We worked with Chas and he was the greatest, laid back guy. He coordinated my husbands flight arrival in Omaha and was waiting for him when he landed. Deter has won our continues business in the future. It was easier than doing Target pick up. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience

Took it to deters and put the parts in and labor for the door came out 1,100 and with a warranty so two weeks before warranty was out the door broke same thing fixed but charged me for parts cause they said that it was something different that caused it . (water was getting in the door some how ) you would think they would seal it and fix and send me on my way . So just yesterday same thing happen either they don't know what the heck there doing there just being neglectful and not fixing it right . after spending 2100 .0 they would think they say bring it in this is on us . No not the case ! Taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled !! Don't go there is the worst place I have ever delt with and have been on this earth 55 yrs. Go somewhere else. they can care less for elderly people what goes around comes around they'll be getting there Karma .FYI the owner dosent take complaints even if you ask for him only the assistant manager does. I wonder if he cares ?!!!! Don't have your doors fixed at this place go some where else .!!!!!

Honda Cars Of Bellevue

If you've ever wanted to experience the absolute pinnacle of automotive incompetence, I highly…read morerecommend paying a visit to the service department at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Seriously -- it's a masterclass in how to get absolutely nothing done while confidently having no idea what's going on. I purchased my car here in April. Fast forward to May 24th -- blew a tire. No big deal, right? I had the foresight to purchase a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. You'd think that would make this an easy process. Oh, you sweet, naïve soul. Enter Dustin and Rick, the service manager -- and I use manager loosely, because managing anything seems wildly outside his skillset. These two couldn't find my warranty anywhere. Poof. Vanished. Like a magician's trick, except instead of applause, all you get is delays and migraines. Then, in a moment of pure, unfiltered genius, Rick tells me there's a $150 deductible and that the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic wheel damage. Only problem? He was quoting a warranty this dealership hasn't sold in over three years. Three. Years. And who had to enlighten him? Me -- after calling my salesperson and getting the real information. Because apparently, the service manager has no idea what products his own dealership sells. You truly can't make this up. And here's where it gets downright insulting. 11 days later, I still don't have my car back. Eleven. Days. Over a tire. I've watched entire homes get built faster than these clowns can fix a wheel. Their mysterious, elusive "wheel guy" comes once a week, and somehow didn't get to my car last week. Now we're into this week, and no one can confirm if the mythical wheel guy is even gracing the dealership with his presence today. Eleven days. For a tire. I cannot stress enough how wildly unacceptable and embarrassing this is for a professional dealership. Honestly, I'd have a better shot handing my keys to a 22-year-old meth head at Jiffy Lube. At least he'd have the decency to wreck it quickly instead of stringing me along for a week and a half. The fact that a service manager has no idea what his dealership sells, can't coordinate a basic tire repair, and thinks it's fine to leave a customer without their vehicle for 11 days over a flat is beyond belief. This isn't a joke. It's not exaggerated. It's just Honda Cars of Bellevue being tragically, spectacularly bad at what they do. If you like wasting your time, being lied to, and dealing with a service department that would lose a race to a snail with a limp, this is your place. Otherwise -- stay far, far away. Update: I just found out the wheel guy won't be coming in today... because of the weather. Now, before you picture some catastrophic, end-of-days scenario, let me clarify -- it's 60° and drizzling. I had to actually step outside to make sure I wasn't missing a biblical flood, an alien invasion, or a solid 30 inches of snow. Nope. Just a little drizzle and the kind of mild weather that even house cats would be fine in. And yet somehow, that's enough to derail this already tragic operation. 12 days and counting... over a tire...

We met today and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They were willing to work with me to reach my desired price and it was an overall good experience. Love my new Honda HRV! The people here are hard working and care about their customers. The reason I bought from here is because my Mom and Uncle have used them for years. I live in Chicago and would rather buy from a trusted source than just any dealership in a city.

But since 2014, myself and my family have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Two Sonics and one Buick. This dealership is not close to where we live, and it's sad because they would make a killing in Omaha, by the way they are so upright, the prices are right in front of you, and there is nothing hidden. So that person who posted the prices are wrong, are simply wrong. Their website is out there, open and that is how we bought each of our vehicles. Now, my guess is maybe locals who don't get it need to know this. In the scheme of dealerships being ripoffs on fixing things...ha! This dealership is one of the fairest for mechanic fix it's by a dealership that you can get. There is not enough people telling you how fair and kind, and caring this company is, but I assure you, between the goofy reasons people have given bad reviews, is hundreds or thousands more who are very happy with this place. And I assure you, look elsewhere because you will figure it out very quickly and be back here if you need them. To Gus. Thank you for all you did and still do. Will be buying another one in about 3 years. Thank you!
