Beware, the tire that blew was a replacement tire that The TOYOTA dealer in Marina del Rey, CA had put on my new 2017 vehicle after I turned over a parking lot curb at a bad angle. He put on a tire manufactured in 2014. Of course, all my other tires were made in 2017. Just saying. It was the 2014 tire that blew. I had been told by two repair places, one of them a Goodyear tire place, that there was enough tread left for my 8K road trip. As it turned out, I shouldn't have listened.

They're very prompt, unless there's a huge line in which case it is what it is. They keep track of how long they're spending on each car via screens inside the bays. There's 15 minutes allotted for each car I believe. They recommend add-ons, like air filter replacements and more, but aren't pushy about it. The guys are friendly and helpful, too. I found out during my oil change today that they have free top-offs between oil changes so you don't have to worry about filling your own oil, washer fluid, etc between changes. The price seems a little steep, $95 is the charge for a full service change, so I wish this was a little less. It probably pays off to have the free top-offs between changes, but I rarely need them.

There was no wait at all, and I didn't even have to get out of my car. As soon as I arrived, they waved me into the garage. The crew quickly came over, confirmed what I needed, and got to work right away. They agreed to just buy my car outright for pretty close to retail. ( who knows what that number is in todays car market? ) Unfortunate but things happen. I was pleased with the way they handled the situation. The whole mishap was resolved in a week. I was able to replace the car with a new Lexus via a cash purchase from another dealer over the phone without the hassle of negotiating a trade. Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. But that was disregarded and started any way. Highly unprofessional place and strongly don't recommend bringing your car here if you love or care for your car. I have been lied to and disrespected.
