Not just any vibration in any vehicle but one in an older RV. Going down the interstate the vibration got worse. We pulled off in Stuart and went right over to Gus Automotive. They came right out, walked around our RV and agreed right away that we had a bad tire. Although they did not have the tire on hand, they let us stay in their parking lot and use their tool so we could get our spare on. We were in a really good position to be able to purchase the tire from them and pick it up at a later time. They were able to get the new tire and balance and get it all ready for us at our convenience. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and we were glad that this was the place we changed a tire and not on the interstate.

They also had to re-do the door which they claimed it had been fixed. I spoke with the owner who became defensive and threatened to undo all the repairs and refund my money. Additionally, he gave me a hand- written receipt which does not contain his business name. I have reached out to him twice and he still hasn't submitted the receipt.
