When they listed a bike for sale and I was interested in it, I drove up a few times from Council Bluffs to check it out and test ride it a few times as I couldn't make up my mind. They were so cool and nice with me wanting to test drive it more than once. I've gone to other places in the past where you can tell they are annoyed with that stuff. The salesmen and service department are all just super nice and accommodating. Later on, I drove the same bike up there to get some work done on it and their prices on the parts and labor were very reasonable. I really like this place and they will continue to be my go-to for work on my motorcycles.

Bought a bike from Cali through these guys using cycle trader during Covid times. Paper work was a breeze(Ca breeze not IA breeze) and got my title very fast. Bike took some time as the shipper was backed up due to short staff so Nishna helped me get the bike shipped through a different company. They are deserving of your business and I can not speak highly enough of these guys! They went well above the call of duty on this one which is Greatly Apreciated! Had the bike 6 months, lovin it but I've crashed two good ones so I need to remember my skill level, but I'm still out there riding every weekend!

(water was getting in the door some how ) you would think they would seal it and fix and send me on my way . So just yesterday same thing happen either they don't know what the heck there doing there just being neglectful and not fixing it right . after spending 2100 .0 they would think they say bring it in this is on us . No not the case ! Taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled !! Don't go there is the worst place I have ever delt with and have been on this earth 55 yrs. Go somewhere else. they can care less for elderly people what goes around comes around they'll be getting there Karma .FYI the owner dosent take complaints even if you ask for him only the assistant manager does. I wonder if he cares ?!!!! Don't have your doors fixed at this place go some where else .!!!!!

AAA said they couldn't help us. Then a local recommended we call 2nd Street repair. Scott, the business owner, drove over 30 min both ways to tow our car at 6pm on a Friday. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement part on the drive to his shop. He replaced our alternator and did a basic inspection of the rest of our car and gave us some really good suggestions for future maintenance. He charged us far below what we researched the standard price for an alternator replacement and he did it all before 8:00pm. He did it all by himself while he was missing out on his family dinner! (I'm sure his wife had a few words but I wish I could thank her on his behalf!) He literally saved our weekend and we got to Des Moines and back with zero problems after that. On top of all that, he was super personable and fun to talk to. My wife and I both left feeling not only relieved, but also like we had made a new friend. Great business, great people. If you ever break down, definitely do it within range of 2nd St repair!
