After driving an hour and a half twice from Omaha, and there unwillingness to stay a minute after…read more5, I realized I was dealing with people could care less about customer service skills. Little did I know that was only the beginning. I bought a 2004 Land Rover, with a warranty on the engine, that they installed themselves to make it even better, and the Rover is not drivable 3 weeks after buying it from them. The device engine light began going off a couple weeks after getting it home and it began to shake, I did not feel safe in it. I bought the vehicle knowing it would need some work eventually, but didn't imagine it would be 2 weeks after buying it. The sales manager Tom, has no idea what he's talking about only wants your money. After speaking with the owner, Tad Olsen, about the problem we were in, he made sure to remind me it is my car and my problem but hey he would be willing to look at the car i bought from him 2 weeks before without charging me a diagnostic fee, let's not forget the engine had a warranty and was installed by his staff. And it would have to be towed there on my dime. He went as far questioning ME during our conversation and at one point told me to "shut my mouth". The lack of customer service and people skill is ridiculous. They sell nothing but lemons. Do not waste your time or your money. I will be contacting the BBB.

Their business hours were listed as open till 5. Normally, that means that until 5, I would be able to have someone at least take a look at my issue, not necessarily resolve it, but look... Yeah -- Not here. Kind lady at the desk told me I'd be best to buy some Duck Tape at NAPA and tape the plastic piece on my car up till I got home. Super awesome tow-operator ended up bringing me to another (hole in the wall) place near to here. Guy there asked what the issue was, put the car up and FIXED it for just $10. Got me all the way home with no issues. I trust the previous reviewer had a great experience here... Mine was lackluster. I'd support Harkins over Craig's any day of the week!

I have called other tow truck drives and the minute they saw my Tesla, they put their hands up and told me we don't have expertise no tools to tow the vehicle. I wanna give a shoutout to Tony for his quality service, hard work, and professionalism. This guy gets shit done! At the same time he is very charismatic and funny! Which is important when you are in such a stressful predicament. To all the reviews that gave one star because of the price, you guys need to get real and stop being ridiculous! If you break down in the middle of nowhere where the tow truck needs to drive almost an hour to get to you and back an hour to get to the drop off, of course is going to be expensive! It's not like the city where a tow truck could come to you in five minutes. Some people are just selfish/greedy and don't care about others hard work and try to destroy an honest small business. I highly recommend these guys for all they do and I wish them the best!

I was planning on having Richter & Sons tow it for $250, since I do not have a truck. They even offered to store it for $35/month. At the last minute, my son-in-law offered to tow & store for free if I would let them use it occasionally. A no-brainer...right? Before I even had the chance to call Richter & Sons to cancel, they towed it to their business. I had to call them and ask where it was. It cost me $242.69 for them to tow it a mile or less. Yes, I approved the estimate to tow, but I had not paid the invoice before they towed it. I was really pissed off once I found where they parked my travel trailer. In the mud vs. gravel or concrete. They broke the part you pull out to empty one of the tanks, and how the heck were they even able to tow it when the stairs were not put away. I did not give them a key. The stairs fold up and go inside the RV when it is moved. Rude, no communication, and it's all about the money. Do not recommend this business!
