Not just any vibration in any vehicle but one in an older RV. Going down the interstate the vibration got worse. We pulled off in Stuart and went right over to Gus Automotive. They came right out, walked around our RV and agreed right away that we had a bad tire. Although they did not have the tire on hand, they let us stay in their parking lot and use their tool so we could get our spare on. We were in a really good position to be able to purchase the tire from them and pick it up at a later time. They were able to get the new tire and balance and get it all ready for us at our convenience. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and we were glad that this was the place we changed a tire and not on the interstate.

Yeah -- Not here. Kind lady at the desk told me I'd be best to buy some Duck Tape at NAPA and tape the plastic piece on my car up till I got home. Super awesome tow-operator ended up bringing me to another (hole in the wall) place near to here. Guy there asked what the issue was, put the car up and FIXED it for just $10. Got me all the way home with no issues. I trust the previous reviewer had a great experience here... Mine was lackluster. I'd support Harkins over Craig's any day of the week!

About two hours later they called and said my car was ready. I got a ride there and picked it up. They put in a new battery and repaired the leak around the valve stem on the tire. They installed the kit in a few hours, charged a fair price, and had everything ready to go the same day. I'm betting it saved me a lot of time, a few trips to the hardware store, and a few dollars in the swear jar. I just completed a road trip with the new shocks and everything is running well.
