were incredible, just from another universe. They were SO CRISPY on the outside, piping hot (literally warming up my hands through the box in 15 degree weather). The gizzards inside were spectacular. It's hard to eat these without moaning with pleasure. I could eat 100 of these.

Not spicy, don't worry, just nicely sweet with strawberry and pepper flavor. So good. They're everything you want in a real paczki - no jelly donuts here. I also got a couple of bags of their frozen pierogi while I was there, and they're so yummy. My favorite quick Friday Lenten dinner with a salad. Yum! I will return quickly because everything on the menu looked so good. Friendly, fun people making delicious Polish food in Eastern market. Definitely a fan.

The food was amazing - we each got a burger (recommended), a feta wontons appetizer and drinks. Neither of us could finish our burger but not from a lack of trying - too big! The seasonal menu was a bit different from what we saw online, but a lot of the same choices were still there. We decided to focus on sharing several of the small plates offerings: Caesar salad, homemade focaccia, whipped ricotta and crab cakes. The salad was pretty bland, plus we ordered it with shrimp, which they forgot, but later brought over (and deducted it from the bill, which was nice). The focaccia was excellent, as was the whipped ricotta. The crab cakes were fine - it seems like they are the same at most places. Gabby was a great server and did an awesome job taking care of us and many other tables. I also enjoyed the overall vibe of the place - it has the cool, urban vibe that Detroit needs to have more of.
