Our family loves Yung's Kitchen. Their food is top notch. Carry out is their specialty so, prepare for a hot delicacy of deliciousness!

The prices are astoundingly outrageous. The quality is sub par. The staff are incredibly rude.

We love eating at Yung's Kitchen. For lunch today, I had Pad Thai and my husband had Cashew Chicken, they were both delicious. Their Wonton soup is outta this world. Nobody makes homemade Plum Sauce like Yung's Kitchen. We drive all the way from Linden to Yung's Kitchen every other week or so. We moved from Fenton 26 years ago but keep dining at Yung's Kitchen. read more

I like this place. I've tried the chicken stir fry. General Chicken and sweet and sour chicken. The only reason for the lesser stars is the egg rolls are not good. The food here was a disappointment. The servings were incredibly small, the fried rice had no vegetables or meat in it, and neither did the lo mein. The lo mein looked like spaghetti in soy sauce... the only good thing was the egg rolls and the egg drop soup, but it was also unnaturally orange. read more

I am sorry to say that the food here is not good. I ordered the lo mein and it was bland and watery. I decided to give it one more chance and ordered the Generals Vegetables (I am vegetarian) and it was terrible, the sauce actually had a gritty consistency and I threw half of it away. I am surprised that they are still in business. read more

So sad that this is the only Chinese food place in Holly. My husband and I have tried this place two separate times, in hopes that it would get better or that we just didn't order the right thing...no such luck. The food is bland and flavorless. This past time, we ordered cashew chicken, general tsos chicken, egg rolls, and crab ragoon. None of it was good. Chinese good is generally a guilty-pleasure for us and this was NOT that. I sadly ate my disappointing food and wish I hadn't. There are better chinese restaurants locally that have Chinese food that I actually want to eat. This place isn't worth the money. It's better to save it and go elsewhere. This place is only worth going to if you have no food in your house, have no car, and are within walking distance. Even with that, you're better off going to Wendys nearby...or the bar. Pretty much any place else. read more

The food was delicious we got broccoli and steak and Szechuan chicken minus onions and they did a knockout job. The fried rice was seasoned perfect. And the egg rolls were nice and crispy. It was a carry out order. read more

If you love American style Chinese takeout you really need to checkout this gem! All the workers are extremely kind and the food is great! I get the almond chicken combo every time with extra brown gravy... Their hot and sour soup is excellent with the fried noodles. Egg rolls are just ok, I recommend dipping them in the brown gravy in the combo box. Like most Chinese takeout places that you know around town, the sit down around is very dark and needs a facelift. Besides that, very friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. Love it! read more

PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE!! This place is dirty and the service is horrible!! We waitied an hour and a half From the time we sat down to the time we paid and left. There was zero apology for the wait and no discount on the food even when we didn't have half our order until we got ready to leave and had to wait 10 min at the register to get the rest of the order to go. My wife had to eat her meal at work instead of with me. Save yourself some time and hassel and eat at another chineese place where the food and service is much better!! read more

Honestly, it used to be really good. It was normal, American-ized Chinese food, but it was consistently good. Haven't ordered from Yung's in 6 months to a year, but the food is so different. . . And the owners are the same. We used to always ordered crab cheese, egg rolls, and General chicken. The innards of the egg rolls aren't shredded anymore, they're chunky and with a distinctly different taste; the texture of the wraps on the crab cheese is different and the filling is barely there; the General chicken sauce actually tastes quite the same, but the texture of the breading is different as is the amount of sauce the meal is served with. Very sad, but we've been ordering out from Young's for better than 15 years and won't be going back. read more

This was probably the worst Chinese food we have ever had! My Son and husband and I just ate our carry out order from Yung's kitchen. They both had the generals chicken and weren't sure if it was real meat. It was rubbery and soggy and tasteless. I had the Almond chicken and it was dry on the inside and the breading was very thick and soggy. The gravy on the top seemed like it was taken directly out of a can and just poured over The top. Each of us only had a few bites thinking with each bite it had to get better, but only got worse! Right in the garbage it went! Unfortunately the eggrolls did not taste good either. My husband and son said the white rice was the only thing good. I also had the hot and sour soup and it was just OK. We tried this place a few years ago and thought "wow they're still in business they must've made some changes"but I guess sadly we were mistaken. Very disappointed! read more

For being the only Chinese food restaurant in Holly, this place is decent. I've tried quite a few items off the menu, but the only thing really worth getting is the General Tso chicken. However, even the General Tso chicken isn't your typical carry out Chinese General Tso chicken....it's just different...almost more like a sweet bbq sauce than a Chinese dish. It's still pretty tasty though, and I would recommend it. The fried rice is average and the egg rolls are not really memorable. Somehow though, this place satisfies the need for Chinese food when you need it in a hurry. Always friendly staff, inexpensive, and super quick too. read more

This is a nice little Chinese restaurant. The food is good, but nothing spectacular. The inside of the restaurant is kinda run down. Most of the tables and booths are older and worn, but it is clean inside.The food portions are a little on the small side, and there chicken fried rice could use some help. This is the only Chinese restaurant in the holly area, so not much to choose from. There hours of operation are a little odd. They don't open till 5 pm on Sundays and they close by 8pm, and they were closed for 3 weeks in December. read more

Since ordering from Yung's Kitchen last night, my husband and I have now tried every Chinese restaurant in Fenton, Linden and Holly. I had high hopes for Yung's, but unfortunately it lacked in many ways. We ordered the crab rangoon as an appetizer it was very good and the best part of the meal. I had the sweet and sour chicken combo. The eggroll was horrible it was soggy and the taste was very bland. The chicken was okay but the sweet and sour sauce had a really strange taste to it. The fried rice also had a weird taste, and it looked like it wouldn't be good but I tried it anyway. My husband had the general's chicken combo he had the same complaints as I did regarding the eggroll and fried rice, but he said the general's chicken was fine. In my opinion Yung's ranks last in the Chinese food category for the Fenton, Linden and Holly area based on what we ordered. Unfortunately there aren't any great or even good Chinese restaurants in this area they are pretty much all just okay. read more
