The local Dodge dealer said they could not help me for several days, and recommended Second Street. I'm so glad they did! The Second Street mechanics fit me into their busy day and were able to quickly diagnose the problem and make a repair so I could continue on my way. They even gave me a cash discount. If I need auto or truck repair service in this area, I'm definitely going back. Very happy and grateful for their kindness and help. Also, their address is correct in Yelp but has them mapped in their old location. Use Google maps to get there.

So just yesterday same thing happen either they don't know what the heck there doing there just being neglectful and not fixing it right . after spending 2100 .0 they would think they say bring it in this is on us . No not the case ! Taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled !! Don't go there is the worst place I have ever delt with and have been on this earth 55 yrs. Go somewhere else. they can care less for elderly people what goes around comes around they'll be getting there Karma .FYI the owner dosent take complaints even if you ask for him only the assistant manager does. I wonder if he cares ?!!!! Don't have your doors fixed at this place go some where else .!!!!!

I have called other tow truck drives and the minute they saw my Tesla, they put their hands up and told me we don't have expertise no tools to tow the vehicle. I wanna give a shoutout to Tony for his quality service, hard work, and professionalism. This guy gets shit done! At the same time he is very charismatic and funny! Which is important when you are in such a stressful predicament. To all the reviews that gave one star because of the price, you guys need to get real and stop being ridiculous! If you break down in the middle of nowhere where the tow truck needs to drive almost an hour to get to you and back an hour to get to the drop off, of course is going to be expensive! It's not like the city where a tow truck could come to you in five minutes. Some people are just selfish/greedy and don't care about others hard work and try to destroy an honest small business. I highly recommend these guys for all they do and I wish them the best!

I was planning on having Richter & Sons tow it for $250, since I do not have a truck. They even offered to store it for $35/month. At the last minute, my son-in-law offered to tow & store for free if I would let them use it occasionally. A no-brainer...right? Before I even had the chance to call Richter & Sons to cancel, they towed it to their business. I had to call them and ask where it was. It cost me $242.69 for them to tow it a mile or less. Yes, I approved the estimate to tow, but I had not paid the invoice before they towed it. I was really pissed off once I found where they parked my travel trailer. In the mud vs. gravel or concrete. They broke the part you pull out to empty one of the tanks, and how the heck were they even able to tow it when the stairs were not put away. I did not give them a key. The stairs fold up and go inside the RV when it is moved. Rude, no communication, and it's all about the money. Do not recommend this business!
