After getting ahold of the owner not only does he not re-imburse me for the vehicle, he hits me with the LOW BLOW and says most he can give me for it is 500$, even though I informed him it took ALL my money to purchase(which he also wouldn't come down on the price and in fact said if he fixed the bearings himself he was going to mark the vehicle up as $3000, but also that I couldn't afford Christmas presents for my children now as I asked if he could do $600 hundred dollars to which he told me "No, if he did that then he would lose money because he is going to mark it for a $1000 and say bad tranny and let "the Mexicans" buy it! Little did I know that was only the beginning. I bought a 2004 Land Rover, with a warranty on the engine, that they installed themselves to make it even better, and the Rover is not drivable 3 weeks after buying it from them. The device engine light began going off a couple weeks after getting it home and it began to shake, I did not feel safe in it. I bought the vehicle knowing it would need some work eventually, but didn't imagine it would be 2 weeks after buying it. The sales manager Tom, has no idea what he's talking about only wants your money. After speaking with the owner, Tad Olsen, about the problem we were in, he made sure to remind me it is my car and my problem but hey he would be willing to look at the car i bought from him 2 weeks before without charging me a diagnostic fee, let's not forget the engine had a warranty and was installed by his staff. And it would have to be towed there on my dime. He went as far questioning ME during our conversation and at one point told me to "shut my mouth". The lack of customer service and people skill is ridiculous. They sell nothing but lemons. Do not waste your time or your money. I will be contacting the BBB.

Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.
